Great dealership very transparent through the entire buying process. Even though they didnt have the vehicle I wanted in stock they went above and beyond and were able to locate and swap in the vehicle to their own inventory just to save me the time and trouble while helping me get exactly what I was looking for! Will most definitely be back for all my vehicles!
Be careful of this place, typical car dealer shenanigans. They sold us a car they didnt have, assuring us they were trading a vehicle on the lot to another dealer for the one they were selling us. After doing all the paperwork and financing they told us they would be in contact in the next couple days to deliver the vehicle to us. I ended up having to call them multiple times over a week later. They couldnt get the car and proceeded to string us along saying they were still negotiating when in reality the car had already been sold to someone else. Wasted our time and, as expected, blamed the market right now instead of owning up to their deception. Awful service and terrible communication.

Wonderful, helpful people!! We were traveling back to Pennsylvania from Vermont when a message came up on our Ram Diesel 3500 that we only had 150 miles to go before our truck would hit a maximum speed of 5 miles per hour, and we had to find a dealer. Summit Dodge was closest to our location so we went there hoping they could help us. Curtis and Eric were great! Curtis immediately came out to see how he could help us. After explaining our predicament, he introduced us to Eric. Eric took our truck right in to pull the codes. He knew exactly what was wrong, but didnt have all the parts to fix the truck. He explained that he could start to fix the truck, but it may take days to get the parts, or he could clear the code and we could continue down the road. We chose to continue down the road, but were very grateful for his help in explaining that our DEF injector was bad. We made it just across the NY/PA line with 33 miles left to go. Fortunately, we found a Dodge dealer, who after explaining what we were told by Eric, had all the parts and were able to fix our truck. Curtis called us the next day to see if we made it home ok. We are very grateful for the quick and courteous help Curtis and Eric gave us!
This dealership is fantastic at scamming people. The salesman wouldnt give me the price of the vehicles, claiming they go by monthly payment amount when helping you choose a car. The guy basically told me he would sell me any car I wanted and didnt really consider what I could afford. I chose a 2016 Chevy Trax, purchased in August of 2019. They sold me an extended warranty when the factory warranty hadnt expired yet. I checked the website when I got home as I didnt have cell service at the dealership and found the listing for my car was still up and the price listed was almost $2000 less than what the selling price on my paperwork is. That doesnt include all of the taxes and fees, Im talking the literal sales price, the one they wouldnt give me. The salesman left me a voicemail the next day begging me to send more customers his way, which seemed a bit unprofessional to me. Some of the trim flew off on I-91 after less than a week of owning the car, and they put up a fight when we asked them to replace it. And to top it off, I took the car in for a recall a few months after purchase, I think December or January, and didnt get it back for almost a week. They had advance notice we were bringing it in, but took at least 2 days to order the part because they planned on just welding it. The part was so damaged that luckily they couldnt do that, but it made me question the extensive inspection they claim they do on all used cars that come in. I like my car, but if Id know I wanted to buy a Trax then I wouldve gone to Dillons Chevrolet.

I had an issue with my used Jeep that had nothing to do with Summit that no one else seemed willing to help with. I emailed the dealership late and quickly received a call from Curtis who was more than helpful and accommodating. He is in sales not service and yet he followed up with me to get it repaired. He didn’t have to do this. Also, the mechanic, Rich, quickly diagnosed to problem and helped us out. Everyone should buy a Jeep from these guys. In a world where it seems everyone has a problem for every solution, these guys delivered.
Terrible salesmen, Terrible finance management, Terrible customer service, will never go back, will never refer anyone to them. Lies, cons, nothing but the run around, force you to buy something brand new on the spot, pompous, arrogant people work there, if i could give 0 stars I would. I will pay more & drive further from home before I ever give them another penny, worst experience Ive ever had.

My wife and I are from CT but travel to VT quiet often. A couple years ago we bought a power wagon from summit and boy we loved that truck but I was looking for a diesel and wanted a truck with more towing capacity. Traveling trough VT a couple months back I decided to stop and see what they had for trucks again. They had one Diesel so I decided to check it out. It wasnt 100% what i was looking for but pretty darn close so we decided to try to make the deal. Ethan (salesman) and his crew worked hard to get me where I wanted to be. Summit is super clean and their staff is some of the nicest people and easy to work with. This is probably going to be my last truck for a long time but if things change Summit is at the top of my list to check out.

