The hours on the website updated two weeks ago that say they are actually open are off by an hour. I paid for an item online five hours ago that was supposed to be ready for pick up in two hours, planning to get it close to closing since I have little time tomorrow and will be driving two cities away and there will be less traffic late at night.I was never notified that my single item order was ready. I called them to say I was going out there only to find out they are closed. I could have gone earlier. Now, I wont know until morning if there is a problem filling my order and my morning will be taken up getting out there instead of shopping to find an alternative costume piece if they dont have it.Party City location: Brea, Ca.

The store was very well organized and wasnt too crowded. They have a huge inventory for almost any event with reasonable prices. However I wasnt able to find what I was looking for... As with most places, the party supplies for boys are not very unique.

Looks like there big sale is balloons costume selection is no more. Party city is on there way out...

It was great! A girl employee named Zoe helped me. She was fantastic in taking her time to help me pick out what I needed all the way through my purchase.

It seems like their selection is smaller than at other Party City locations. I stopped by because I was in the area, but after seeing their selection and the fact that the store seems outdated, I will not be stopping by again unless it is absolutely necessary. Ill stick to the one in La Habra.

Everything is great and helpful staff the only thing I went to get Hello Kitty metallic balloon and one was not well done and got home it was almost flat but after everything its good

Friendly service but the store is not well stocked or organized. Didnt find much of a selection of cards and a lot of empty shelves on all rows. Also products were scattered had to really look hard for things that should have been right next to each other. Not the best party city I have been to.

I ordered something online and set it up so I can pick it up the same day. When I got there, they said they wanted to call me because they gave away the last one of that item 10 minutes before I got there. Id say thats completely wrong and unprofessional and they didnt offer any refund on this item. Id give them only 2 stars because maybe they are helpful with other customers but they were not helpful for me.

I believe I left a comment on this store before but Im being asked to leave one now. Of course its a great place to shop for your party supplies. However they lack severally in the Baby Shower venue. One small section is dedicated to it and it lacks in selection. 😕

I came to Party City for a Halloween costume and I came in not knowing what I was going to be. I roamed the store for quite some time. I was asked by several associates if I needed help, everyone was incredibly kind and willing to help! Thank you Party City, this is my first time coming to this location and Ill definitely be back for other occasions! Great customer service!

Great selections for many different party themes. Definitely not the best prices. A lot of the same items can be bought on line for much cheaper. But great place nonetheless

If you need party supplies this is the place to be. They have all types of colors, styles and designs of party supplies. I didnt have any problems here. I found what I needed. There customer service was helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars was their pricing can be a little high on some items.

I bought everything i needed for my husbands 50th birthday party. They had a great selection of classy gold colored items. Their one piece beveled cut wine glasses are awesome. They are just smaller than a regular white wine glass so they hold a decent amount. Amd theyre beautiful! The party supplies range in theme and they make it so easy to plan ANY type of party!!!

The signs read clearance 75% but the price tags and the price they charge at the register are all different. For example the item I got said $1 on the tag, went to the register it rang up 1.12, I asked thought it was 75% off, she said it took 38 cents off... math didnt add up and her unwillingness to double checke or even explain party city math... terrible service

They didnt have anything I was looking for today.Out of stock.But they are getting ready for Halloween (its August) so that maybe why they didnt have what I was in there for.

This place has it all. And not only that have it all, they are way above the quality of the 99 cents stores. The problem (or maybe the reason) is that the pries goes higher at the same time. If quality matter to you, Party city, if not, you can find cheaper options. I choose quality.

Good place to find decorations but I need to say that it is pretty expensive if your looking for cups, napkins, plates, party favors or utensils go to the 99cents store or dollar tree you will save more .

They carry so much stuff that may keep you from remembering what you went there for. Especially when you see the same item scattered through out the store. It could be tough finding what you want at party city in Brea: ESPECIALLY IF YOU DONT LIKE TO READ SIGNS. hellllllloooooo fellow shoppers !! its ok to READ THE SIGHNS. In fact I see everyone of those employees BizZEE! If you need to place an order, purchase, rent, or Balloon Service of of any kind; its not only safe to say but common sense that the cashier would handle that for you. Overall they get a Quattro.
