Excellent service.

Had problems with customer service at several flooring companies near the Tea exit of I-29. My neighbor recommended this company and they were awesome, even dropping off samples, giving me design ideas and handling the moving furniture out and in during installation. They were wonderful to work with and nice people too. Plus my floor look awesome now - its like I have a new home. I especially liked that they are family owned and a smaller place. I always felt like my project was important to them, and they called me afterwards to ask about my satisfaction with their work.

I recently purchased carpeting for my home from Family Floor & Furniture after shopping around at multiple stores. Chris was by far the easiest and most reliable of all people I talked with from any store. One store quoted a price of well over $1200 just for the removal of my old laminate. Another national chain gave me a quote in store, but then after they came to measure my home, the price literally doubled. FF&F was just the opposite. They were easy to deal with and the price I was quoted was the price I paid. I called to inquire about carpeting one day, Chris came out to measure the next, and he e-mailed a quote to me the same day. I saved over 25% going with them when compared to the lowest price quote I received from competitors. The carpeting was laid about three weeks after my initial call, so it was a very quick and slick process. And the check I wrote was to the penny what Chris initially quoted. There was only one small problem with the installation. When the carpet was being stretched, the machine snapped and knocked a clock off the wall in another non-adjacent room and broke it. Their insurance would not cover the damage. But this was an accident and not really the fault of the man who laid the carpet. Its just one of those things, but I wish they had better insurance coverage. With all that said, I would never, ever hesitate to order carpeting from them again. Theyre true to their quotes and there are no hidden expenses whatsoever. If youre wondering which company to go with, you cant go wrong with them.
