Its fine. I bought a fruit smoothie - it was so sweet I thought my teeth would fall out... whatever flavored syrups theyre using Im sure theyre using some ultra-sweet high-fructose corn syrup variant with 50gram of sugar. That said, theyre a coffee shop... I didnt try the coffee, it has a promising-lookin espresso machine. And its nice inside - great place to wait for the ferry, and a couple tables on the sidewalk for outdoor seating.
Nice, little locally owned coffee shop! And the food is delicious too! Always try to stop in when Im heading to or picking someone up from the ferry! ⛴️
The best coffee and best customer service in town. Absolutely love this place.
It was a one lady show and she was working her buns off. She was amazingly efficient and her breakfast sandwiches were super yummy. Best Italian sodas we’ve ever had. Thank you ☺️
Great drinks. So many different flavor types and they did a really nice job. I very much enjoyed. Also very friendly.
Always friendly and their espresso is much better than the corporate coffee across the street. Their coconut, oatmeal, chocolate chip cookies are amazing
Very very nice! Will definitely get my coffee here verses the unnamed standard coffee.
Great customer service! Was leaned towards the chicken sandwich which is okay but wouldnt say 5star worthy. Was lacking flavor and good cheese. Great option to have it grilled but grilling it did not make my perfect.
Currently has limited seating & one person on staff at a time.Hand sanitizer available. They have a calm atmosphere with local radio playing.Great hot & cold drink availability. Good selection of small sandwiches & pastries. If youre looking for somewhere other than Starbucks to be before hopping on the ferry, I recommend.
Great place to grab a quick cup of coffee if you happened to be early for the ferry, as was the case with me and my friend. They made a good cappuccino and even asked me if I wanted it light or heavy, which is a nice touch since most places wont even bother. I cant rate anything other than the coffee but the atmosphere was nice and relaxed and the barista was funny and affable.
The coffee is delicious, the tabling is spacious, and the barista are ohso friendly~
Hole in the wall coffee joint (acros from noisy Starbucks) and just up from Bremerton ferry. Great atmosphere, good background music (not at all too loud). Very friendly service. Homemade light fare ; I had a slice of fantastic quiche with excellent coffee (not sure the brand or roast). Plenty of tables and chairs, and real dishes and silverware! (Rather than plastic!) local artist featured on the walls.
Really good chai w/ hemp, vegan, its way better then starbucks.
Perfect place to stop for a warm cup of coffee and a bite to eat after the ferry ride! Warm inviting atmosphere and the owner is extremely kind. Tables are well distanced and hand sanitizer is available at each table.
First time visiting this cafe, the service is fast and friendly, the place is ample and clean. Good choices of drinks and I recomend the waffles, theyre simple but good. Bathroom is spacious, clean, and functional. I will go back!
Unreliable HoursWe wanted this to be our local go-to place, but they close early sometimes meaning we just drove out of our way for nothing.
Great coffee. Wonderful experience. Love the people that work there and look forward to seeing them every week. I have been a customer for over 7 years ❤❤❤
Great cup of coffee, hot chocolate, pastry and very friendly staff. Comfortable chairs and a great place to warm up and get out of the Cold on a Winter day.
A bit overpriced in my opinion, but overall the service was good and the Chai Tea tasted great.
Nice friendly service with a cozy atmosphere. Have good breakfast burritos and sandwiches. Stop in for a coffee.
Cozy spot, wish you could sit in the big easy chairs and chill!
Love Allison the barista
Great, hot coffee and friendly people working there
The americano was awesome and the English muffin sandwich I had was great. The barista was very nice and helpful.
I’ve only been here once while waiting for the ferry and got there chai latte which was made from a syrup concentrate that tasted like pure sugar. Wanted to support a local shop rather than Starbucks. I had to throw out the tea because it was disgustingly sweet. I’d rather just have it made from actual tea bags. Maybe their coffee is better? The sandwich I had was pretty bad as well. Way too much mayonnaise and cheese on the chicken salad. Very nice staff however! Super friendly!
I was pleased with the atmosphere. It is obviously not as popular as Starbucks directly across the street. I wanted a cup of coffee and was right at the ferry terminal and noticed a line out the door for Starbucks and all the grumpy people obviously waiting irritated in line. I noticed right across the street the near empty coffee shop there. I am always for trying little hole in the wall places and this was a real treat. I picked up four of their berry crumble pastry. I brought it home and reheated it in my toaster and WOW it took me back to my childhood. So delicious. The breakfast sandwich was more than satisfactory and my coffee latte was perfect. My children loved their cups of hot chocolate that the server was careful to bring to a safe temperature for my little guys. Not sure about the crafty merchandise for sale, but the painting reprints and wall art was certainly a nice touch. I will go again.
The environment was great, it felt cozy and welcoming. Great location, right next to the ferry. It would be a great alternative for somebody looking to get coffee thats not from Starbucks. However, the barista there burnt my shots to the point of ruining the drink on the first try(a mocha), and when asked for an easy replacement(a chai), she left so much mix on the bottom that my entire first sip was nothing but dry powder. This isnt a place I would consider returning to.
