Girl the speaker was rude. But the server was great. Our Sonic Blasts were wonderful.

The restaurant was very busy. From order to delivery was exceptionally fast. Car hop was friendly and the food was fresh and hot.

I used the app to order. Pulled up, checked in and order came right out. The young lady that served us was extremely friendly. We had our two puppy dogs with us. So, our server had a huge smile on her face when she seen our doggies.

Rude as hell... lady was very argumentative when asked do they still serve wings... she repeated several times that they have NEVER sold wings. Maam Sonic sold bones wings up until 2020 in 5 different flavors. Google it! Not sure why she was so rude about it. sShe also wouldnt even let me finish my order before she started asking what side repeatedly... 🤔 JUST CANCEL IT MAAM THANK YOU

I showed up at 10:00. They were busy so I expected a long wait time. They took my order quickly and only took a few minutes to get it out. Thats when it got bad. First the lady brought my food to the wrong car then brought it back inside. I had to call them after I waited ten minutes for them to figure out where to bring it and I had to retell them my entire order before they figured out where to bring it. Then when I got home, I find out my burger has onions on it. Maybe they were busy and didnt notice? No. I asked for no onions and the person taking my order told me onions dont come on it so she didnt instruct at on the order and thus, onions on my burger.. very disappointing

Asked for my chicken wrap tossed in buffalo sauce. She said that was fine, even put it on the screen for proof. Wrap came out no buffalo sauce. Mistakes happen so I asked for some over the intercom, she said yea. No one ever came out.Tots were good though.

I just left this location not realizing they closed 5 minutes before I got there and they happily served me. I actually tried to go the McDonalds first (only bc its closer) 30 minutes within closing and they refused my business.

I actually live in Pearl but this Sonic is faster and always gets my order right!

I got a hot fudge sunday with extra fudge. It was great and the employees were great as well.

The gentleman that owns this place is just great. This store does such great job making you feel special and they do a great job making sure that your order is correct and they do it right the first time. Not many places can say that. A+

Im editing this review because I have now dined at this location several times. I absolutely love the attitude the carhops have. They seem to enjoy helping the customer and ALWAYS make sure Im absolutely satisfied. The food is always hot and the time it takes to prepare my order and get it to me is so quick that I now come everyday to get my food and hand-mixed master shake for lunch. Excellent job guys. Definitely 5 stars!!

This is the Prem burrito. It had 2-3 pieces of meat on it. Mostly eggs.

Ordered a chili, cheese hotdog with onions, barely got onions and maybe a teaspoon of so called chili (really not for sure what it was) Tatar tots that were cold. Wasnt overly impressed with this particular Sonic Drive-In.

I got one of those new Red White and Blue slushes and it is way good. Definitely recommend.

I decided to treat the family to sonic blasts the other day. Unfortunately my cookie dough blast was basically soft serve ice cream with a few tiny bits of cookie dough. There wasn’t even enough to taste the cookie dough. It tasted like vanilla soft serve ice cream.The service we received was fast and friendly.

Service was great but the chicken tenders left a lot to be desired. Their signature dipping sauce was excellent too. So the 3 stars was for everything EXCEPT the actual prepared food. Since I actually came for decent food and did not really get that I have to give 3 stars for the great service & sauce (prepackaged).

Locally owned Sonic Drive-in in the heart of Brandon. Service is courteous and fast. Food is always good. Look for happy hours, when shakes and other items are half off.

Their ordering system is down BUT they’re doing a GREAT job at taking your order and filling your needs. Do stop in do business with them and do not forget to tip!!

Ive had enough of the sorry service!! I come at least once a week and always spend no less then 55 dollars!!! Always order pretty much the same stuff and its pathetic how they can never ever remember condiments like marinara when requested or ever fill up the large tater tots and chicken poppers?! Since things are starting to open up... I think Ill take my $250 a month I spend there and spend it elsewhere!The most pathetic looking chicken sandwich Ive ever seen... and horribly slow

I went up here last night to get some of that fast food, so to speak, and they looked as though they were busy. I placed my order, and waited, well finally the monitor said they were on the way to the car. That was not the case, I waited, and waited, then when he came they forgot half my order. So it took even longer. I did not enjoy my visit.

