Unfortunately, I have had to call them several times this year. They are ALWAYS courteous and professional. They are either on time or early.

Ive been towed by them twice this week. Im a young woman who was stuck on the side of the road, and a father daughter duo came to pick me up, and I felt very safe and reassured! The other time was a man who was able to work with the very little space in my driveway, very clearly very experienced around a tow truck! If you need a tow in Belleville, I would suggest them! I wouldnt trust any other trucker in the area

Smooth locked my key in my truck. Chris was out within 30 minutes and in 5 more I was back on the road.

A tow truck driver first pulled out in front of me, then was swerving and cut another car off, before getting over again and cutting me off a second time. I honked and went around, and when he pulled up next to me he was flipping me off and yelling “f**k you”. I will never use this company after that experience. So unprofessional.

Needed a tow and these folks were there pronto! Nice gentleman that helped me, my bad, but I didnt get his name! So thx! Ill use them again! 5 stars.

Best service ever! I had to get towed from Paige to Houston. Called around and no one had a driver that would take that drive. B&B helped with that! Our driver Chris was great and friendly!If I ever need a tow and I’m on that area they’ll be the first I’ll call lolol

B + B Automotive was AMAZING! We were stranded on the side of the road late night and they helped arrange transportation for me, my wife, 2 children and 2 dogs to the hotel IN ADDITION to towing our vehicle. This might not seem like a big deal to most, but there were no Ubers, Lyfts, taxis etc. in the area at this time of night. Keep in mind that we were about 30 miles away from the dealership/hotel. You guys were a LIFESAVER! Thank you so much!

Had a blow out from Houston to Austin at 8pm. While unfortunately they didnt have a tire that was close, I appreciate his honesty by telling me hed rather not sell me an expensive tire that Id just have to replace again and could potentially mess up alignment or tracking. He aired up my donut and assured me of its safety.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Amazing customer service and seriously helpful. They came out late at night to replace two tires in the most efficient manner. I cannot thank them enough.

Fantastic service! I was riding my motorcycle and had a flat tire. No one in the area had the ability to tow my vehicle. Pablo, the wrecker driver, showed up on time and took very good car of me and my machine. I highly recommend this towing service.

I had a blowout on my boat trailer in Brenham on a Sunday. B&B was the only place that was open. It was a bad day because my spare didn’t fit and on top of that I had lost my wallet. B&B took care of me, figured out a way to pay electronically, and got me back on the way to the lake. They will be my first call next time. And there will be a next time.

Kevin and Tammy drove out to i10 where our RV had a blowout. They didnt take long and fixed our inner rear tire (put on spare). He added air to the other tires as needed and gave us some advice on the tires. They took their time late at night to make sure this family of 7 was back on the road safely. Thank you! Tammy with B&B was an amazing help. I had a flat tire on my Harley on a Friday night heading to Killeen Tx and she was able to pick me up from my hotel to rent a U-Haul from her business.Thank you Tammy!

This is one of the best auto repair shops in the county. Ive had work done in the past on vehicles and always had been treated with respect. Their prices are rarely reasonable today. I waited a week for them to complete the repair job because they had so many vehicles ahead mine and I didnt mind the wait because I knew it would be worth the wait. So many customers of theirs in Brenham are VERY pleased with what they do. I will always highly recommend B&B Auto Repair to anyone. 😃 🚘 🚗

Used B&B through AAA when my (new/used) Jeep broke down. It was a late Sunday afternoon, and they were closest to me on Hwy 21, about 45 minutes away. Tim had a great attitude even though he had to drive a while to get me, then 80 miles to Austin. When dropping the car off at the mechanic, he gave me some tips on what was wrong with it, and an additional problem I hadnt noticed. Extremely helpful and courteous.A few minutes later, when bringing by my wife to see the car, I noticed that Tim was at the gas station next door, helping a young woman change her tire (I assume he noticed while getting gas on his way home). Extremely nice guy, and I cant think him enough for his help during that stressful encounter!

I had a breakdown from Houston to Austin. Called B&B and Geico had my truck delivered around 2pm that same Friday! First of all no one called to even let me know that they got the vehicle...I called Monday around noon and they still had not looked at the vehicle..So I called Geico again and told them that my vehicle was just sitting up and nothing being done so they agreed to have it towed to Houston (59 miles) ..Since B&B already had the vehicle on their property I decided to allow them to link up with Geico and make the $300 for towing..even after they waisted my time by me having to drive from Houston to Brenham..since the towing was 9 miles over..they charged me $42.50 for the additional miles...Amazing...at least the first tow truck driver saw the DISABLED VETERANS LICENSE PLATES and said thank you for your service!

On May 17th, my son was driving from Panama City Fl, to Temple Tx. That evening after driving 12 hours, he was involved in an accident at stop light (not his fault). B&B Automotive Inc. was the served called. They took great care and went above and beyond in regards to customer service.

4.25.18 I was in an accident. B&B were prompt, courteous and helpful throughout the whole nerve shattering process. I highly recommend them!
