I have older windows and needed a cracked pane replaced. David arrived and provided an estimate the same day, suggesting I replace 3 of the 4 panes in the group that were pretty scratched up. The panes were replaced a week later. They did such a great job at a reasonable price that I had another 8 panes replaced.What I really liked is that four of the old latches were broken and though they could have charged me, replaced the latches at no charge!!Extremely professional and prompt. HIGHLY recommend using these guys.

This company may be ok for window repair, but beware if you need a shower door installed. Make sure you shop around because in doing so saved me $1500. You know from company to company there will be a slight difference in cost, but no one expects to be overcharged by double. This place was upset I shopped the price, now I know why. Use this place with caution.

The whole experience was fantastic. They are extremely professional and courteous. Had some custom windows replaced and they nailed it. Took the time to go over all of our options and did more than they said they would. Delivered and installed early and they are perfect. They are on the ball! Very impressed.

Justin and his partner did an excellent job replacing the glass in a bedroom window and my large, arched front window! The difference the new glass makes is phenomenal! They cleaned the glass and cleaned up behind themselves very well. I will definitely recommend them in the future and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Called elite glass and they was super busy explained that heading out of town and really needing a 4 foot by 4 foot Window replaced that shatter on me at nite wasn’t 4 hours later they was heading my way super nice guys done a amazing job in less than a hour really highly recommend them