Good drinks reasonable price

The food is great, but theres a lot of people running in and out all the time and it kind of got on my nerves. They kind of ran around my vehicle which made me a little bit nervous. But other than that it was great

Service was great. The sundae I ordered was nothing like advertised on TV. It was suppose to be a oreo cookie dough sundae it was only vanilla ice cream with a lil chocolate syrup and one cookie crumbled on top

Not all Sonic locations are equal. The Sonic on Government street in Brandon, MS is the BEST Sonic Ive been to. They consistently offer good, friendly service and the food is always done just right. The same cannot be said for the Hattiesburg, Canton, or Magee locations where weve had consistently poor service.

Typical 8pm Friday night crowd. I ordered a chocolate shake, popcorn chicken, mozzarella sticks. Paid with debit card. Not long after, Luke appears to be my Server. Luke greeted me very well, described my order and gave me my bag of food and shake. I asked Luke for some Marinara Sauce, so he insisted. I then went to put my straw into my shake and it was like milk with cool whip on top, when Luke returned, i immediately apologized for any intentions on my next sentence being rude. I showed him the melted watery looking shake That looks like it sat on the counter for 10 minutes. As he looked helpless but not speechless, he reached for my cup and exclaimed he himself would go make me a new chocolate shake. 1min 03sec later, Luke arrives with a Sonic Milkshake and he apologized diligently. I gave a tip and wish i could have given more. Luke, you will be very successful in life in all that you do with that kind of integrity. #luke4manager

The menu is boring. Just hamburgers, hot dogs, corn dogs and chicken strip basket., I miss not being able to order a chicken salad, or maybe a fried chili cheese burrito. Wish they would bring them back.,

The drinks have a bad taste, tastes like rusty pipes. Other places in town tastes like it but not as bad.

Not sure whats going on with sonic but last few visits they have messed my order up and if you get a shake its melted by time it gets to you and most of the managers are very rude

At 1851 spillway rd,Brandon MS, we used to get fresh hot food. Bypass four Sonics to get to spillway rd. On 10/28/20, I spent $20.84 and my burger almost cold and I order fresh fries no salt and it looked like the dipped the already cooked fries back in the grease. I told the lady they weren’t fresh; she replied they just came up. They was so hard and some burnt I could not eat them and this make the fifth time. I know one person complaint don’t matter. Use to love Sonics, Felicia Bell.

We came in on 9/27, I knew from the word go, we were going to have issues.Well, I was right.Our order came out, and none of it was correct.We ordered 2 chicken fried steak combos, large.We also ordered a Super Sonic Double Cheese combo large. We opted for chilli cheese tots, large.We received medium tots, drinks, one sad looking burger, 1 very dry and mediocre country fried steak sandwich.We sent the food back, said its not correct. They came back out with the same food, its right. No it isnt, still needed the other country fried steak sandwich, which is dry and mediocre as well.While we waited after sitting already for 20 minutes, we ordered a simple large chocolate shake, no whip cream and no cherry.Gabriel again took this order, and told us that what I ordered doesnt come with whipped cream or a cherry. Say what?? I ordered a simple large chocolate shake.What I received was a large chocolate chip cookie dough sonic blast. Not what I wanted or even ordered. At this point I was beyond irritated, Gabriel needs to listen and not rush a customer who is trying to order.I will not be coming back, I can spend almost $40 elsewhere and get the food how its ordered!

If you close at 10 let people know so we don’t have to sit there for 30 minutes wondering why nobody would take our order

Not bad for fast food. Its mostly teenagers working there, so youre not necessarily going to get top notch service, and there are occasional slip-ups with orders. But they are almost always very friendly. Give them a small tip. They really do appreciate that. Overall, its about as good as it gets in fast food. The pretzel twists with cheese sauce are delicious. But eat them as soon as they are delivered for best taste. The hotter, the better.

