I will not take my KIA anywhere else. You shouldnt either. Great customer service all the way around. I feel valued every time I walk through those doors. Every employee Ive encountered goes above and beyond. Cannot reccomend West hills KIA service department enough. Do yourself a favor, and have your KIA serviced by the best!

Got my car serviced for a quoted 2.5 hour repair. I waited for 6 hours and even called and was told Id be called back. Never happened. Beware of Alex, terrible customer service.

We took our Niro EV in to get a strane noise diagnosed. We were in and out in 30 minutes. They documented the issue and committed to following up with us as soon as they hear back from the engineers in LA. Im very happy with todays visit.

BEWARE of this dealerships service dept! My 23 year old daughter took her Soul for an oil change last week and she was told she needed a brake job. Rotors and pads, which they told her were in the red at 2mm. Being aware of places who take advantage of young girls who dont know about this stuff, my husband (who also looked at the rotors and thought they looked fine) had her go to Firestone for a 2nd opinion. They explained everything clearly and even showed her the measurement of the pads with the tool they use being at 4mm (not 2!) and said her rotors were fine and she didnt NEED to have the work done right away, like she was told at Kia.
