Came to Home Depot to find some small things and ran into this amazing spot located to the left of Home Depot! Worked with Kyle who is the manager I believe and let’s just say his professionalism and enthusiasm to assist you is exactly what you need from someone who cares. Came in looking for a new couch and was assisted in finding the perfect couch for the right price. Kyle was also kind enough to give us multiple different color options that weren’t available at the store and on top of that give us a discount on top of the already competitive pricing! Super helpful and friendly staff! Great name brand products for amazing prices! Defiant worth the stop!

I drove by this place yesterday and decided to go in. It is not at all what I expected. On the 1st floor they sell things like mattresses, exercise machines, barbecues, refrigerators, etc. On the 2nd floor they sell apparel. I was told by an employee there that the apparel portion of the Sears Outlet Store will no longer be offered in the near future. For that reason, Most clothing items are on sale right now for $1 each!***** Yes, a buck for a piece of clothing. Thats the GOOD news.The BAD news is that the clothing is not very attractive. They sell a lot of sweaters, out-of-style jeans, swim wear, T shirts, gloves, and sweatshirts. Most of their adult clothing comes in larger sizes. Its very hard to find anything under size 5. They also sell childrens clothes.The good news again, is that everythings only a dollar! I actually bought some T-shirts to wear around the house to work in, but found nothing else that I would wear. Thats not to say that nice things arent offered. I found some Levis belts on sale for only $4. And they have a great selection of dresses. Lots of shorts as well. Its definitely worth looking at if youre on a budget.Just a heads up though, it is not a an especially clean or pretty place to shop. The concrete floors are stained and cracked. Clothes are hung incorrectly on hangers so that you never know what size youre looking at unless you hunt for the clothing tag - which can get very tedious. For a dollar though, you certainly cant complain.One last thing. Sears no longer recycles their coat hangers. They are all thrown in a landfill! This just kills me. Whoever wants free coat hangers should swing by and pick up as many as youd like. Armloads of them!

I did expect better prices albeit the prices are much cheaper than the department store. The store is quiet dark however so theyre shopping experience wasnt very exciting

I purchased my furniture 2 weeks prior to have it delivered on August 1st. When August 1st arrived, I received a call stating that their delivery driver was sick and someone would call me back. One day passed and no one called. So a day later I called to speak with a manager. I was told a manager was unavailable and would call me back. The manager never called. So now its Wednesday and my funiture was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I was charged an $79.99 fee for delivery. The thing is if you charge someone a delivery fee than you should honor it. Manager is never available to talk over the phone. All I was told was he would call back. It will be Thursday and I am still waiting for my furniture. If the business is having a difficult time upholding their businesses practices, maybe they should reassess those practices.
We were looking for bedroom set and kitchen set, American Freight has a ton of options and great prices. Ultimately we found what we were looking for, and the rep. Kyle who assisted us was very helpful in answering questions and assistance.

This store has amazing customer service! Truly havent seen this type of customer care since I was a kid!!! We were treated with excellent service! Shout out especially to LUKE!!! He greeted us, asked us if we needed assistance and made himself available to answer all of our questions. Very knowledgeable of the items we were looking to purchase. Also listened to our concerns about what we wanted to avoid.. He helped us navigate through it all. He and the warehouse manager, Tyler, stayed over an hour after hours trying to help us deal with the poor customer service from the credit card company. The issues with the credit card company never got resolved, but this store management, Robert, along with Luke tried to compensate our troubles. We returned the next day to still purchase our appliances.. They gave us a discount, Luke printed out each manual for the appliances we were purchasing and helped us with the delivery. Good job also to the person who is hiring such wonderful people who actually put the customer first!!!PS...great prices on their appliances!!!

Really wished I read this info prior to purchasing a so called new fridge for my mother for Christmas. Not only does the ice maker not work which is why she wanted it, for $2600 they dont even care warranty or not. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! Run! Its a rip off. Matt is an inconsiderate person who swindled us in the midst of a pandemic. O how I miss Sears Outlet. Never ever ever coming here again and Im advising all my local clients to stay away. They will fix this legally and I will have my social media platform help me spread the word!

