This is an amazing Fred Meyer store. A superstore of stores. You can not only buy groceries but clothes, furniture, jewelry and much more. I was not expecting this when I went in to pick up some grocery items.Very clean. Well stocked. Met all our expectations and more.

One of the better cookie cutter box stores in the Washington State area, each store is a carbon or cookie cutter identical store no matter where you find one. Prices are mid range, deals on some things, but you really have to search shelves to find bargains. Good quality with the food, not so much on things there you cant eat. Be Safe everyone!!

Great produce in store. Availability of healthy food options is great. Weekly sales and coupons are decent. Parking available all around the store. Pickup and delivery options are good too. Dealing with shoppers during peak hours can be madness because of too few checkout lines are open.

Margaret M. in Home Department customer service is superb hands down without reproach. Her multitasking my phone call to phone another store with a in-stock product check along with fielding in-person inquiries fluidly in the background, staying with it until all my all my questions were answered.

The store itself has a really good selection and is fairly priced. Today I went in around 330 to buy a power cable and the woman in the electronics department was extraordinarily helpful and cheerful. Easily some of the best customer service in any retail service in the area

This place has it all: clothes, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, deli, flowers, eye glasses, jewelry, shoes, sporting goods, electronics, dry goods, canned goods, produce, automotive, cosmetics, cards, books and magazines, customer help desk, banking, coffee shop, pizza, household items, and more!The restrooms are clean, the parking plentiful and easy, and the hours convenient, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have written a prior review on Fred Meyer, my loves and disappointments. But one thing I didnt write much on was the employees; I gave two thumbs up to a few of my favorites; by the way, they still are my favorites, but I feel I should highlight a couple of them.And as your reading this and thinking, the two people I am highlighting must be close friends of mine; I only see these two people at Fred Meyers, not that I would ignore them in any way, shape, or form if I saw either one of them outside the store.My experience (my husbands experience as well) with the two employees is one of the main reasons I (we) keep coming back.Fa and Steven. Fa works self-checkout, and Steven works in produce. Both of these employees are unique individuals with a sweet & alluring personality. Both Fa and Steven have gone way above and beyond.Even in the darkest Covid hours, both of these people showed positivity and enthusiasm.Although both are extremely busy, Fa and Steven have dropped what they were doing to help a customer, run in the back to search out better produce, gone out of their way to find a product, answer questions, some silly I might add, and create small chit chat and they have always taken the time to say hello, how are you today?!Both are friendly, funny, and handle stress very well!Customers often think employees are paid to be nice; theyre just doing their job; this is true; both of them are paid employees, doing an impressive job at what they do, as far as being paid to be nice to customers, this is when both of them go way above and beyond!Many people tend to forget store employees are often given a lot of grief and a snotty attitude for stuff that is generally out of their control. For that said, do I think every employee in every store is like Fa and Steven? Heck no, we are lucky to have people like Fa and Steven; in fact, there are several people at Fred Meyers that are great!So aside from living relatively close to Fred Meyers, I think its safe to say that Fa and Steven and a few others are what keeps us coming back!-----------------I could write a lot about Fred Meyers, how stuff has changed, employees have come and gone, prices on many items seem to fluctuate (like any store) like the stock market, but I would be writing this review into next week.As most people know, Fred Meyers is considered a one-stop shopping store, which can be an excellent concept but can also affect prices, and I find that often in Fred Meyers clothing dept. Im not saying I havent found one or two items to purchase, but I did wait until both items were on sale.It is the same way with a couple of furniture pieces I bought from them, one was on sale, and the other happened to have a coupon associated with it.As far as their grocery items go, I know they ixnayed several items we often purchased a couple of years back, so that was a little bit of a disappointment. And, due to Covid, this year has been a funky year of finding stuff in general. Their produce can be iffy now and again.As far as the employees go, some of the long-timers that I have become familiar with are charming people, and I love being able to go in and have small conversations with them and have a couple of laughs with them.Fred Meyers also has a Starbucks located in the front of the store, and for those who love sushi, you can find a sushi bar right off the produce area. Their Deli department is excellent, offering up many choices or meats and cheeses, we buy deli meat and cheese from there all of the time! They offer a variety of deli salads and sandwiches. For those who like hot deli items like pizza, chicken, etc., Fred Meyers provides it and many pre-packaged items like soup, salads, sandwiches, and snacks in general.Two thumbs up to Fa, Steven, Howard, Kara, Andrea, Paula, Vangie, Doreen, Jennifer, and Pablo. Classic fuel center. Clean and well kept. Moved fast and they have some nice convenience store products for sale at Fred Meyer prices.

