These guys go out of their way to help you, even during the Covid crisis. I went to the store to look at stoves for My Mother-in-law and saw that they were only open by appointment. I called from the parking lot to make an appointment and they dropped their lunch and came out to meet me and show me the stove I was looking to purchase. They’re familiar with their products and, in the end, applied a $200 manufacturers credit to the purchase. Top notch!

So, not what I expected, but its very cool nonetheless.That said, if you want to make a sacrifice to HELIOS THE ONE TRUE SUN GOD, youll need to find an actual sun temple.This place just sells wood stoves and stuff for patios I think.Not a suitable altar in the whole building.

These are very good guys. I once brought in a friend from Spain to show her a Green Egg grill - I told them off the bat that it was just for a look-see, not buying - and still they gave us a full review. Later I ordered a chimney sweeping service from them, and the quality was very high, miles above the clown we have in Wilmington. I just called to reorder that service.

Less than 2 years ago I had a chimney and wood stove installed. Right after it was installed the pad broke (see picture). I thought ok, stuff happens and let it go. Then awoke this morning, and for the 3rd time had a bird caught in the pipe. When I called and asked why they never installed a screen, I received a lecture on how it is extremely rare to have birds get into chimneys and that a screen is an accessory that is dangerous to install.....ok. Then as I was attempting to get the bird out of the pipes I noticed that the pipe had rusted after less than 2 years (see pictures). My house has not flooded and I live on high ground. When I asked if there was a warranty the man told me that this just happens and that I need to just slap some paint on the rusting pipe to fix it!Dont waste your money on this place, the quality isnt any better that your handy man neighbor. This place caters to the wealthy and second home owners.
