Clean organized store. Full stock. A sales lady helped me find what I was looking for. Everyone so nice

Bad customer service. Everyone walking in was greeted I was not. Was never approached to see if i needed assistance. Everyone else was. Finally young man approached and helped. Cashier checked me out didnt tell me she was done and just went to answer phone call. I had to ask her if I was done. Not good.

The only thing I love from bbw is the candles! Im addicted to their candles. Whenever they have sales I have to buy a few of my favorite or try a new scent. Im so happy they have the buy online and pick up in store option because I hate paying for shipping and I dont trust packages being delivered to my place.

The wait here is absolutely ridiculous..... there should be a online virtual wait list so you are not wasting time waiting almost 2 hours in line... totally disappointed

I love this place. Anytime i walk in i am always greeted and no matter how busy it gets i am always assisted. In reality any other Bath and Body Works store i have had an amazing experience. The email program is constatly giving deals and offers and its exciting to see what they will send next. They have great promotions in store and online as well.

Bath and Body Works is like a candy store for grown ups. You come in and try one product after another because everything smells wonderful. I first wanted to smell new products but ended up buying a lot because they have a sale going on. Prices were reasonable about $4-6 per bottle/tube of lotion. It was a little busy but a salesperson didnt fail to approach me twice and asked if I needed help with anything.

The sweet cinnamon pumkin body cream is my favorite thing in all of the store. I like the autumn smells so its best to go there during September or October.

Store is nice and clean. Christmas decorations up already. Sale Buy 3 Get 3. Spa line is gone. New scents for the season in.

I always loved Bath & Body works, however theyve stopped carrying bubble bath!! They only carry shower gels! Its not the same thing!!

Staff were nice and friendly. They had a decent selection, but the store was very hard to navigate. I was looking for candles, but it seemed that they were scattered everywhere in addition to the main wall section. I dont know, I guess its supposed to be that way? I wasnt a big fan of the layout.

Havent been in years. Its still basically the same. The workers were very very nice and helpful.

Im really happy with the assistance from the employees, they went out of their way to find the products I was looking for and pointed out all the sales and special offers. Download their App from the playstore or appstore to get even more discounts. The have a wide range of great products for women, men, your car and your home.

Great location and the store is always fully stocked. Conveniently located next to CPK so you can be in and out. My favorite items are the car fresheners, body creams, room spray, candles, hand sanitizers and plug-ins. Basically almost all of their items. I haven’t tried the bath bombs and I’m not too crazy about the aromatherapy stuff. Seems the same as the other products, just a different smell.

I can always find my favorites, there always people helping you out to find what are you looking for.

Huge lines, 2 registers on and they are letting people who are checking out at the registers continue to shop! I was in line for almost half hour. I wouldve walked out but they needed to hear that their actions were far from acceptable. Ill NEVER go there again! Horrible service and the store was a disaster!