Ive been going to this store since it opened. It has been getting worse customer service wise for years. This morning one cashier and 8 people in line. Used self service and someone had to assist us 5 times because machine said we had too many items. I like the store and their selection but the service is bad enough I will be going to safeway unless there is something I can only get at Freddies. Then I will be getting just that item.

Love this place. Seriously some of the friendliest and most helpful staff. Im thankful to have access to such a well managed and generally awesome store!Christian at the gas pump station saved the day with getting my odd little gift card to work, despite us not having a working microphone to communicate with 😂All around cleanliness, quality products and prices, and a general feeling of welcomeness draws me again and again.Plus its in a super convenient location.5/5

Evyerthing you can get at fred meyer you can most likely find elsewhere for cheaper. The videogames are overpriced and are cheaper at walmart, target, and even best buy. The sales for food/produce never make sense nor are they up to date. There seems to be never enough staff to help customers. Covid doesnt seem to be taken seriously either

Fred meyer has a big chance of covid rises they dont change if you fully vaccinated or that paper show that your full vaccinated like theyre just letting people with no mask in and Im not trying to be a karen but safety first man

Lovely store and friendly staff

The clothes and home goods areas are good. The grocery side is kind of sub par. There are a lot of homeless outside all day and night.

The staff is so friendly and helpful - they have always been a great reminder why we keep coming back.

Disgusting store with apathetic management. Wanted some basic health food items and they didn’t stock them and when asked, really didn’t seem to care. They have plenty of coolers laden with sodas and sugar laden drinks, but very few health drinks and no protein drinks. Clearly they prefer their customers to die of a heart attack rather than to take care of themselves.

I’ve only been here twice but on both occasions the sale tags were expired and not honored.Upon arriving home I realized that I didn’t have all of my purchases. After calling the store I was still unable to retrieve my items.

I had to go In to your store Im 66 years old and its becaues a few things were left off my list I order. Im to blame i didnt understand how to do substitutes. Everything was great store was well marked at the check out line. But the checker allowed the woman behind me to come within less then a half foot from me. Its the stores job to keep people from doing this not your customers.

I used Vons delivery it was a nightmare, switched to Fred Meyer, never been happier. Vons could it things right! Ive never been more frustrated with a horrible service.

I had once dropped a couple bottles of sparkling cider after checking out and the staff was overwhelmingly helpful. They got me two fresh bottles without charging it and quickly cleaned up my mess. I tried helping but they wouldnt let me because they didnt want me to cut my hands on the glass. Very kind employees, Ill always shop there.

I hear the announcement over the intercom system in the store, employees and customers REQUIRED to wear a mask But I see people with no mask checking out. Well probably never know if this leads to someones death, but will it?

Employees are always friendly and courteous. If items require substitution they always pick to your advantage. Be careful when buying produce. When items are sold by pound you cant be sure that when you order 1, are you going to get one pound or a single item. I try to clarify in the note section but it doesnt appear they read those notes very closely. Other than that I am extremely happy with this service.

TERRIBLE customer service! This Fred Myers used Covid to totally screw their customers. First they quit taking returns with no signs except at the return desk. Then they took returns for such a short window of time I missed it and now I am out money spent on shoes for my daughter that dont fit. All this during a time when other companies are trying to help customers with financial problems. They have lost me as a customer, not that they seem to care.

I love this particular Fred Meyer because the associates are so helpful and the food is so fresh. Some times the parking lot is near to capacity because everyone else likes going there too. But it doesnt take long to get a parking spot and to get in and out of the store. They even have dedicated parking for orders you can place on line and just pick up without even getting out of your car.

