Long story short- Ordered floor mats online, received a confirmation, waited for floor mats.Apparently, I received an email asking if I was sure I wanted the floor mats and since I did not see that email my order was refunded in 48 hours.1- Bad policy- I get you want to ensure items are not returned but there are other ways to solve that.2- I never received a call or additional follow up except a follow up email stating We did not receive a confirmation so we will be refunding your order. Bad business, plan and simple.