Ive always liked this place. I knew it as Sears Outlet. I saved half of new appliances with minor imperfections. The sales person took time with us to find our purchases with the least imperfections.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. In fact, I give this entire company negative 10 stars. I ordered a stove from the online store in June. It arrived July 16, box broken and missing all the grates, the griddle, several burner heads and burner head covers. Since that time I call several times a week to get this useless thing out of my house and a refund. I am always assured someone will get back to me and return will be processed. NOTHING EVER HAPPENS. No one ever has called me back, I always have to call again. I have been polite and patient, but this is ridiculous. I am beyond frustrated and out $1100.00. Better Business Bureau is my next stop.

Very frustrating experience. I ordered a washer/dryer unit online and then the next evening I get an out of stock email saying to call the local store. I called the local store and they told me that they didnt have it anymore and that they dont always update their website. I wasnt offered any assistance. Very disappointed.

We purchased our washer and dryer and asked if they have free of interest finance, the associate answered YES if you pay off within 101 days and it takes only a few minutes. However, he did not mention about the $70 ORIGINATION FEE. So I paid off my bill within 10 days and got charged $70 fee. I did mentioned to the salesman that I have no issue using my credit card but I have only 30 days to pay off and he recommended this AMERICAN FIRST FINANCE and said no interest but totally FAILED TO MENTION about the $70 ORIGINATION FEE.. Also their washer and dryer are all used which they dont tell you either. They just let you think that these just have cosmetics blemishes but in actuality they are all used and reconditioned. We washed our laundry and there are dirty things came out from the washer into our laundry. Bottom line here is DO NOT BUY FROM AMERICAN FREIGHT.
I called earlier this week to ask about a stove and the sales manager was very attentive to what I was looking for. I decided to drive down to check them out and was not disappointed with the selections they had. I plan on going back to purchase a few more appliances in the near future.

The worst hospitality ever. They were so unkind and rude. If you are going to put a price on anything you have to respect the price facts right. I went in and saw a refrigerator for $485 and there was another customer that was getting a refresher for $385. The refrigerator was damaged and had horrible marks on it but for the price I was like ok. We asked if we could take the refrigerator but then a man with yellow glasses in his mid 70s said that essentially the right price. Then I asked for his manager and his manager didn’t even show up. By the way the thing that got me really triggers was the fact that another man went inside and they gave him the price that was on the refrigerator which was $385 and they respected that price. But for me and my family they didn’t and that’s absolutely unfair every one has equal rights in America. But anyway they sold that price to that man and his refrigerator was way nicer and cleaner plus his refrigerator wasnt dented the way the refrigerator that we were going to but was. Lesson of the day is that to never trust a sears. Look at the pics I took.

Our sales experience with buying a new fridge this past weekend was great. The customer service rep was completely alone and had no additional help to help other customers. When setting up the delivery, she stated the the delivery company would call us 24 hours before to schedule delivery. They did not. They called and said they would be at our home in 10 minutes. We had to scramble to get all the food out of the fridge. Then....they tried to deliver the wrong model to us. It was 3rd party delivery team....not Sears. They were nice guys but they tried to get us to take the wrong model. We told them no, give us back our old fridge. They double checked the truck and found the model we ordered. Now....its been on for over 8 hours and is still not cold. I have a feeling this will be going back too.
I placed an order for a refrigerator 7-24-20 and received a email confirmation with a temporary order number and then a follow up email with an order and sales order number and was advised i would receive a call the following day to confirm it was in stock or advise it was already sold.I never received a call and have tried contacting the store a couple times to inquire via phone, however nobody answers the phone. Its been a week and nothing even though they charged my card $ 2,000.00 for the purchase a week ago.I emailed them this morning cancelling as they have not performed or contacted me, and also put in a dispute with my credit card company.Avoid this company, their customer service is as bad as Sears.
We went to the sears outlet a few days ago and I can say im beyond impressed with the hospitality and kindness of the facility. We ordered a stove, washer, and bedframes and gregg as well as a younger gentleman helped us. They were extremely kind and went above and beyond to help us get what we needed! We love going there and will be again sooon

