It seemed like all the workers were in very poor moods. They showed me no respect and wouldn’t even look me in my eyes. Not a great way to treat paying customers :)

I made an order march 19th it’s now April 8th and it has still not came in I try to check my order status on the website putting in the correct order number and zip code and it’s say invalid I try calling customer service but machine say office is closed to call Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm and I called Thursday at 10 am .. If I new this is how it was going to be I would not have ordered..it obviously didn’t come in in time for my event .
Went in to find a dress for a special occasion. An employee who had curly hair and glasses and was older, started following us. When we were looking through an aisle she would interrupt us because she had to put a dress back, not sure why she couldn’t wait til we were done. Then she yelled at us when my sister tried to go out and get me a different size dress. She said we needed to let her know before we did anything. Very rude and unprofessional.
The manager is honestly so rude. Every time I come in she has the worst attitude and literally has something snappy to say ALL the time. This is probably the fifth time I’ve been in here that she says something SO incredibly rude. Her customer service is TERRIBLE. Please note that the workers are AMAZING and so sweet but the old lady manager is the WORST. The actual WORST

They don’t inform you when items are final sale. So after buying an accessory and trying it on and not fitting, I took it back to return it and they told me I couldn’t. Overall atrocious customer service.
Let me preface this by saying I very, very rarely leave reviews for places/experiences. I went to Windsor Brandon today, 3/5/2018, in a panic needing a dress for a wedding. Megan (the young, red haired associate) was -literally- the most helpful person I have ever come across in a retail setting. She helped me find around 10 dresses, helped me try them on and even brought me shoes to compare to them. And jewelry. This girl rocks. I felt like I was shopping with a best friend.
If I could give zero stars I would. A few weeks ago I purchased a dress and a piece of jewelry at this store. No one said anything to me about the policies. When I came to return today, HERDZA told me that it was only exchange or gift card because I was out of the 14 days and jewelry was supposedly final sale. This is not a normal policy in most stores, and no one reads receipts to see. I have been in stores where products were final sale and their employees were courteous enough to remind me of their policy. Herdza did not empathize with me or apologize at all. Everyone knows the golden rule in retail is to make the customer happy. Although she could not return me the money, she could have been a little nicer and more kind about the situation. I will not shop here again. Herdza ruined my experience with this store.
Always love their clothes but their policy has changed even if you have a receipt they will not take your return unless it still has the tag on.

Employees are very rude, prices are unbelievably expensive, and clothes is OBVIOUSLY used. They may say they have the no returns rule, however, the dresses have stains, sequins and gems are missing, and there are even tears in a lot of dresses despite their ridiculous prices. Overall its a bad experience and the prices are too high. I dont recommend it at all. If you want good dresses go to Dillards. Theyre the same price and you KNOW theyre new.
