I was fitted for a putter three months ago. I’ve waited to review until I experienced use of the putter for a while. First, these people really need to work on the initial contact with customers. I tried to work with them a year ago on another fitting, but gave up and went elsewhere when I got tired of working through their phone system and that they would not let me visit the store—with or without an appointment—until I actually bought something. I decided to try them again this year. This time, my appointment was set quickly and easily. Mike did the fitting and was very patient with me letting me compare to both of my game day putters. We eventually arrived at a Mizuno M Craft with the loft and lie adjusted to my putting stroke. It’s not a brand or style I would likely have tried on my own, but let me make something clear; I love this putter. I love the feel, the balance, the weight and the touch. Most of all, I love how it’s improved my putting. I was skeptical of the value of a putter fitting, but I’ve changed my mind. Mike and Club Champion did a great job for me. My four star rating would be five if not for the initial contact issues.

Google search shows them selling used clubs and they do not. Their website needs to be fixed so it doesn’t come up selling used clubs. Wasted time trying to find this store.

BE CAREFUL before you commit with this company. The fitting is really good in all fairness. They will fit you with each club in the bag if necessary. HOWEVER, beware that you might not receive your equipment for months. Plus it is almost impossible to get a LIVE person on the phone. My driver is ready BUT THEY WILL NOT ship it until the putter (which they are waiting on) is done. I told them to send me my driver now and Ill wait for putter but they refused. Great fitting appt; but TERRIBLE customer service!!! -David

Cant do business with anyone that cant answer their phone. Crazy, I went somewhere else and got what I was looking for, no problem. Thanks but your too late as for as Im concerned.

I went for a custom iron fitting. Club fitter Alex Henry was informative, patient and fun to talk with. I got to try any irons I wanted, and also some I was not considering. Alex helped me find the right set for the right price, and I could not have been more impressed with the experience. Thank you Alex and Club Champion!

Stop by to see about getting fitted for Taylormade M6’s. Gentlemen there said they were doing appointment only. Didn’t ask if I needed an appointment. Just basically shut me out. Now I was just coming from the gym so I probably didn’t look like the average golfer. Oh well.

Mark does a fantastic job and the facility has everything you could ever want. They got me taken care of without hesitation. Golfers paradise!

I was fitted for a Mavrik Max last month and am coming out of a G400 LST. I really struggle with simulators so we took the entire fitting time to nail down the right spec for me, but I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’m probably just a little longer with this club, but much more consistent. Very pleased with my first real fitting.

First class club fitting experience. They cost a little bit more but this is definitely a case where you get what you pay for.

Called and received their voice-mail saying some would call back. 3 weeks later still no call. Guess I wont be doing business with them!

I scheduled a putter fitting online. It took 45 minutes and I got a professional job.

Went in for PFG and all I can say is amazing. The time and effort they put in was awesome. Adjusted clubs and was hitting my 7iron as far as my 5iron. Did everything on the spot. I wanted to say thank you. The level of confidence is off the charts. Keep up the great work.
