Great customer service and fast turn around time. I took in my handheld Dyson because it was overheating. I figured it could use a professional cleaning to fix the issue. They did a great job and even had an extra filter for me to purchase. I definitely recommend them.

I took my rug doctor in for repair. They explained exactly what was needed for repair. The repair was made and its good as new, great job. The customer service is top notch, I highly recommend Vacuums Etc.

Bob was extremely helpful and informative. He dealt with all my concerns and gave me a loaner vacuum temporarily. He let me keep it one extra week till I could drive down and return it and pick up my new unit and my repaired unit. His prices were market rate. He was very professional.

My ten year old Dyson had been overheating and I had checked everything I could but they cleaned it up and replaced a few parts and its sucked up a weeks work of crumbs and fur from my 2 and 4 legged kids that accumulated while my Dyson was at the spa without breaking a sweat!

Fixed my Oreck Magnesium! Replaced the belt, cleared the jam and explained the cause so I can avoid the problem in future. Honest and friendly.

I have owned my Kirby for 26 years. I bought it new and It has been one of my best investments, especially if you have animals. It will last me a life time. I don’t think there is a vacuum that can compare to a Kirby! I have never had a problem with my Kirby. I just get it serviced, as you should, like any piece of equipment. Never been harassed to upgrade.... because they last a lifetime. I love my service folks too! Thank you, guys!

Dave was very nice. Service was fast. I figured I would spend at least 25 - 50 to fix. It was only clogged and he didnt even charge me. I will definitely use him for tune up on both my Kirby abdominal dyson.

This is NOT a kirby door to door dealer but rather a small family business that specializes in service, repair, and parts for not only kirby, but many other brands as well. They do not send people door to door, but rather want to make your experience positive and do what is needed to fix your machine! The staff here will not charge you for anything you do not need to make your machine work like new. Estimates are free and the staff is friendly :)

I love the vacuum Kirby its a high quality brand but I feel like I was a little bit pushed into buying it for an inflated amount, great vacuum but the closer might want to chill out a little

No STARS! Why are you sending out sales people at 9:00 at night on a Sunday! They do not take NO for an answer and this is the second KIRBY sales person in 2 days!! They drive a large white van industrial with a pink and green swoosh on the side in case you want to be aware of them stalking your neighborhood!

NEVER EVER let a seller into your house, they will push you to buy the stupid vacuum, they will stay at your house for 4 hours and walk around like it is their house. The Team lead was super disrespectful and made me feel unconfortable in my own house! I will never buy this vacuum from a random knocking door harassing seller! No matter how good is it. Omg worst experience everrrr! I promise Im not exagerating!