Really good reasonably priced coffee. Welcoming family-friendly environment. Very accommodating for people who need Dairy alternatives.I am a regular customer with family members who can not have (cows milk), but can have goats milk. I am able to bring in an (UNOPENED) quart size carton of goats milk and they will use it to make our drinks.😍
This small business has amazing food and coffee. They also serve white coffee which is hard to find. The girls who work here are super friendly and efficient when your in a hurry. 10/10 would recommend!
Stopped in for the first time while waiting for the ferry and ordered a cappuccino and a toasted bagel. Price for both was around $6. Both items were ready quickly and the cappuccino was fantastic. My only issue was the bagel coukd have been toasted a little darker instead of just being warmed up. There are plenty of places to sit and lots of local artwork on the walls available for purchase.
The coffee is great and all the food is good! Very friendly staff as well!
Wonderful experience and even better coffee. Customer service was great and staff was friendly. Great alternative to the Starbucks across the street. I kept receiving weak coffee at Starbucks and the barista at Fraiche Cup had just the solution. Their flavor listing is extensive and fun. Thanks from Maryland ❤
Several times I have visited this coffee shop, Fraiche Cup. The location is convenient when I pick my husband up from the ferry boat. This shop offers a variety of items to choose from aside from their coffees and teas; they have sandwiches, often some form of fruit and plenty of desserts. And if your not a Starbucks follower or fan then Fraiche Cup is the only other immediate coffee shop. The coffee they offer I wouldnt classify as being excellent, more like decent, I havent tried any of the food yet.The Fraiche Cup also hosts an area where local artist can sell handmade items; which can be a win-win for tourist.I honestly couldnt tell you the look it was going for if any. The tables and chairs are lacking some comfort and appear to be somewhat worn, but as I stated earlier, Im uncertain if there was a unique decor they were trying to achieve or possibly not.The servers I have chatted with over the last few years have always been pleasant and always friendly; I have never had a bad experience with any of them, and they seem this way to all of their customers. The owner (at least I think he is the owner) more standoffish. The dining area and the restroom appear clean — the dining area I have never seen dirty tables or a messy counter or floor.I have witnessed Fraiche Cup on slow days, but I have also stood in line for 15 minutes waiting for my turn. Summer proves to be a hectic time for this coffee shop, and not everyone is a Starbucks fan.Parking is a considerable challenge most of the time. Most of the parking is street parking, which is normally taken or paid parking next block over, which is usually full. The one exception is Kitsap Credit Union parking garage; I am not familiar with the parking rules since it is adjacent to the credit union it may be just for their employees, I dont know for sure. Parking becomes much worse in the late Spring and Summertime when you throw tourist in the mix; now there is construction going on in the immediate area as well.Overall, Ill continue to visit Fraiche Cup now and again; I like being able to support a local business and I urge everyone else to support a local small business.
Best place for coffee in the area. Great breakfast sandwiches and other food. Been a regular since I first arrived.
This is such a great place with a great staff. Parking is a little tricky since it is downtown but the latte is extraordinary as well as their breakfast sandwich and cookies! The staff always was very helpful and had great suggestions. They also have some local artwork around and free WiFi. Great place to relax by the water if youre waiting for your ferry or staying in the area. Wish we had one near my house because of the awesome coffee and small plates!
Way better than the starbucks across the street. A lot of flavors and choices to add to your drink. If you are looking to sit down and socialize with friends or read a book this is an ideal spot.
Staff is super friendly. Fresh made to order, in a timely manner. The coffee doesnt taste burnt. Never had a bad experience, the price is cheaper than Starbucks
Very friendly service. Homey atmosphere. Fresh made to order breakfast sandwiches were way better than the big name place across the street. In Hawaii we would say they have the Aloha spirit.
I have been visiting this coffee joint for 20 yrs. Starbucks will have come and will go and this place will be around! Their coffee is so amazing and smooth. Reminds me of Death By Coffee beans. It is quite a treat to go here but doesnt cost an arm and a leg. 10th cup is free for regulars. The store has great fun Seahawks gear sometimes. A real 12! And other cool fun things to purchase besides coffee. Sitting In the cafe is very homey. I dig this place so much! The staffers are sweet and kind.
Best coffee place in town! The staff is just wonderful! They see you come in, and know what coffee you get - even after the first time I came in there, they remembered! It is way better than Starbucks! The only thing missing is some vegan baked goods, but that is still no reason to give lesser stars :)
Really good quiche and very good dark roast coffee. Nice comfortable atmosphere. Friendly people.
The man behind the counter knows what he is doing! Talking with him and the coffee he provided was exceptional when it comes to my taste! If only I knew how to make coffee that good.
Good latte & tasty breakfast wrap. Friendly service!
Great little shop! Plenty of coffee and tea options while you wait for the ferry. Its nice to have an alternative to Starbucks. Prices arent bad. They have snacks and a seating area. Also some Mariners and Seahawks gear if you need to do some last minute gift shopping!