The blast was grate and on time.

Ordered a #7 combo, which is a foot long chili dog, tots and a drink. Person who took the order said it was the chili dog only for just over $7 and even argued about it. They lost our business needless to say.

Pretty dang good sonic. Food is always good and staff is always nice and very helpful. Like going here a lot. We get big orders for everyone at work but staff never acts aggravated and is always sweet.

I have very rarely had a server that I was happy to see at sonic. Typically they usually just run through the order hand you your food and call it a day. However at this particular sonic late in the evening I went to get a drink that I had made up Fanta Orange, blue raspberry, strawberry, and blue Powerade. This particular waiter named Elias (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was very enthusiastic about serving me my order. Even actually bothered to ask if it was any good (being that the color completely changed from Fanta orange). I said yes and was very happy with the way he was very entergetic and engaging contact. The next night I went just to get drinks and he happened to be my waiter again HE SAID HE ACTUALLY LIKED THE DRINK. I was surprised he took initiative to try it after I suggested it . Most people would just look at you crazy thinking Those flavors don’t go together but he tried it. And once again great service. So, I don’t know who’s reading this as far as management goes. This boy needs a raise, maybe a managers job, maybe even a store to himself. You don’t get good customer service like that hardly anywhere these days. Kudos to the manager who hired him and kudos to Elias for being an awesome server.

Kelsey, the sweet nice carhop was just what my husband and I needed at that time for the half hour drive home. She was just all in there making us feel like they really wanted us there... So for all her kindness she got extra tip money. You baby girl keep up your shine baby

Its okay. Definitely dont get the ice cream sandwiches. Ive ordered them 3 times, and every time its like the tiniest amount of ice cream, and all melted. Not just a little melted, but almost completely melted. I took a pic, but Im not sure if it will attach to this review, because I uploaded the picture a few weeks ago.For a positive, the food is almost always fresh

My food tasted great and was delivered at a rate anyone would have been happy about after a long day at work. The employees were very friendly and really knew what they were doing, as they have yet to incorrectly take my order on multiple occasions. Definitely a great place to go for fast food.

Food was good, would have 5 starred. The problem is I keep getting drinks handed to me that are covered in drink like it overflowed when they made it. This happens at other Sonics as well. Please figure out how to hand people drinks free of liquids on the outside! No one wants sticky in their cars!

This location has tea that we love, I cant say that it is as consistent as it should be however. First shift, when the manager/ owner is in, is the best time to get great tea, I prefer sweet. Most of the car hops are very helpful to see that your order is satisfactory, staff will fix any issues within reason. Great taste, enjoyable atmosphere, friendly staff and the Manager is a great person to work with. Sorry though, it is a fast food location so a 5 star rating is hard to give.

Today was not the best it has been in the past. The tater tots had a terrible taste of just Sonic food in general...the burger was dry just kinda seemed packed together and just blah...the coke had the same bad taste as the tater tots everything was just not Sonics best.

Food was cold.....said no onions no pickle...the burger had a whole jar of pickles on it...it had been sitting up for a while because of the way the wrapper was...it pisses me off to pay my hard earned money for a hot juicy cheese burger..just to get a cold not melted cheese burger....I dont mind waiting on my order if it comes out hot....sick and tired of evening workers that dont care about the quality of your food...only getting their orders out.

This sonic was honestly a let down. Maybe it was just busy or the workers were tired but all of our food was soggy and we didnt get our full order. Though the ice cream was okay.

All of my visits are in the evening, so it may just be the younger staff that works that shift. Regardless, nearly every order isnt made correctly. Its always accurate on the receipt though. So, between ordering and receiving there are some mistakes. The staff makes up for what they lack in attention to detail with kindness though! So, I cant rate them too harshly. Its clean, food is fresh, and theyre pretty quick! Great place if you dont have picky eaters in the car. ;)