This place is so very neglected. I visited because I needed a second refrigerator and thought, what the heck, Ill save a few bucks by purchasing a slightly dented or an open box fridge. They have a good amount of refrigerators in excellent condition, maybe some scuffs or dents on the sides, some smell because the were returns, and they even have new in box ones. I couldnt find what I needed, unfortunately. My kids were curious about the upstairs, so I decided to go up just to quench their curiosity. Cool window view, but everything else is just dismal. One of my kids and to go to the restroom. You can see in the pictures that they probably clean once a month in there. Needless to say I didnt allow my kids to use the restroom. The employees are nice, helpful, and absolutely not pushy when it comes to sales. They will ask once of you need help and then theyll wait for you to request it if your do eventually need help.

I dont usually write reviews but after the very frustrating expierince I had today I had to it. I purchased a Kenmore Dryer last Saturday and received a confirmation of purchase. The main reason I purchased his dryer was because it was In Stock. I waited til Monday just to get status since I hadnt received another email telling it was teady for pick up. I called a total of 5 times, every time they picked up they said that they were with a customer and that they would call me back. I waited all day and was finally able to get the manager to speakk to me to tell me that the dryer was out of stockNever again will I deal with these people! What a waste of time!

Dark and depressing, its the Isle of Rejected Appliances. They did not have countertop microwaves, but they do have a large selection of major appliances like fridges, ranges, and laundry devices. Worth a visit if you need an inexpensive major appliance. Just bring a flashlight, and check the panels carefully for dings and dents.

Placed numerous calls to talk to a Manager with the promise of him calling back. Never happened. Promised a refund and it’s OCTOBER and still waiting on my refund. I’ve been calling this location and their main office for assistance and all USELESS. I have been put on hold a few times for more than 20 minutes waiting on their Manager to respond but nothing. Super Frustrated!!! Spreading the news to all I know to never purchase from this unprofessional outlet or establishment. Never Again!!!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I am writing this review to warn everyone do NOT purchase anything from this company, you will regret it.I purchased a washing machine from this outlet a couple of years ago, and purchased the warranty and extended warranty. It broke and I was on hold 1 hour each call. I had to call 5 times for technicians, 2 which no called and no showed. The other 3 times the washer still does not work after 4 months! They REFUSE to get me a new washer, stating its not the lemon law and they still want to send more technicians to inspect it. On top of the fact they just cancelled my technician for todays appointment and apparently have no one else who can help me. So Im still waiting...Save your money, time and sanity. Dont buy from this company.
Poor customer service. We bought an appliance. They scheduled delivery,/install for a Tuesday, but did not tell us a time; they were to call us Monday with the time and did not. I called Tuesday morning and they rescheduled for a time window the next day. That washer never was delivered. No one called or even bothered to apologize. Then, no delivery again. Their excuse was that they were busy and couldnt answer the phone. Also was told they got rid of their delivery service (or so they told me). No one ever called to let us know! I went there and got a complete refund. Never will go there again.
Although very polite, could not get call back to arrange delivery for already-paid-for washing machine. Whatever little savings on used goods is hardly worth the headache.

Lots of good deals to be found. Everything is clearance items from the Sears stores. All of the appliance are either new or customer returns. Some may be perfect or have some cosmetic issues, but all carry the same warranty as new. Lots of appliances are here to choose from. The sales people are nice and helpful. It can get a little busy at times.

