I normally have had a decent experience with shopping here but today I walked in with a friend of mine to shop with no greeting and the girl was on her phone, we were never asked if we needed help finding anything and she didn’t look up at us till we said we were ready to check out and when we did she made my friend go grab an item she had misplaced because the lady didn’t want to go get it but she was so rude about it, the one shirt I was going to buy I just told her I didn’t want and we walked out. I think her name was Karen.

I have always had a pleasant experience shopping here...until today. I walked in 2 ladies were working. 1 looked me dead in the eyes and did not speak nor acknowledge me. I felt puzzled, but blew it off. A customer walked in behind me about a minute later and she spoke to them. I really felt humiliated and did not feel like shopping anymore. I did state to her that they should speak to every customer, and she was like thank you maam have a nice day. 😯 It may not matter to some...But I enjoy good customer service. I wont be shopping here again!
