It was great finally going to shop there. It used to be Cost Plus before covid ruined everything. But it makes up for replacing Cost Plus. Very similar and prices are reasonable as well as selection of merchandise. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves shopping there. A couple of hours went by quickly. We wanted to see what Home Goods was like and we were very satisfied. Well definitely be returning as there was more to experience. Employees were very pleasant and helpful. Great atmosphere. Enjoy!

Found a nice Valentines gift except it had a broken ear and foot. Also a leg taped up. Talked to the manager she said 10% was the mark down ($3.00 on $39.00) and that was the best she would offer.Didnt buy and also buy the outer I was going to buy.

Well I got drug in to this place by my wife. Actually they have a lot to look at misc trinkets, home decor, snacks etc. I finally found a comfy chair swing and waited there until she got her fill.. cool place.

Quick in & out, which never happens. (Always find to many things to enjoy) The staff has really worked hard to keep things organized & easy to find. 👍

I usually love visiting, but I think so did everyone else. They made a line to wait to get in, but inside felt like no one was following distancing practices. The aisles are too narrow and its the type of shopping that needs time to browse, so there were aisles that I didnt walk through because too many people were in the way and not moving. The selection of current product that I saw was autumn festive. I will go back on a day other than Saturday. I dont recommend visiting on a weekend day.

Horrible shopping experience.

The customer service is awful! This is my local store where I have been shopping since it opened. I went to return an item 1.5 days after the receipt had expired. They would not honor it for an inexpensive item purchased in this store!! I don’t know any other establishment that wouldn’t have honored this. The manager was rude, too. A different Home Goods honored it (of course) and never even asked or commented about the receipt. I will not be going to the Brea store again.

OMG I could spend all day here just looking at all the knickknacks and home decor! Its a upscale Ross but all home decorations. Prices are just a but more than Ross but quality is better also so if your looking for something that looks like you spent alot but are living on a budget this is your go to store for home decor.

Chaos. Chaos. Chaos. Stuff everywhere, literally everywhere, floors, walls, tables, overstuffed. People were crazy, saw one guy go through and throw alot of baskets on the floor to get to the one he wanted, made loud noises. I went during the holidays so Im not sure how its like regularly. Will update if I can muster up the strength to go there again.

I love Home Goods but the staff here is terrible. I spent time waiting for help with a item I wished to purchase. Then I waited to pay and had to wait again for help carrying the item out. This happens every time I purchase furniture.

Did not appreciate stock person/sales associate remark while my daughter and I were not even done completing transaction. Girl at register too had a bad unwelcoming disposition While asking register associate a question regarding a product that we were interested in buying along with other things., you could since the fustration, the rush and very unpleasant experience. Sales,asst/ stocking clerk pointed out at an item that was on the bottom of shopping cart making sure I would not walk out without paying it. It was unprofessional and unthetical, never the less, emberrasing!!! No manners in customer service. While I was looking for a few items to bjy, he went by aile and placed items back on the shelf when I was not even done deciding what I wanted to purchase, not even out of courtesy asked if it was ok to put items back or offer help. My question is, isnt that hat they get paid for? Home Goods in Brea has products I like that identify with my taste, however employees need real training and most of all teach them to understand, customers might not always be right, but without them you dont have a business running and can not take a paycheck home. My advice as a consumer, train your employees in a way that they understand what real customer service is. 1. Greet the customer, 2. Offer help with courtesy, with manners. 3 Do not look or stare at customers like if they walked in to the store to steal. 4. Always be willing to answer questions with patience and most of all respect. Leave a good impression. In any way or form do not make the customer feel uncomfortable. I felt offended by the way my transaction was being handle that I told my daughter not to purchase anything.
