My girlfriend and I visited this awesome little shop. We visited with Marshall for a while and his wife, Mary, showed up and all four of us talked. Very neat antiques and items. Mary and Marshall were very warm and welcoming. We plan on going back on our next visit.

In my opinion I would not even give the store a single star but I had to in order to write this review. My mother-in-law and I along with my two children and my niece were having a fun day out in Brenham. Until we arrived at this store. We were not greeted with a friendly smile or a warm hello. My mother-in-law was immediately told children must hold hands. Our fuzzy warm feeling left when my mother-in-law ask the worker of the store do you mean that they must hold our hands. The worker stared a hole into my mother-in-law and ignored her. She then rudely proceeded to say that she doesnt have to explain her stores policy. So then I asked her what age does she consider children because I have a 13-year-old and an 11-year-old who have been an antique stores their entire life and know how to act. Again she stared me down rudely said she doesnt have to explain anything to me. I then said to her well you just lost customers who were willing to spend money here. The worker then laughed and said I doubt that I then told her that she was very unprofessional and by the way she acted I dont see how she stayed in business. She popped off and said she had been in business there for 40 years and laughed at me. We proceeded to get into an argument as she repeated everything back to me that I said to her as if she were seven years old herself. Needless to say we left and I told her I would be writing this review she was still rattling on making rude comments as we left calling me the devils wife. I would never recommend anyone shopping at this store. Never in my life have I met a more insane person as I did in this store today. Very unprofessional very rude and hateful to say the least. I also recognize the woman working in the store to be one of the people who left a review for this store and gave it 5 stars go figure.

So Many hidden treasures !! A wonderful place to find thattreasure your looking for.