I can no longer recommend this Fred meyer they have an employee working in close proximity to the customers at the same lf check out that is also not following social distancing. While I understand that some cant wear a mask, this employee did not wear a face shield either. To take that even further, she was speaking loudly to a mother and child approximately 15 feet away. So she risked spreading the virus even more. This is unacceptable.If she cant wear a mask, fine, then wear a shield. If not wearing a mask, do not speak loud. Aparently common courtesy is not a value this Fred Meyer adheres to.

Usually get what I need without too much searching. May not be exactly what I want but there are good options for substitute. I am liking FM more and more. Organic section is better than most.

My primary shopping place. Nice variety of good quality produce, entire rows of organic items, which I appreciate. Nicely priced clothing and shoes. Has a Starbucks in it if you require caffeine. Has a small bakery with a variety of baked goods and a deli. It even has a nice gentleman who will give you advice on wine purchases for pairing with your food.

I always considered Fred Meyers a little too expensive for my taste but man was I proved wrong! I spent $150 today and walked out with bags and bags of clothes for myself, 2 kids, and hubby plus sandels, pajamas, socks and even some vegetable starts for my garden. Literally everything was on sale. I wished I wouldve know a bit earlier because the reason I went in the first place was for a pair of tennys and they were all sold out of the Nikes and Adidas in my size. I definitely recommend Fred Meyer for there awesome sales just make sure you keep up on the dates they start and you wont regret it but your hubby might! Lol

I always like shopping there. Aisles are nice and wide, pleasant displays. They dont change, where to locate things in store, you can shop quickly or take your time. Service Station, garden shop. I dont live in Bremerton, but for years, have made special trips to Frederick Myers. Added feature, I love Krogers. Rocky Road ice cream, which they carry😀

I really like this store. Its a little bit pricey, but its awesome in its convenience.I love their plant Department, theyre usually the first ones to get the annuals in. And they always have a beautiful selection of fuchsias and herbs.The bakery and meat department always look clean and the products look good.They even have a little play area for kids thats supervised. so you could drop your kid off and safely shop in peace.They also have a jewelry department, but I have a personal thing around buying jewelry in your supermarket.

I like a lot of the prices... I LOVE the new expanded natural and allergy friendly options available! LOVE the local produce and helpful produce staff. They just cant seem to get a good layout... even after the remodel. Here is a hint... put all refrigerator items together... next aisle... all freezer items.. and so on... I dont understand why they were spread out before and still now. Very hard to shop for ppl who like to get all the cold stuff last or load cart by category for easy belt loading and bagging. Having to cross back over already visited aisles.

Where else can you buy 10 perfectly acceptable plastic hangers for $1 and some really great corn on the cob? I dont know how it is surviving, and wish it was located closer to where I live, but Freddies has been a favorite of mine for going on 40 years. Check it out!

Huge Grocery store! This store sells everything under the sun, and for a great price. The house brand is exceptional and always competitively priced. Their clothing and housewares department have a great selection and truly make Fred Meyer a one stop shop for everything you could ever possibly need. The natural food aisle has a machine that crushes peanuts into peanut butter and almonds into almond butter for a very low price.

Great store. Clean, good selection. Decent deli. Prices a bit high but they do offer good sales. They also have good gas prices

Great all around store.

Had difficult time finding staff/sales associate on floor when trying to buy Char-broil gas grill. Had to asked 4 people to assist. And since the item out of its original box (yes glad it’s put together), you would think that when they wheel it out from pick up area, the top would at least wrap up with plastic wrapper for furniture or cardboard for easy transport into and out of my SUV. When I asked for tape to secure loose areas like the doors and other loose gadgets in there, the lady right away says “I don’t have it, usually customers has all that with them.” Not the response I expected. After giving them hard time about customers service, the old man who assisted her said he’ll look for it, and guess what... they have tape! :/ So beware when buying large items like furniture/appliances, because the staff not easily accessible, they just doesn’t seems to know the process and hesitant to help.