Extremely dissatisfied, poor customer service.I was misled on the pricing out the door and once the final paperwork was received, additional tax and fees were added, despite my asking several times for the out the door price.I was sold a truck that will have avoided warranty if I attach a plow to it, despite me calling a plow place about transferring my plow from my old truck, while the salesperson listened to my call. My sales guy informed me a plow will fit on this truck.I was told that as a consumer I should know to ask the question if the truck can handle a plow. This was from “Bob” I just plow for my home, and would have never know to ask this. According to the sales person “Ethen and the manager, “Bob” this truck can handle a plow, in reality the manufacturer said Its not made for one.Interior was filthy upon picking it up, full of sand and dirt. They didn’t offer to clean it or fix it. Ethan said he would talk to the guys who clean it, like that would help.Upon picking it up, the truck was spilling windshield wiper fluid all over the street. I have called and emailed and I have yet to get a return call to schedule this to be fixed. The vehicle was purchased just after thanks giving and still no response after emailing and calling.Bob, the manager, as in multiple reviews on this page, refuses to quote me on a truck that will handle a plow, and actually said I was not the type of customer that he wants to do more business with, he told me never to come back. This guy is a disgrace to the company many people have had a bad experience with BOB, Robert Hensley, I am surprised with all the negative reviews with this guy he actually has a job there, which I’m sure he is hurting the company’s business. He is all about putting words in people’s mouths such as accusing me of things I didn’t say, He would say well “you said this, and you said that which isn’t true, an example would be this, I told Ethan my plans with the new truck, they told me this truck will be able to tow and plow, after I purchased it and found out it couldn’t plow they transferred me to Bob. Bob told me that when I went in there I was not looking for a truck to plow with, he told me if that was the case the sales team would have showed me a different truck, apparently Bob knew that this truck couldn’t handle a plow, Bob also advised me he listened to our whole conversation with the salesman and I was in the wrong.I am now stuck with a truck that does not meet my needs, and like other reviews here, I am without a dealership to return to as well, not that I would ever do business with them as long as “Bob” is there, whoever owns this place read the reviews about him, It’s not only me who had problems with him. Still no response from the sales team over this simple situation. Still its almost 2021 and no response about the windshield wiper issue over a month later after reaching out to them they wont respond back. If they knew this truck couldn’t handle a plow they should have said that instead of finding out later on after the sale. Are you guys ever going to call me back? If this place communicated with the customer I wouldn’t be explaining in detail about this place but people should know what to expect and many more had the same experience.

I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Summit at the beginning of the month and just like the first, Ethan did a great job of going over what my needs were, what my budget was and doing what he could to get me there. It took some time and effort on his part but after a couple days we were able to get to where everyone walked away happy. I would have given them 5 stars but it was frustrating that the first vehicle I purchased was a used vehicle in March that started having engine issues. This doesnt effect my view on my sales person Ethan- he did an amazing job both times but it was a disappointment that the first vehicle had issues but that is a Jeep thing and I really feel like because of that issue he pushed extra hard for a deal on this new car to make it right.
My vehicle had broken down in Keene, as I was walking home this man stopped and offered me a ride, He was a driver for Summit Chrysler and I told him I had been looking for a car for a while now and he brought me back to the dealership and they helped me into a 2017 Jeep Compass and I couldnt believe how easy the process was, Cole, Christian and Bob made this the best experience Ive ever had. By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The Truck was filthy and damaged upon delivery, it was a fight to get them to repair the damage. Bobby accused me of damaging the vehicle. I had to show them the picture of the truck in their own add to prove it was damaged before delivery. Now I am stuck with a brand new truck with no dealership to work with.Burger King has better customer service.The whole experience from paperwork to Bobby’s crusty attitude to the vehicle delivery was disappointing.