Horrible service! purchased a washer, and was told it would be delivered today, 2 weeks after purchasing it. Turns out it was not even placed in the delivery book!! I tried calling for over 2 hours, and no one answered the phone, so I decided to drive to the store. When I was driving to the store, someone finally answered only to tell me my name was not on their delivery schedule. If I had not come to the store or called, who knows how long it would have taken for them to contact me or try to schedule a delivery! The manager said there was nothing he could do because my name was not on the schedule. He completely washed his hands of his responsibility to me as a paying customer.
We were thrilled to find the exact counter depth fridge we needed. It had no dings or scratches and was discounted from the price on the tag. Great surprise!! The price was the best we have seen. The salesman, Tom, was very helpful and took really good care of us. One of the handles on the fridge had come loose and Tom knew just how to fix it. He made sure we were completely satisfied before the sale was final. He even cleaned the fridge with stainless steel cleaner and we left the store feeling like we had the deal of the decade. We flip homes and the outlet store will be the first and final place to look for appliances. Thanks Tom!!
Everyone was super nice, but after spending an hour picking out a mattress, we paid for it and were on our way out the door when I realized that the mattress wed paid for them to deliver wasnt the model number on the end of the mattress. Turns out the mattress had been marked with the wrong price tag and bar code which didnt match the mattress model number. The correct price was $200 more. We got a refund and our mattress search continues...
I never write reviews but I’m not a happy camper right now. First off, their customer service sucks. The sales reps were all standing around talking and I had to stand by and wait by them for them to stop chit chatting and help me. They even looked at me while I stood around and waited for them to finish their conversation.I went into the store to buy a refrigerator. After many attempts at finding the one I wanted, I finally found it and was going to buy it but was informed after I decided that it was already sold but they just didn’t mark it as such. The sales rep apologized for the mess up but I had my heart set on it. After that, none of the fridges could compare. After I finally settled on another one and purchased it I was told I was going to have it delivered on that Friday. No one called to confirm like they were supposed to and Friday came around and no one showed up. I called later in the late afternoon to find out what was going on they told me that I was on the manifest but no one picked it up to deliver it. I was then told that it would be delivered Saturday. I called to confirm on Saturday and I was still told it still wasn’t going to be delivered. I waited around all Friday for the delivery. I know everyone knows how frustrating it can be to wait around for a service all day not knowing when they will show up. I even had to rearrange my house to make sure there was enough room for them to maneuver the refrigerators in and out (new and old). Now my house is in disarray and has to stay this way longer.I was then told that now I have to wait until Monday for it to be delivered. As many of us do, I have to work for a living. So now I have to rearrange my schedule and my kids lives/schedule because they screwed up. So now I’m paying for them to screw me over and they basically told me I have to deal with it or wait another week to have it delivered. Considering I can’t wait since I have to have food in my house for my kids, I just have to do what THEY want me to do. The shipping company didn’t care and it seemed like neither did sears. I’m now going to see if I can buy another fridge from another company and tell sears to keep their mess ups and give me back my money. I’d rather give my money to a company that cares about their customers and cares what happens after they get my money. Not just take my money and blow me off.Stay away from them.
You have to know what your looking for and realize this in a ding & dent store, but its great for finding discounts prices on new items.
This place is okay. Washers and dryers are a little bit cheaper than regular price but its not like youre going to find a hell of a deal here. The people who work here or great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I give them three and a half Stars

We mostly perused in the clothing section. It felt dirty, it was dark, and disorganized. There were good deals to be found though. When they mark their appliances down by 50% the prices seemed to be at a normal sales price and nothing special.

There are some good deals, but its pretty much all floor models and returned models, which I didnt initially realize. They also dont make it easy to find what youre looking for because they churn through so much inventory and dont properly mark models on the floor or track them in any way. If you can deal with that, then youre likely to save money though.
Its OK, just keep your expectations low. Its a bargin store. Inventory varies substantially. There are some great deals if you look often. Just be prepared to jump quickly if you find something. Minimum number of employees.

If you want to play the smart money, youll come to the Sears Outlet before you make any large purchases. Sears has always been a center for anything anyone would ever need. The outlet in Brea is a great place to shop. Especially come here if youre about to buy a large Appliance. Their inventory tends to consist of higher-end models, but because youre buying an older or perhaps floor model version you can save a lot of money. This is a great place to come and buy quality products. The service here is especially Nathan helped me looking at both beds and washing machines, he was so knowledgeable and helpful. Truly a delightful experience.
