Picked up prescription here. Was not crowded, at all. Maybe 6 - 8 people in store total. Found everything I needed in less than 5 minutes!

Incredibly overpriced products, always a very long slow line to pick up scripts. I just now watched someone try to use the right hand lane, only to see the red transport box get stuck halfway up the pole! So, of course instead of two slow car lanes, we have one super slow lane. And I cant go inside because Ive got a sleeping toddler in the backseat. Get it together, Walgreens!

The products at his Walgreens are incredibly overpriced. I will not shop here for that reason. I need some children’s vitamins for my son and need them ASAP so I went to Walgreens. They were TEN dollars more than where I normally buy them. Thankfully I was able to go across the street to H‑E‑B and the vitamins for ten dollars cheaper. Also, the hours for their pharmacy are awful. I hope the adjust that in the future.

Love this Walgreens, Ive spoke with multiple staff members here and they are all very helpful and friendly! Ive also picked up a few prescriptions and shots here as well, excellent service!

My wife was in the drive through line for 10 mins and as soon as she pulled up to the window (1:30) they walked off and went to lunch. I called into the store and spoke to the store manager (Michael) and he was no help. He claims its Walgreens policy and its not right but would not get my prescription. We live 25 mins from Walgreens so its not practical to drive home, so now we have to sit in the drive through for 30 mins at the window. The employees are still in there just walking around.

Just finished our 2nd Covid vaccine shots at Walgreens Brenham, Tx, The staff at this store is excellent. They are very responsive, courteous, and extremely professional. They made what can be a stressful experience very comfortable. The entire process was carried out without any issues and it is clear that they are well prepared to deliver the Covid shots. We have shopped at a fairly large number of Walgreens in our travels. Clearly the excellent staff at this store ranks them among the best Walgreens. Great Job.

I scheduled a covid vaccine. I followed the directions in the email, showed up on time, and was denied my vaccine. They said my federally issued US passport was not valid ID. The email I was sent clearly stated I was to bring ANY form of government issued ID. The pharmacist asked why I didnt have a drivers license and I said that was not walgreens business. She promptly walked away and steadfastly ignored me, which I thought was rude, because vaccine or not I still had an appointment. Apparently, they have no idea how to send me a $0 bill for my free vaccine without my state ID. Im not even sure how this is legal since the employees clearly stated several times that the vaccines were being provided by the federal government. So thanks walgreens for wasting 4 hours of my Easter Sunday.

Forgot my meds on vacation and they helped me out with refills! Great service !

Ive been a long time patron of Walgreens, but Im not as pleased w/this Cleburne store. There are always long lines, long hold times if you call and the Regards Program has changed again!

WHAT has happened to the pharmacy dept. They are rude wait is over 10 min for prescriptions. Staff esp the Caucasian girl that wears hair in long pony tail she takes her pharmacy tech role to that of a rude pharmacist. She needs to go ... and the pharmacy in general needs a staff change. Get somebody back there that enjoy their jobs and service to the public.

Rude staff. When you’re in the business of helping sick people, care and ease of transactions should be priority. After wasting two hours with them, I called H-E-B to transfer prescriptions for me and two of my kids. H-E-B cared therefore, they’ve earned my loyalty. The H-E-B transaction was easy. That experience will stay with me forever.

I drove up to the drive thru on 06.01.2018, pulled up to the window and no one was there so I push the button to buzz them. No one came to the window so I buzzed again. I had 2 cars behind me and I was beginning to worry if something was wrong inside the store. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting the pharmacist came to the window and got rude telling me I shouldnt buzz so much. The pharmacist then ask me what do you want. She gave me my medication, didnt say thank you and walked off. I might expect this from a minimum wage employee at a burger place, but for a pharmacist to be rude and unprofessional was unbelievable. H.E.B pharmacy I have found to be much cheaper and much more professional then walgreens.

Went in to get my flu shot, after getting checked in I was told to sit in the waiting room and wait to be given paperwork to fill out, waited 45 minutes to get paperwork that takes no more than 2 minutes to fill out and to be honest I think I was forgotten because after waiting so long a tech came out and asked if I was waiting for something. This has happened twice now and Im about to switch pharmacies.

Went through drive-thru red head girl with glasses said she couldnt find my daughters info in system which we have been goingbthere all her life. Told her you got to have it and i dont have insurance card on me, she rolls her eyes and walks away i guess to talk to someone? They find my daughters info so i can get her meds and just ignores anything else i have to say! This girl is extremely rude and disappointing to me after spending 4 hrs at the er was expecting this to be short and quick! The girl needs practice on being polite!

Went in there and one of the cashiers was being very rude to an elder Hispanic man, I approached to help him and she was very rude to me too. We’ve had ao many other encounters where she was rude to us but any other customer that was white she was very friendly too.

Theyre always understaffed, wait forever to get waited on. The last time I ask the cashier why it takes long to be waited on and she got rude with me saying thats just the way it is. I switched to another pharmacy, thats just the way it is.
