I recommend anyone who thinks they have a hearing problem to come here. The people there are nice and caring. They made my experience wonderful. I thank them for a great experience.

I just wanted to write a good review for this center on Oakfield Drive and their doctor Carrie Fortune. My mother warned me about getting my hearing checked, saying that they would just try to sell me something. I was very happy when she told me my hearing was fine and I thanked her for her honesty. She was also very kind, personable, and professional. I would recommend her to anyone.

They are very nice, receptionist make the patient feel welcome and comfortable. Doctor it is very profesional . Explain everything with pictures,so that you can understand. One very important thing,she listen the patient

This is my second time coming in to have an annual hearing test. Cheryl is always friendly and I enjoy talking with her. Carrie Fortune is very down to earth as well as professional. She really does have a care for her patients and their hearing well being.The office is neat, clean and comfortable and allows for social distancing during this trying time we all are going through.

DOCTORS, HAS, and staff are very attentive and conscientious. I had a great experience in upgrading my hearing aids. The instructions and explanations of the new capabilities were very clear. The follow-up to ensure correct setting and hearing capacity was exemplary. Thank you Brandon Staff.

The specialist was prompt and very professional. She was very proficient in the inspection and cleaning of my ears and my hearing aids.The very best service.

Cheryl took me right back and started the cleaning process of my hearing aids while Carrie finished with another client. They switched places and Carrie was extremely knowledgeable about the TruLink program that I was having trouble with, snd problem resolved in 5 minutes. Next she noticed that my hearing eval needed to be updated and took care of that, as well as adjusted my hearing aids to better suit my needs. I was only scheduled for a clean and check, but everything was taken care of without having to make a different appointment . Office is super client friendly and professional!!!

Am shocked that anyone could leave a negative review regarding this facility. They have earned my Five Star Rating and more and can say this with confidence based on multiple visits and basis for comparison having moved from another Hearing Center on East Coast of Florida.

I have been to this center 3 times now. I was always treated in a very professional manner. The Dr is awesome and the receptionist is just as nice. I was fitted for aids and before I knew it, they were in the office. I have had 2 follow up appts to make sure they were clean and I had no further hearing loss. I would recommend you guys to anyone that needs to be tested.

I have had my hearing aids for over two years. As of today, I am not satisfied with the level of service I have received. The technologists seem to brush me off as some kind of chronic complainer. I do not hear any better with the aids than without them. The current tech does not listen any better than the last four. At a price of $6,000, I feel I should hear more than white noise instead of voices. I guess Ill cut my losses and find another hearing center. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They give you the bums rush.

I was tested at three hearing sites with each results being the same. However, at Southwest Franchesca Fiorini was more thorough in her examination and her explanations were more detailed with demonstrations in the areas needed. She was assuring and made me feel comfortable with my final choice out of several choices. I have already recommended her to several of my friends who are considering hearing aids.Her receptionist was excellent also as she was also thorough in assisting me with my insurance options and taking all the steps to insure everything available was provided accurately. Her reminder calls on the day before each appointment was extremely helpful. These two individuals work very well together and represent a quality service and product for hearing aid patients. K. Thorough testing, professional staff, and great experience. Out of all the Audiologist in Brandon/Tampa Bay area Franchesca Fiorini was the only one to take me in the same day I walked in! I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

My visits are generally short and to the point, which I like. Maria always addresses my concerns and so far has taken care of any problems I am having. She makes sure that my hearing aids are functioning properly and that my ears are ok inside. Sharda always gets me in when I want and if I have to make any changes for any reason, she has no problem with rescheduling. Overall its been a great experience