Dont bring your car here for service Ive gotten the run around for almost 5 months and they have had my car the whole time I still have to make payments on a car I dont even get to drive they never call me I always have to call them and then I finally said enough after already giving an extra month and a half and was told my car would be added to the schedule to just call and be told almost 2 weeks later oops someone dropped the ball again and no work has been done im beyond mad this is the worse service Ive ever dealt with and I dont understand who this place is still running

Emergency brake service was needed during a family trip. AAA had the vehicle dropped off at Summit. Unfortunately they wont work on the car for days. One bright spot was the young gentlemen drove us to Enterprise with his personal pick-up on his own time. A very polite, thoughtful and friendly man who even refused a tip for his troubles. The staff is outstanding. I had trouble getting the deal I wanted but Christian got me an even better deal. In these times when some dealerships dont want to come out and greet you, Cameron came right out. They have a wide selection of new and used vehicles and you will be treated well---guaranteed.
I bought the car from here. So I called to make appointment about changing transmission fluid they looked up my car and scheduled it but didnt know that you cant change it so I got there spent almost an hour there before they told me that then said they smell coolant and wanted to know if Id like them to look at it... why does the service department not know about the vehicles and dont think it should have taken almost an hour to tell me.
Brought my Truck in for service and don’t live around the corner. No one calls to tell me my truck is ready for pick-up. Now I gotta jump thru hoops to find a ride down there tomorrow.I’ll bring it to Bennington RAM next time.

I needed a car after an accident a few weeks ago and I had specifics to meet. The awesome staff at Summit made it all happen and in 2 days I picked up my new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. I would definitely recommend going here. They are not like other dealers, they take your personal needs to heart and will not put you in something you dont want.

Deceptive, outright crooks .My friend bought a car from them and traded hers in. They lured her in by lying to her about how her car would be paid off, this never happened . Didn’t inform her about a 3000 dollar warranty that they slipped into the paperwork . Then they sent her on her way with an almost empty tank . I understand that she signed the paperwork but in reality, who has the time and patience to read every line, you have to be able to trust the word of the sales staff. Do not do business with them !

