This lids is the worst Ive been to. You walk in and there is no customer service and limited variety of hats.

Service wasnt good at all. Asked for sizes that were up high. She came and looked and didnt have the size. Instead of telling me when they would have them in, her suggestion was to drive to Westshore mall they might have them. Store wasnt busy at all. See was more interested in if the coworker had ate her whole hotdog than engaging with me the customer and doing her job 😑 we continued looking around and after no customer service we finally just left.

Standing outside of the shop waiting for them to open. The employees both showed up late and then began stocking while my self and other customers sat patiently waiting. 15 mins after it was supposed to open and still waiting. Show up on time or don’t show up at all.

Went in to have my own design out on some hats. I had the wrong file format and was asked to convert it. I did and their computer could see it but it wouldnt transfer to the sewing machine.

Mark and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure my embroidery order was perfect and on time. I will definitely be using them for all my embroidery needs.

I like the variety of selections they have enhanced I didnt get a chance to buy anything that day but Im looking forward to visiting it again and where some of the latest caps especially ones I can afford. I like the fact that its on the bus line that you can get there for about back a variety of ways and the food court is right in front of your face which is very important and the restroom is nearby so thats very important so all in all its a great experience
