I was having issues with My window getting power. I called at 715am Friday and Mary told me to bring it right in and they would squeeze me in and get it fixed. She was so super sweet and explained everything. When i went back to pick it up, everyone I came in contact with was very nice.

I received excellent friendly service in purchasing my 2021 Ford Escape. I was informed of everything I needed to know and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction especially since I’m a widow of 9 months and my husband always did this with me. There was no pressure of purchasing it and I even waited until next day knowing it might be sold to someone else so that I could be sure of my decision. My deceased husband and I have purchased Ford vehicles for the 51 years we were married for their great repair services, quality of their vehicles to last long time.

If I could give 0 I would. This place is the pits. They charged me 169.00x(2) to diagnosis two problems. They’re prices were double what my SoCal Ford dealership was & they have no customer service whatsoever ever! Both times I repetitively had to call multiple times to find the status of my car. The last time they didn’t know. Twice. I never got my car back until 2 days later despite ‘Mary’ saying it would be ready. You shouldn’t have to harass a service to find out when you’re cars ready. I didn’t get the impression the techs knew their stuff. Save your time & $. Don’t go here.

Mary and the Service team had my issues diagnosed and repaired within 48hours of being towed to their facility. The service was friendly, helpful, and BS free. It would have taken over a week to get this done at my nearby Houston dealership. It was very poor. I took my truck to get my fuel filters and system clean. My truck was losing power and felt like it wasn’t getting fuel. So I looked it up on the internet and the number one problem was the fuel filter was dirty and a lot mechanics who tried to took everything will say it’s your fuel pump. Now Appel Ford has this policy if they look at your vehicle and you don’t get any service on it they charge you like $150.00 just for looking at it. Now if you do get some service done they waived the $150.00. They told me that I need to change my fuel pump and it was the number one problem I had. I also had a bad fuel injector and they found the coolant leak.Well I had them to do my fuel system and my coolant system leak which cost me $1400.00. Since I didn’t get a new fuel pump they didn’t waive the $150.00 told me they will waive it when I bring my truck back to get a fuel pump. After all my fuel filters were clean my truck got its power back and running like it never missed a beat. I really wanted to express my disappointment I had. I have a 2004 F350 Diesel and I love my truck. I only want Ford to work on it but it seems like they are turning into those shops that try to take you to the cleaners. I have taken my truck to Appel Ford before that’s how I know about that $150.00 policy it may be a little more but my last couple of times I was disappointed because how they were trying to put and charge me for parts I really didn’t need. They showed me where my coolant leaks was and it wasn’t by my coolant reservoir but I got a new one and charged for it.

Blown turbo intercooler pipe pulling my big boat to lake Travis on 290, drove it in to Appel and within an hour back on the road, didn’t even have to unhitch my boat, they replaced it in the parking lot, they definitely saved my day on the lake, great service!!

Took my truck here for repairs after AutoNation Ford Katy damaged my DEF pump during repairs of the DEF injector and cleaning of the DEF tank. The cost quoted by AutoNation Katy to replace the DEF pump (they likely damaged) - $1,863.63. The price I paid to Appel Ford for the repair - $1,305.85. This included correcting the work done by AutoNation to the injector (re-secured loose injector).I have no complaints.

Service appointment took less than an hour as they had said it would. Very little wait time and everything went very smooth. Will definitely use them again. This means a lot since they are 60 miles from my house.

It took from 8 am to 4:30 PM to get a serpentine belt replaced and the oil sensor. After waiting and waiting, I called OReillys to check on the belt which they ordered becsuse they didnt have in stock to replace it. It was setting there waiting on someone to call and pay for it so they would deliver it. They also replaced the hood latch that was a recall, too. We had an appointment. So much for that.

Jony was very knowledgeable and helpful during the new car buying process. Financing was fast and easy with the electronic signatures.

My elderly in-laws truck needed some front suspension work. I decided to take care of it for them while we were visiting. I called Appel Ford on Friday morning to set up the repair. It took 1 1/2 hours to change oil and perform checks of fluids. Said it was because of my drain was slow. Not true as i use it all the time. Then the air filter sensor was left unplugged and I had to come back. When I rechecked the fluids they hadn’t checked the battery acid level and I had to add water. The manager did call and asked if they could do anything and was nice but at that point there was nothing they could do. Not a great experience

Buck and John did a great job in helping me find my truck. I had very specific requirements and when they didn’t have it in inventory they found the truck and worked with several other dealers to ultimately get it for me. They worked with me on price and trade in value. Overall I am very pleased.

I called Appel Ford on February 24th and talked with Aaron Hopewell to see if they had a White F350 DRW in stock. He informed me that they did and that I would either talk to him or Blake Sander when I came in that Saturday. This dealership is over 100 miles from our home and I was reluctant on wasting a trip.