I recently had a fabulous experience purchasing a 2008 Dodge Avenger at Summit. This is not your typical cliche car dealership. Ryan was so helpful finding the right car for me on my budget. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything I wasnt completely in love with. Even though I was pretty picky and admit about avoiding a mom car Ryan was wonderfully professional and friendly. I didnt feel like he was simply trying to sell me a car real quick, rather wanted to be sure I drove away happy. PJ walked me through all of the paperwork and helped me get a great rate. He explained everything I asked about. They were so kind and friendly with my family that accompanied me. Stellar hospitality, from genuine people. Five stars. Just bought a Ram 2500 about two weeks ago the sales experience with Al Germain was top notch he always answers his phone, and was able to meet my needs. I had the service department apply protective undercoating, and it took them all day. I could not get anyone to give me a straight answer when it would be done. All I got was we will call you back, which they never did. I also had a full jug of DEF in the back seat, which I discovered was no longer there. This says to me lack of attention to details. So if the service department forgets to put my belongings back in the truck, forgets to call me back, are they going to forget to torque bolts to the proper foot pound ? Never again, Jiffy Lube is better than this place
This is my 3rd visit to Summit and I cant say enough about their customer service. Ive never had to wait for any length of time & have been listened to carefully. All around great service.
My experience at summit couldnt have been any better. Adam was my salesperson and made it very efficient for me, Jeff did a quick appraisal that came back right around what i was looking for and i felt no pressure to buy but everything was right on point and they offered me exactly what i wanted right off the bat with no going back and forth, i love the new one pricing. their first offer was better than the others end price which makes me a customer for life, time is money to me and i didnt waste any. i wouldnt hesitate to send my friends and family to Adam and Jeff.
My father bought a new car off the lot a year ago and has had problems with it constantly. Its been towed and has broken down several times already. He has brought it in for service due to faulty equipment for at least 5 times within the last year. They kept claiming they could not find any issues when a code didnt show up. They claimed they couldnt fix a simple electrical issue because there was no code present. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also, for all his breakdowns they never gave him a loaner car. Its sad when you spend almost $40,000 on a vehicle that is faulty and undependable and everytime it breaks down they tell you they cant offer a loaner car. I find that to be very inconsiderate.
I purchased a new Grand Cherokee from the a few months ago. The sales manager was good to deal with. Got the price I was looking for on the new vehicles and on my trade. Thats the good news. The service and parts departments lack big time. A few things come to mind: I had special parts orders that never came in and I got no phone call about them. The service techs appear to be okay, but I am not pleased with the cleanliness of their work. They dont use floor mats. The vehicle comes out dirty. I had a loaner which was filthy. They can use some service upgrades.
I recently purchased my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee at summit Chrysler from Ryan McCullock. It was one of the best and easiest experiences Ive ever had at a dealership. I went in with a pretty strict budget and being upside down with my previous jeep I wasnt expecting any miracles. Not only did they take the time to really go over my options but they worked within my budget. Being a single mom we know how important that is. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite and I didnt once feel pressured. Thanks summit!! Ill definitely be telling people about my experience and will be back for future purchases.
I would like to express how extremely terrible my buying experience was at Summit Jeep. How I am extremely unhappy and feel taken advantage of. Every step of the way was completely frustrating and done wrong. From letting me take the new car home for a night, then making me take my original car back. To the paperwork that was filled out incorrectly over and over and over not exaggerating.I myself had to point out the numerous paperwork errors and tell them to take it back to fix it before I would sign anything.The interest rate after I was already approved and locked in for changed over night and twice again after the initial approval.It made me so uncomfortable I had to leave at one point.Another major issue when reviewing my purchase agreement was that I was promised $18k for my Nissan Rogue trade-in, plus the new jeep rebates. What they did instead was added the rebates from the Jeep to their surprise $6k lower trade-in price that was never told to me for my Nissan. So all along I thought I was given my asking price for my trade-in and was not. I never actually got the rebates off the retail price of the new Jeep. When leaving the dealership the day I signed the contract no one ever gave me options of how to take care of my new registration or offered me ways to work it into my financing.I have not even had my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee for one month yet. A piece of plastic body molding by my drivers side window flew off while I was driving. I was/am mortified. Buying this brand new vehicle that costs $50,000 is not something that should be falling apart within the first years let alone the first 30 days!I brought my Jeep to the the dealership to have someone check it out. His response was that “oh that must have happened when they unloaded it off the truck the bracket is broken that’s the only way that could have happened.” So that means Summit dealership taped or glued this broken piece back onto the car that I bought as “brand new” and never even told me that it was broken. I feel so uneasy just worrying about what else they have covered up or have hidden from telling me about this car. Today I got the piece replaced at Summit Jeep. I walk out to look at my car and the new piece they put on is scratched and they scratched the side of my Jeep putting it on. I am appalled. All they did was apologize and say they’d fix it sometime in the future and they would call me. Nothing else.I am to the point where I don’t even want this Jeep anymore and never had the happy thrill part of buying this new car. Overall I would never tell anyone to go to this dealership. This is the worst experience I could have been delt and I can’t believe they conduct business this way.
My husband and I just purchased a 2013 Jeep Compass and we LOVE it! David Ovitt was our salesman and he was so accommodating! He worked SO hard to get us a great deal despite us rebuilding our credit. He was friendly and very empathetic! If there is ANYONE I would go to for any of my vehicle needs, it would be David. He was great with my family, and even helped entertain our 1 year old when he was getting fussy!Great group of people all around, with a no-pressure atmosphere. Will absolutely be going to Summit again in the future!
Full disclosure: I initially posted a less than stellar review detailing a relatively minor issue that had, nonetheless, miffed me up a bit. I miff easily. It was not a scathing review, mind you, but blunt enough and I was stingy with the stars. A very short while later I received a call from a gentleman Ill call Wayne, because I think that was his name, who kindly offered to make matters right by me. No mention was made of the snippy review - there was no quid pro quo, no Ill do this for you if you do this for me. Nothing of the sort. He just made it happen quickly and pleasantly. I appreciate that, and Ill certainly return with no hesitation.
Took my Wrangler in for an oil change and mentioned that I have a shimmy in the front and every once in a while I get the dreaded Death Wobble. Few hours after I get a call saying its done and the mechanic found my steering stabilizer bad. They said thats whats causing my wobble. Heres the issue, the steering stabilizer has nothing to do with your axle bouncing from side to side. They quoted me $300 for parts and labor stating I needed a new bracket. Well after I picked it up I brought it to work and checked it out. The kid didnt even take the stabilizer off, so how does he know its bad? I did and it had a couple spots where it was soft, so I went to Bond and got a new one for $36. I still have the shimmy as a should since that has nothing to do with the problem. They didnt diagnose my concern properly and tried to charge me for an over price part that wouldnt have solved my issue. The kid that did the work is getting put through school by the dealership so he is not even a certified tech. I will not be going back for anything.

I had an issue with another Summit dealership in Canada and wrote a negative review. Jeff contacted me to get the issue only to find out I had the wrong dealership. Jeff went out of his way to assist me in resolving my issue.If a dealership will do this for a stranger that they will likely never see, I can only image what they do for their direct customers.These are the gold standard for others to be measured by.

