John is currently building me one of his custom KIOTE rifles, and the entire process has been seamless. John communicates options and suggestions that probably don’t equal compensation for his time / effort, but you clearly understand he places quality and performance above all else. After talking with him about his machining and manufacturing process, you go away with confidence that he stands behind his craftsmanship.

About to pick up my third rifle from Kiote, and again, a fantastic experience with John and his team. I am a passable gunsmith. If I want something done well, I build it myself. If I want it done perfect, I call Kiote. I have a lot of custom rifles. I have two from Kiote. I dont expect I will go anywhere else for a custom rifle in the future. The uncompromising level of quality and precision is extremely rare, and just unheard of at these prices. Have not purchased a rifle from them but I have communicated with them online. They are extremely knowledgeable and committed to their craft. I’ve worked with KiOte a couple of times to build 28 Nosler and other magnum caliber precision hunting rifles. They are first rate in service and meeting deadlines. Both projects were sub 1/2 MOA with the hunting loads we were using.