Ive only been in once and got a lukewarm Americano. Barista that day had a crying baby in the corner she was also tending to. Did the payment on the touchscreen thing and had a receipt emailed to me. Little did I know that they considered that fair game to further send marketing emails from Fraiche Cup.
Id go here every other morning. The ladies are really chill. Ask for something good and theyll make something.
They make a great mocha. Great place to take a break from it all!
Calm nice, independent, across the street from a chain coffee shop, this one is nicer
My go to place to have coffee and meet with friends after dropping my wife off at the ferry. Great baristas, comfortable chairs, void food, and delicious coffee.
Good coffee, good people, wonderful energy :-) I went in for a Latte before boarding the ferry. Left with a delicious, BIG sandwich which made my ride even nicer. And my Latte, yum! Thank you for a special experience.
Bought a ham sandwich for the ferry, a variety of inviting selections were prepared and the staff person was pleasant. A quick and enjoyable purchase.
I love mom & pop shops. The staff are always friendly & the homemade dishes & sandwiches never disappoint
Food was great. Wish they served faster.
This blended white chocolate white coffee lavender mocha is absolutely flames. two cream cheese cups with my jalepeno cheese bagel? I will remember this joy foreva
Excellent food n awesome customer service! I would recommend this place a thousand times over.....
Coffee is on par with Starbucks across the street, if you have time it is a more authentic coffee shop experience than Starbucks, friendly staff.
Absolutely love this place . Coffee and food are DeeLish, much better than Starbucks .
Great homemade food and there americano is good
Love this place! The food is very good, the coffee is great, and the ladies know what I want even if I dont show up for a couple months!
The only thing better than their amazing coffees are their prices!
Great fast service, very friendly and there coffee and espresso are way better than Starbucks
Tasty coffee and food and wonderful folks!
Friendly staff. Cute cozy place! Coffee drinks are amazing! Had a turkey sandwich too. Very tasty!
Best blended mocha Ive gotten since I moved here. Reminds me of my favorite coffee shop from my hometown.Sooo delightful!
This place is great. They know your coffee order...they are couteous and friendly and the make coffee right and a hell a lot better than Starbucks
Amazing coffee right off the docks
My favorite place to get coffee and a snack. Super respectful of pronouns and being trans thats super important to me
Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Coffee is good. Breakfast sandwich was delicious. They have WiFi was well.
Best place to get coffee wouldn’t go anywhere else
Great customer service, food is yummy, prices arent bad. Definitely recommend!!😺
Love coming here. Always super grow fly staff and yummy coffee....and food.
Nice, locally owned. Great coffee and food all day.
It was ok and a welcome alternative to the ubiquitous Starbucks. It would have been nice to have been able to browse some coffee and tea supplies while in the shop, but the Fraiche Cup carries crafty stuff instead. There is plenty of room and I would recommend a wider variety of locally made crafts and jewelry if going that route. The place could be really cute and give a stark contrast to the noisy Starbucks across the street. Perhaps consider a discount for a ferry ticket stub or somesuch to help the commuters and tourists to discover the place.
Great local business. Great coffee
I used to love this place as a coffee stop while waiting for the ferry. They had good coffee and a nicely decorated little shop.Last time I went there they had a big NO STARBUCKS sign on the door implying that people who bought a Starbucks coffee are not allowed in with it. So if my wife likes Starbucks but I want a coffee from them I have to leave her outside like a dog while I get my coffee because she bought the coffee she likes.I have no time for pretentious hipster insecurities like that in business. I wont be stopping here anymore. Ill go to a business that will let their popularity stand on merit, not petty elitist squabbles.
Good coffee better then Starbucks just across the street come in and support local business
Good comfortable place to relax, enjoy my coffee and wait for the ferry.
Mocha Monday and Flavored Latte Friday! Amanda is an amazing barista!
Great local coffee place!
Love everything about this place. Coffee, food and staff make you want to return!
Best coffee in downtown hands down. The folks inside are always nice
Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are great. Staff is kind and helpful.
Lower prices and more comfortable atmosphere than Starbucks across the street. I like to go here while waiting for the ferry.
I always get a great cup of coffee here and the pastries are amazing!
Good coffee, pleasant and calm atmosphere with free Wi-Fi for working. Great service.
Very cheap coffee. Great place to go to before going to the ferry!
Hands down the worst coffee Ive ever had.I ordered a small iced americano with cream. I had a few sips and threw it away. The espresso was bland and scalded.
Mainly went for the coffee, coffee is not good. But I like the setting. Very cozy place.
Very friendly nice atmosphere. I have been going there for years.
I love the staff! They are great!
Cute shop, friendly staff, very convenient to ferry
Great Coffee - fabulous proximity to Ferry - great food options, delicious sandwiches & sweets - very friendly staff - a favorite sip & eat spot for sure!!
Really good coffee, comfortable and cozy.
I always get the coffee here. Some of the best coffee I have had in the area.