I went there yesterday, 6/24/17, to look for a pool, a young man named Josh ??, approached me right away and asked if I needed help. This guy is just awesome, I wad honestly thinking good customer service was disappearing in this day and age. Josh was attentive, courteous and helped with my purchase every step of the way, to include helping me load the pool into my car.Im hoping I got his name right!, we were very busy yesterday and made several stops shopping.

Went to the jewelry place and had my watch looked at. They sent it off to get it a estimate on the repairs in Tacoma. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and polite. The only thing I forgot her name so Props for Fred Meyers jewelry department.

Everything you need but after remodel it has now become hard to find. Horrible lay out of store. Used to grocery shop here alot but no longer worth the drive. East Bremerton has become a nasty place. Lots of druggies around and Freddys is a favorite hangout after dark.

The food side is super crowded; so why am I giving 5 stars? I love Melinda. Give her time to get to know you and you’ll always feel like you’re at Cheers.

Since they remodeled the enciroment is a lot better. My only complaint is that the produce sections are not labeled well. Only the organic food is easy to find. Which is great if you want and can afford it.

Great selection with tons of natural and organic foods in their healthy food selection from dry to cold this is the place to find sales as they often have various items on sale. Also this location has a gas station!Newly updated or as they say they just had their Grand Opening with sales and renovations basically complete all that is left is to train the staff as some are lost on where items are now or are so new it is easier to wonder rather then ask! Deli staff was new and confused nobody was trained on cashier so grabbing quick food required still waiting in line upfront!

Why dont we have Fred Meyer in Vermont?? What a great selection, and even a bounty of vegan+cruelty free items! Very friendly staff, Shawn and Nicole in particular made the experience even better.

BEST SUSHI AND WINE SELECTION FOR A GROCERY STORE. also great at offering quality produce, vegan/vegetarian/ and gluten free products. The garden section is always well stocked for the season. I gave 4 stars because their womens clothes are literally so adorable, but like 5x the price they should be. Similar styles start out at their final blowout clearance price and its really a shame. Plus, their groceries are more expensive than Safeway and Wal-Mart. However, the quality difference in food is definitely noticeable.

I love the one-stop shopping. Good deals, great selection of cheeses and breads, pretty large wine selection for a grocery store. Always very busy, I wish they would remodel the exterior. It is always busy, but they havent done an exterior remodel. This store deserves it, the community does.

Looks so great after remodeling. It would be nice to have all the baby stuff in/around the same area though. Also couldnt find baby tubs. So having that in the general area would be a plus.

Fred Meyer is my favorite store in town. Grocery section is awesome with all the selections you could hope for, they sell name brand clothes and shoes as well as Hardware and outdoor supplies. Fred Meyer is the ultimate in One-Stop shopping.

This is a convenient place to shop. You can order pizza then go do your shopping get some gas pay your phone bill all in the same Shopping Center. Whatever you need and cant find it in Fred Meyers its your to be and one of the other stores in this shopping center.

It is a one stop shopping center and the Management is top of the line. The cashiers and other workers are about the best in town. I feel very comfortable shopping there.

Best overall local grocery store, great selection. As a clothing store its decent, better selection and quality that others. A very convenient store for almost anything you need.

I like the value at Freds. The cashiers are always extremely friendly and helpful. The one thing I do not like is how narrow the shopping isles are now after the remodel.

Store has a great selection and good customer service. The problem is that the beggars and homeless in the parking lot are becoming a big issue. At any given time theres probably 4-5 different beggars scouring the parking lot and I personally get hit up AT LEAST once every time when Im walking to or from my car.

The grocery store part is excellent. People are very friendly. This time I just stopped in to get a simple plastic gas can. 1 gal 9.99 and 2 gal 12.99. Most expensive in area. But its just one item.

Their shelves are always low and things that I want to get seem to always be out and Im talking about a lot of things. Theyre constantly resetting their stock and stopped caring a lot of things. The store used to be my favorite store and 80% of my shopping was done there and now only 10% of my shopping is done there. And forget getting real help from anyone they just give a BS answer without even trying to look or help.