Worst experience I ever had. I didn’t get the color I ordered. I brought it back for a undercoating I had a appointment for it sat there all day long never was touched.
Got a used car for work at $13,500 in alright condition, but Ive had constant problems with it ever since - its been one repair after another, and has been taking a substantial financial toll on me. I later met someone in the same line of work as myself who says he was the prior owner of this car, and that he originally purchased it for only about $6000, less than half of what im still paying on my loan. They said that they replaced the entire axle, but its about 4 months down the line and Im already having to make repairs on that. Im not certain if I was lied to necessarily, but I certainly have no intentions of purchasing another car from here, and I would not recommend you do either.

We could not be more pleased with our recent experience at Summit Chrysler. The service was amazing. First we must acknowledge Nick Stockwell, who we already knew, but was extremely helpful in our search for the correct vehicle. Nick is great at his job and we trust his opinion and expertise. Knowing Nick could be doing service on our new vehicle made our decision to try Summit Chrysler easier. Next we have only good things to say about our experience with Ryan McCullock. Ryan was very welcoming, and we never felt pressured by him to make any decision. He was friendly and seemed interested in what we wanted, and what would work for our budget, credit, and family. We have had unpleasant experiences in the past with sales people, but Ryan was a class act. He was more than happy to explore any vehicle we wanted to test drive, and was honest and upfront about what our options were. Ryan was awesome. Finally we must give credit to Ashley Hitchcock, who was friendly and did a great job explaining the financial aspect of things. She was very reassuring and also upfront about what our options were. It was a pleasure to work with all three of these individuals. We will highly recommend Summit Chrysler to anyone who wants a quality experience getting a vehicle. In the end, we could not be more happy with our Dodge Journey, and our car-buying experience.
Very good group of people to work with. I was 250 miles south when a sprinter van I had been searching for became available in their inventory. A couple of quick phone calls and I secured a fantastic deal.
WORST people to deal with. Let me start out by saying we have never bought a car there and never stepped foot on their lot. BUT they cancelled our warranty on a car we bought in another state. Did we ask them to cancel a warranty? NO. Just got an email of a statement with no context. When we asked why they were sending it and how they got our email, they sent the statement again with no context. ALSO this email was from a sales persons personal email address with another customers personal information and VIN number on it. Fast-forward a month and we are still dealing with our warranty being cancelled for no reason by a dealership in a state we do not even live in. I will be telling all my NH and VT family never to buy from them. Avoid Matthew and Darlene at all costs!

My original review in 2018 was 5 stars. Now, 3 years later, it was time to trade in my lease. I got a new truck, but was VERY disappointed. Definitely not the same experience (of course, because theres different people in every department). I tried to contact the GM but couldnt get a callback. Finally got everything squared away over a month after I bought my truck. I wont go into detail, but I cant recommend Summit to anyone until things change.
You need to avoid this business at all costs. They sold my boyfriend a total lemon and the repair costs for it has been ruining our life. Every month weve had it has been $1,000 in repair costs, and we cant keep up with it. My boyfriend wrote a review expressing his concerns about his car and Summit Chrsyler replied saying a manager would call him about his deal. No one ever called him. When he called they sent him to a voicemail and the manager wont return his calls. Only go here if you want to buy an overpriced lemon that will ruin your financial well being.

