Courteous and polite customer service, thorough check-in, limited amenities for clientele waiting in shop, seat was not reset to where I left it, very short attendant must have been in drivers seat to move vehicle, wish you had complimentary car washing.

They are really bad about getting back to you and letting you know what wrong with your vehicle in a timely manner. I had to call over and over again. My service advisor said he was going to call my warranty first thing in the morning and the called at 3pm because I reminded him basically.

The vehicle is still fixed after two attempts. There is little to no communication about progress of expectations.

Had an appointment today for 0930, dropped it off at 0500 in the morning, keys in thier drop box. Came in at 1:45 pm and my truck hasnt moved and my keys were still sealed in the dropbox. Waited one month for the appointment. Waste of time.
