They are a great company, customer service was great. I actually got more than I expected for the items I pawned. I told them a price and they went over that price, which left me list for words. Highly recommend if you pawn anything or any loans, this is the perfect company.

First of all dont thing about any other pawn shop but this one. The great customer service, the very clean business and very fair prices are all top notch. This pawn shop has a great selection of products and even has new products. Micah and Franky were the associates I had the pleasure of doing business with. They are thorough and fair in what they offer. Please if you see them always give them the best. They really are what a pawn should be doing.

My experience with La Familia Pawn shop was simply awesome and amazing!!!!!! The Staff there is very professional and very knowledgeable they really know their stuff the young lady there help me sign up for a firearm I can’t remember her name but she was awesome. These people treat you like a second class citizen the first time I went to this establishment last year they said there was no in store shopping . So i left and stopped in the next parking lot ....only to watch 10 minutes later the same person let a women and her 3 kids in the store to shop. Today they refused me service again because i didnt have a mask with me.

I was looking for a cross or more specifically a a crucifix for a friend. I found exactly what I was looking for at this store. The sales man was very helpful. They had a sale going on. This month was spend $500 and get $150 off. I’m not sure if they always have such deals. They have a great selection. They also have much more then jewelry. I would recommend this pawnshop.
