Really disappointed. I usually come to Hapa every month because I LOVE their cupcakes. So I decided to order cupcakes for my soccer team with a few weeks notice. I picked them up today and majority of the cupcakes have the frosting shifted to one side, so the cupcakes are tipping over in the containers. I also asked for lime green and gold, which they gave normal green and yellow. I’m just so sad! The cupcakes were poorly done for how expensive they were and how simple the design was. Won’t be ordering from Hapa again :(

Just had a Caramel Whiskey cupcake. So moist! The whiskey really enhances the flavor of the chocolate. Yum!😋

Hapa Cupcakes are to die for the cupcakes are tasty, moist and many flavors to choose from. My favorite is the red velvet and the cupcakes with alcohol strawberries with champagne and Chocolate whiskey so yummy. The staff are very welcoming and friendly 😀👍

The Fullertin location has more options, but this location is more easily accessible to the street and other businesses.Both locations cupcakes are the best in the North OC!!

1st time here. Must say their lemon lavender was excellent and so was their strawberries and champagne. However the red velvet was a little on the dry side. Parking can be challenging.

This is a amazing cupcake shop and bakery. Got a dozen cupcakes. All the coworkers LOVED them. There’s Samoa, strawberry shortcake and other amazing cup cake flavors. Pure heaven here if you love sweets. Hands down some of the best cupcakes I’ve ever eaten. This has to be one of the best Orange County cupcake bakery stores.

I took my daughter to pick out some cupcakes for her birthday and she loved it. The cupcakes were so delicious, soft, and moist. Definitely, better than Casey Cupcakes and Sprinkles. This will be my go to place for cupcakes 🧁🙂

Hapa provides such incredible service and amazingly high quality, beautiful, and delicious treats! We are definitely coming back for all our future special occasions and random treat cravings.

I bought a Kahlua mocha half sheet cake that cost me $140. There were no decorations on it, I ordered with plain white frosting and explained it was going to be decorated as a dirty 30 cake. The cake came out to be really bland and parts of it was dry. (It was picked up same day it was done, kept in box for half a day in the fridge then served) $140 well spent on disappoinment. Stick to cupcakes because Im assuming proportions were off when making a cake. Will never come back or recommend cakes. Especially at that price point.

Cupcakes and cakes have wonderful flavor/delicious and amazing designs. I have never been disappointed. There are so many flavors to choose from. Their decorating skills are superb. I love supporting small business and especially when they deserve it. Very friendly staff that can pretty much make any cake you can dream up.

This place has amazing gluten free vegan cupcakes! I LOVE the old skool vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting and rainbow sprinkles! And the cinnamon donut one! These are amazing and I highly recommend it for anyone with egg, dairy, and or gluten allergies!

Great cupcakes and many different flavors... the price is a bit high... I bought 3 cupcakes and spent close to 12 bucks... so a little pricey but very tasteful and delicious. Expect to spent some cash.. but you will be pleased .

Went to the grand opening. I told 3 employees it was my sons birthday (who was with me) and still no one acknowledged him at all. I understand it was the opening, but it wasnt that busy. Great flavor options, but I was expecting the employees to excited, not give me eye rolls.

Overpriced and the cupcakes have no flavor; go to porto’s instead. Their red velvet cupcake is only $2.15 and it’s fresh and delicious. The environment is also a lot more lively and the facilities are huge compared to here

I bought my very 1st cupcake from them today & the flavor I chose was Strawberry Cheesecake! Absolutely amazing, the flavors are perfect together. Not over the top & not even close to dry. Will be coming back for more cupcakes, treats & cakes. Thank you

WARNING! If you have food allergies or sensitivities, do not order from here. My child almost died from a careless mistake. A gluten free/vegan cupcake was ordered and we were given a vegan cupcake only. After ingesting, his face swelled, hives and labored breathing. Even in the ER we couldnt figure out what caused it even though the cupcake was the only thing he ate. The doctors insisted we speak to the bakery. When I called the bakery and asked about the gluten free/vegan cupcake, they reassured me it was gluten free and vegan and that I could double check with the baker. When I contacted the baker, the baker told me the cupcake we received was not gluten free!! We have reached out to the owners in hopes to ensure this never happens to another person with food allergies/sensitivities but after a couple of weeks we still have not received a response. Please avoid if you have allergies, this has happened before and it will happen again, but the next time it could be fatal!

First time Customer, great experience, cake was moist & tasty, i ordered a naked cake, at pick up I realized I wanted a more of a peek a boo look & they were than happy to make it right! I definitely appreciate the Customer service & making it right mentally, will definitely b coming back.

Ok so I only grabbed 4 of their delicious in-house homemade cookies. 3 Red Velvet infused Chocolate Chip and my favorite, The M & M Cookie. Big Mistake. The family devoured them like no tomorrow LOL.
