The associates are the people who make this store. I give it two stars for some serious reasons and maybe the company will realize their errors at this location.Management at this location barely cares about their employees. They talk to their janitorial team poorly even though they are the ones there to keep the place sanitized and cleaned to prevent the spread of covid-19.The janitorial supervisor does not even care about his workers to the point that they are expected to only get 4 hours of sleep then come back to work. The janitorial supervisor also takes ideas from his associates and steals them as his own to impress management just to make himself look good.The operations manager is also very disrespectful in a professional way. This job is a union job and she will work hard to make it that you dont get to see a union rep if you ask for one. She will say things like, the union doesnt need to be involved in something like this dont listen to her, you as a worker have ALL rights to a union rep at ANYTIME you are at work. She will try to belittle you without you realizing it.BE WARNED!!! ANYTHING you sign keep a copy! ANYTHING that makes you feel uncomfortable signing ASK FOR A UNION REP! The operations manager will try to tell you, you can only have a union rep if you are being written up or punished, that is NOT true and is in fact an INFRINGEMENT on your right to access to a union rep. BE WARNED! The operations manager will trick you into saying something isnt a write up but actually is and will be used against you! REQUEST A UNION REP AT ANYTIME SHE HAS YOU SIGN SOMETHING!This location is a horrific location to work for. I would never shop at a place that the employees are treated poorly and are not given access to their union reps.

Discounts! Scratch card! Watch out during check out. Since the counter is so short (this happened to me one time in this location and twice in Yokosuka). One or two items will be scanned twice... as in youll be charged twice on one item or two. Just watch out.

Its a navy exchange, those of us in the service already know whats up. If youre unfamiliar, well suffice it to say its a pretty good one, not the biggest, but it covers the basics. Clothes can be a bit pricey here, but for most simple amenities you can pick them up here and be on your way. Customer service is always next level and theres usually a sale going if you have a keen eye for it.

My store is AMAZING! ALWAYS Friendly and helpful. When you look around youll always find someone smiling and willing to help. If you dont ask for me Ill bring you a smile for free lol

Store manager and her team helped with a complicated treadmill purchase. We had lots of questions that were answered and they even helped load in our truck. They were prompt and friendly. We appreciate the great service!

The NEX is a great place to find both working and recreational items. I enjoy finding unique items in the Navy Pride section. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. The facility is well maintained with new and recent upgrades. It is a good experience shopping there. I recommend it to all.

Great place for anything. First place I look before searching elsewhere. Only thing I would change is bring back the movies section and offer similar products as online. Online doesnt offer perks like in store does, so the online selling department in that aspect feels boring.

Nice store and very helpful, nice staff. I just always have a problem finding little boys clothes that are functional and boys shoes seem less reasonable. There is no variety when it comes to boys. Overall the store has most everything else one can need.

Employees are great. They will price match products found on Amazon unless sold by third party sellers. No tax on purchases. For military, dependents, DoD employees and military retirees only. You need military ID to shop here. Clearance sections are best placed to get super value deals. Package store is located here as well. Watch for sales!

Love the Navy Exchange. You find different things at Navy exchanges vs Army/Air Force exchanges. Love variety.

Its a nice store maybe a little smaller than I am used to, but in saying that it is well stocked and not to busy. we got in and out quickly.

Whats this Below deck section? If I wanted to shop a discount store Id go to Dollar tree or Goodwill. If you want to follow a discount store model then, put deep discounts on EVERY item and watch your sales volume skyrocket.

Never buy furniture there! We bought a couch 7(!!!) weeks ago. They didn’t have it in the color we wanted but ordered it and said it would take 2-4 weeks to get there. The lady said it was usually closer to 2 weeks with these orders. Well we’re on week 7. They have given us 3 different delivery dates yet every time I call I get told it’s not there yet. Had we known this could happen, we would have gotten a different couch or just bought it elsewhere.

Had to buy my first Dress Whites. Ladies were helpful and made sure I did not look like an idiot.

It is a uniform shop with a Tech/PC section and some household goods. The product lines available to women have been reduced dramatically....compared to NEX at Bangor or Jacksonville Florida, this NEX is a relative mini-mart......disappointment

Its a fleet store so selection is limited, but still has the nex good enough feel about it.

First time in the bremerton exchange since the remodel. Very nice and flows alot better. Got my haircut didnt catch the womens name but super nice and talkative.

Well, its the NEX. Seems spendy to me but Im a cranky old cheapskate. Seems to be quality stuff tho. I stop in every 4-5 years or so just to look around.

People are always friendly prices are comprable Fountaintown without the taxes if they dont have it theyll order it for you.

Great place, very convenient and the cashiers are always nice and the sales attendants are helpful. My only gripe is how expensive clothing is compared to out in town.

Sometimes I go here instead of Bangor so I dont run into anyone I know.

After trying to find shopping in Bremerton Google shows me a diamond in the rough (or so I thought). I begin my GPS in Google Maps and to my dismay it leads me to a military grade fence with armed people standing at its only entrance. Who immediately tell me to turn around. TL;DR They wont let me in but Google seems to think they do so one star.

If you want one of the worst haircuts imaginable then this is the place for you. I went here just trying to get my hair trimmed but instead i got it all shaved off and miss-shapen in a matter of 3 mins, didnt even line me up in the back 10/10 i have a m shape in the back of my head now. called and the guy said let me take a look at it do you think im gonna let you look at my hair??? you just gave me a white redneck kid whos mom does his hair and cuts it look. why would i want you to look at my hair. so much for getting a degree in haircuts before you are allowed to work on peoples hair. almost feels like every nex barber has a degenerative brain disease.
