Easily made an appointment online. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The appointment was on time, no extra waiting. They were also very helpful in instructing me how to move forward with the VA and my care.

Very nice office. Extremely professional and thorough. We had no problems getting an appointment. Day of appointment had zero wait. Office staff was great and so was the doctor. We took in a teenager and we were both treated respectfully.

Dr Spillman is patient and approaches his work with a lot of attention to detail. I never felt pushed in one direction or another, but felt like we were working together to find the best hearing aids for my hearing loss and lifestyle.

I had a very thorough exam by Dr Spillmanand he put me at ease right away. He answered all myquestions and concerns about using hearing aids. He also had me practiceputting them in.. giving me hints and encouraging comments. The the receptionest, Taya, was kind and efficient as well. Im very glad my primary doctor referred me and I will refer any friend needing help with hearing problems to this office.

Audiologists Northwest (AN) was very efficient and thorough assessing the conditions of my ears. Ive had tinnitus for at least 20 years and was getting concerned as the tinnitus intensified. I made an appointment with AN, and, at that point until the final exam, the process was very efficient, professional, and thorough. The pre-appointment paperwork was used to determine my experience with my tinnitus and the exam itself was conducted to further assess, both subjectively and objectively, a determination re: the nature of my tinnitus. The testing was very thorough determining the frequency and intensity of the tinnitus. After the testing, Dr. Spillman briefed several options to reduce the tinnitus intensity. Dr. Spillman is a great listener (no pun here) and conscientious about your needs and is solution oriented. I highly recommend Audiologists Northwest for your next hearing exam.

My original provider in Federal Way went out of business so needed to find another provider of the same product line. Cant recall how I can across this place very glad I did and thankful for the thorough service. First by Lynn and now by Dustin. They are experts in the field of audiology and once you experience the level of care and professionalism youll see my point. I have very deficient hearing and required extensive programming to my 1st issued hearing devices. Since then, I have received a newer pair and through the testing and experience provided by Dustin, my hearing is as good as it could possibly be using a hearing device.I have referred co-workers to the professionals here and strongly encourage anyone needing a in-depth level of understanding and care with hearing aids, see Dustin and associates at Audiologists Northwest in Bremerton. I went in for my first ever hearing test it was so COOL. Dustin and his staff are welcoming and friendly. The hearing tests that he did with me was so indepth and thorough. Together we discovered that my years as a welder and growing up with bass canons and loud steres had taken a toll on my left ear hearing. It was difficult to find out I had moderate hearing loss in my left ear, but Dustin was great at making me feel confident in the fact that there are things he could do to help with that. When he mentioned I was a candidate for a hearing aid I coundnt believe it 43 and life was staring me in the face. After a brief conversation he pulled a demo hearing aid from Oticon told me about some of the features and persuaded me to try it for a week or two. Its weird having a hearing aid but the technical advances and the abilities it has are incredible.Thanks Dustin, Brittany and staff you are amazing!
