Super fast and efficient. Lately with the labor issues some of the locations havent been as fast but this one is awesome!

Great location in downtown Brecksville. This one always has enough staffing. You will not wait long, and you will have friendly folks. The lattes are always fantastic. A really great representation of the Starbucks brand!

My wife and I and eat and drink here quite often, glad to have a Starbucks in our little town of Brecksville.The staff is always friendly and courteous our food always comes out on time.Can’t wait for the other Starbucks to open near the freeway....Keep up the good work team Brecksville Starbucks!

Okay, I may have an obsession when it comes to Starbucks but i did think this one was cozy. I was a little thrown off because im used to going to the drive thru & they dont have one.Not being from that area it was a bit hard to find/ get to from the highway but I found my way to it! (Of course!)I found the cutest (20 oz) glass ever here and the Starbucks employees everywhere I go want to know where I found it!

GREAT coffee as always, but customer service is a 0%. I was waiting in the lobby for more than 5 minutes thinking that my drink was being made. Not realizing, my drink was already made and placed in the pick up area. NO ONE SAID ANYTHING. THEY KEPT WORKING WHILE I WAS STANDING WAITING. HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I never been to a Starbucks where customer service is extremely lacking. This location is at the bottom of the list. I will travel 50 miles before returning to this location.

Rushed service, no available vegetarian options except 1 at 8:30am, my tea was extremely hot and it had no Citrus or mint in it just tea bags and water. I also got a tea lemonade and it was bitter they said I have to ask for sweetener which I’ve never heard. Not sure why I was treated as such at this particular location but I will not be returning. They get 2 stars just because it was a clean location.

Being a foodie, I never let go of good food serving places.How could I let this one go ?This is an amazing place that lets you enjoy your sandwich with coffee along with the highest comfort level.The place enhances its charm by the beautiful and very subtle music that they play.

I ordered a java chip frappuccino. Something was a little off taste wise. It wasnt worth the effort to back for a replacement.

The staff here make this one of my favorite Starbucks. They are always friendly, attentive, and willing to converse. The service here is also one of the best. Whether or not you choose to go in or drive through for you order, it is usually pretty speedy.

Im not a fan of Starbucks but do occasionally enjoy an iced coffee. This Starbucks makes me want to come here every single day because of the people that work here, especially Bri who is the definition of professionalism and sweetness. The drinks are always made perfectly, the service is stellar and the people are wonderful!

Love this Starbucks! Hard working staff who does their best to give you the best service. The staff is also pretty regular so they know what theyre doing. Only complaint is I wish the parking was better, but thats more the property they are ins issue and not theirs.

Love this coffee shop. Theirs always lots of people from young teens to Moms to construction workers stopping in for a cup of java to either drink their or carry out! Even though the coffee a bit pricey, still worth the treat and atomsphere!!!

I do a Mobile order. My order isn’t hard. Usually it’s right on point. Today was the day that made me decide I’ll probably never go back. I stood there 10 minutes waiting for my order and then someone asked me my name. The had lost my order. I didn’t think anything of it because of how busy they were and I’m in the service industry so I try to be understanding. They make my order and make it wrong, I let the know and I watch the guy dump out half my drink and try to fix it. It’s still not right when he hands it back to me. I take it but come back because it was a mess (the cup) and in drinkable. I go back in and tell them exactly what I want. A cold foam cold brew, with Carmel, cream and Splenda. The write it down and re- make it. Still, the drink is wrong. Finally after about a half hour I say just forget it. The barista apologized and it wasn’t her fault, I understand. But at the same time, for 4.75 for a cup of coffee you should be making my order right the first time.

Although I stop in at a Starbucks once in a while I really am not a fan of Starbucks. The products are highly overpriced and the coffees due to the high content of caffeine make ones heart race.

Many Starbucks are in smaller spaces with limited seating, but thankfully thats not the case at this location. As a remote employee, I enjoy visiting this location at least once a week. While it can become crowded with kids and teens after school lets out, overall its not too crowded usually. Most of the baristas are friendly and Ive almost never had an issue with an order.

Barista was awesome! Even though the wrong order was taken at the register, the barista made a new one to correct it. He was all about customer service! And it tasted great!!!

My favorite place to get coffee, I will even go out of my way to pay a visit. One of their newer baristas Laura is just a delight. The highlight of my day!

As someone who has visited starbucks across the country, the Brecksville starbucks offers, by far, the best service available. The employees always have smiles on their faces and never give you that ugh I dont want to be here right now attitude that you can get at other places.

Its starbucks- the mcdonalds of coffee. baristas are pleasant enough despite all the karens.

People are never friendly, the line is always long. Waited 10 minutes in line finally got up there to reload my app. The girl had trouble with it gets the manager and he immediately gets a frustrated look on his face. I said hey dont worry about it Ill take care of it somewhere else. His response are you sure... I respond yeah I can tell by the look on your face youre as frustrated with this process as I am. He responds with okay thanks... customer service at its finest and by finest I mean finest example of what not to do

The choice for coffee for people who dont like coffee. Im not sure what that means for people who do like coffee. But I wont order coffee anywhere else. I really like their thai chicken peanut wrap for lunch. The sauce has a good flavor and a mild kick. The sous vide eggs and oatmeal (though overpriced) are primo delicious as well. Get the app.

If youve been to one Starbucks youve been to all of the Starbucks. Mediocre to stale coffee that only tastes good with dairy and a ton of sugar. None of them can make a simple espresso that doesnt taste burnt.

I needed a cup of coffee for my long drive home. It was hot and service was good.

5 stars for quality, 3 stars due to how busy this place is. Even after the move, seating is limited for the road warrior. Some starbucks permit phone conferences, this location is not one which is conducive. I drive to the next nearest which is aprox 10 minutes.

This is a Starbucks that upholds the companys attitude towards making sure customers leave happy. I have seen baristas remake drinks with a smile on their face, witness regular customers coming up to give staff they havent seen in a while hugs, and know from experience that the staff will go out of their way to ensure that if anything goes wrong - a poorly made beverage, wrong food item, errors at the register, mobile app rewards not showing up - they will make sure that the customer is taken care of.The only time Ive seen customers leave dissatisfied is because they refuse to accept the staffs willingness to help.

Drinks taste good, but line can get long because place is crowded half the time.