I bought a 2012 Grand Cherokee last weekend. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a dealership. Scott Perry was a great salesman that was very easy to work with as was Jeff one of the managers. They gave me a great deal on the car I bought and a good price for the car I was trading. Usually going to buy a car is a stressful experience where there are pushy salespeople that are just looking to make money off of a customer. That was not the case here. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone!
I wish there were a negative star review. The service experience I have had with Summit has been terrible. Today is the 26th of April. I brought my vehicle to them on April 3rd and it still hasnt been repaired. Once the problem was identified (which I already had an idea what it was) They determined that they needed to do some work first that was covered under warranty. (Thats the only thing I appreciated) How would you like to be told every time you called it would be a few more days, then one day their service girl told me it would be finished by the end of the day. I returned my rental car and got a ride to the dealership only to be told my vehicle was still in pieces. When I finally received another phone call the following week that the car was fixed, after getting the keys going out to the car, turning the engine over, the original problem I had with the car was not even addressed. I walked back into the service area, apparently they were so caught up in doing the warranty work they forgot (I believe was the exact word that was used) to fix the original problem and never even ordered the parts. I am still waiting to hear back from them, Ive called twice this week and have not gotten a response. I will not be going back. Made an appointment elsewhere!.
As far as car sales go extremely fast the staff were friendly and courteous, and did a real good job of making me feel at home while in their showroom. Didnt try to snowball me or do the normal showroom tap dance. Just absolutely the best dealership experience I have ever had. I will be a repeat customer! Big thanks to Jeff and Ryan!Update. They lied to me, they didnt give me my discount they said they were going to. They told the bank they were taking my escape, told me no trade in. And they ran my credit thru every bank in the country even though I told them I was ok with theres and 3 local one. Now I have a lawyer because I am still having my credit run buy them. Another reason why I have a lawyer is because they lied on multiple credit apps. All around I would never go to summit Subaru or Ford here since all 3 are the same company. And Ford sold me a car with a transmission that was about to go. From now on its Chevy or to Keene for this guy.Now I was called and being call a liar. So I will get the proof from my bank if possible. Three things off the top of my head. Wholesale price 17,500+ minus 2116 would have been 15k but (and my fault here) 17,500+ on the contract, lied to. Bank was told that I worked at my job for 22 yrs. That is a lie. I havent even lived here that long. And I was honest and told them I did some landscaping under the table till I could get it all legitimate and my bank was told that I would provide pay stubs for that. Another lie. Then the bank said they wanted to clarify the trade in because over the phone during the dealer and banks conversation that the escape was gonna be used as trade in. They told me it was not and said the bank declined the trade in. So loan was submitted without trade in and my bank wanted to know why. So regardless of what they decide to post they bold face lied to me and my bank.
I got my oil and filter changed on my 2016 Jeep Compass. It took 35 minutes and cost $31. A good exerience.

GREAT energy the moment I parked my car,and before I could walk in there was who I now know as Ryan to greet me with the same great energy I was already feeling getting to the parking lot.I was at auto mall the week prior,only went in two times..but each time i just didnt feel right at all.Cant really explain it...honestly just didnt feel right being there.(weird I know lol,but is honestly how I felt)My gut feeling was saying, I should go check out Summit and thats what I did...and Im truly happy that I did.Ryan was awesome and very very attentive and helpful,as well as the whole staff there..even those that werent even dealing with me directly.Honestly just great people,who really care about there customers being happy about what they purchase ! Buying the truck was no problem and should be a 4 star.Service is a totally different experience.I bought new tires for my truck somewhere else. went to get alignment done at a good tire shop. I was told upper ball joints are bad. they showed me the play. common dodge problem. they stock ones suck.Since i had a few recalls to do I figured i would go get them done and have summit do the ball joints. I live 1 hr 45 min away from them. I received a loaner.. explained about the ball joints and the alignment.recalls were new water pump,rear tailgate, some shifter lock..dropped of wed they called fri am. trucks done. thats quick.. i asked how the ball joints are. i was told they dont need it. I said thats odd. i was told they do from a shop and they showed me the play in it.Gregg the shop manager at summit said they would recheck sat am . they close 12pm sat.called him at 10 am he said they are fine. i drove to them to get it. pulling into the shop i notice my truck is squatting in the rear.i have air rear suspension. a dodge option on the truck.I spoke to gregg and asked about the ball joints. he printed out how they test them and how the measurement is taken. ok great. whats my measurement ?? Oh i dont know i was told.. thats great. how do you know they are ok?next the alignment.. wheres the report how good or bad was it?? oh i dont know i was told again.. thats just great. now pretty annoyed this plafce is wasting my time i go out to my truck and start it.low anti freeze light on. and my trucks air suspension is not working.At 12 noon they close and doors are locked..I get a sales man and he finds a guy out back to add anti freeze.I ask the guy does my truck look low in the back? he said no.. I drove away for about a block turned around. diffenatly not right.I look around I see the leveling sensors rod was pulled out of its perch so one side was not filling with air.the sales man could not help.Good thing im pretty handy and was able to get it together.If i was not it could have been pretty ugly with one air bag not being filled properly.long story short.I will do any service from this point on at dodge in greenwich NY.thats where i bought my 2012 ram. I bought this 2016 because summit had the color I liked.the other dealers service knew what they were doing and got any issues taken care of.I will not ever go back to summit.a total waste of time
