They have been very diligent in helping me obtain the right couch set. Then I lost my remote for my tv in my couch when they picked up and they called me to let me know they had it. Very nice team every time Ive called them.

This place is TERRIBLE, SHADY somehow my pay out price more than doubled THEY only call for payments not to resolve issues i called 4-5 X everytime i was promised a call back I purchased a TV from them and it was unfortunate but within the hour of them droppin it off the screen cracked originally i believe the same as cash price was 800 something and the manager seemed sincere by knockin off $200 but without full explanation i had 6 months to pay it off for the same as cash price what he didnt tell me is that he was going to put them both on the same agreement and i needed to pay them both off by the 6 month deadline i successfully paid off the one TV (not the broken one) in the 6 months with 600 something left on my account basically the broken TV and then come the 6months my balance due jumped from 6 something to almost 1,300 im just mind blown at what in the world happened there are they charging me for not having both sets paid off within the 6 months or how does my balance more than double ive been calling and callin all of last month ive had multiple employees promise to have the manager call me and solve my issue i told employee chris that i called 4x and kept gettin the same promise he assured me that he was gonna get me a call back and now its been day 5 no call back still

I will be going In this morning. I paid my laptop in full and they have charged me close to a hundred dollars now in random charges. Do not trust them.They changed my payment plan without asking.They never call back when they say they will.Sarah is one of the most dense people Ive ever met as well.

Ive done business with this store on and off for the last few years. The staff has always been wonderful and dedicated to helping me out and if they dont have the product in store they have gone to the other store and picked it up for me. Love the staff and selection.

Rude customer service. They called once about what time to pick up couch and i had not returned the call and they showed up at my home unannounced. They are very shadyI WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT I PAID ON PAYMENTS

We have been renting here for over a year, and our experience has always been great. They are very understanding. If we need to change our payment days because we got another job, they were okay with it and did not charge extra. Overall a great place for a rent to own basis!

Lots of quality furniture and household merchandise at affordable prices. They have friendly sales people who really do go out of their way to see you get the best deal around!

I was told I was getting a new washer and dryer for 1200.00.come to find out they have been rented out several times. The manager also said if I payed them off early he would give me a deal. All untrue and I could have bought a new set for under 900.00. I will never shop at this store again.

Great customer service and everyone is willing to work with you and answer any questions you may have. Its great to be able rent to own at your pace.

Brian the manager, he is a Gentleman, great guy to work with, but those employees colet and the fat one, watch out, they are pure evil to work with, racist, they have no manners, no education, they will threaten you if you are one day late. Stay away from this store. I had to give one star

Worked with them in June and their customer service not only was lacking, but the manager was non-responsive as well! Do not recommend.
