This a very courteous, responsive, and professional organization. I drive a vehicle until the rims throw sparks off the pavement so when I buy one it’s a big deal and I don’t have time for games. That was the case with the Rav4 yesterday. Tom and his associates hit every point in my “gameless” criteria and went beyond to make my buying experience a great one. Good job guys. I had no stress in the car buying process (I worked with Jeff to purchase a prior car at auction a few years ago and had a great experience then as well, so this is my second go around as a customer :-)).After a visit to a mechanic shop to find out that my current cars transmission was going out quickly and that it would be an expensive repair (184,000+ miles. I drove about 170,000 of that), I visited Genesis Auto Brokers. I already knew what kind of car I wanted. Jeff sat me down and helped me find some different options out there for the model that were available at auction. He explained what he anticipated each going for as far as sale price goes once he got it at auction, reviewed the Carfax reports for each that I considered, and went through other information provided for each car going at auction. He was very thorough for my needs.I ended up getting a 3 year old Ford C-Max Energi hybrid electric that only had about 7,500 miles on it for about $18k after tax. Its in great shape (like new). The guys got it detailed (included in the price). Its riding great.The process took about a week and I got the car. No stress, no gimmicks. Very straight forward.Go ahead and utilize these guys! Tom was great. I worked with Tom during the month of April looking for a specific make, model, exterior color, interior color, and price point. I made it really hard on Tom to find a vehicle. He never complained; never discouraged me from sticking to what I wanted. During the time Tom was looking, I was looking too. In this instance I won the race and found the vehicle I was looking for on the west coast. BUT ... when its time for the next vehicle I will turn to Tom and Genesis Auto again. Though they didnt find the vehicle this time, they have found a customer. I highly recommend them.

Tom is great to work with. I heard his commercial on the radio and on a whim I called to see what he could do to find us a small SUV. We had shopped 2 dealerships and identified a 2016 Ford Escape that we liked at one of the dealerships. It had 25K miles and they wouldn’t come down to our price, 15k from 16k. We walked from the dealership, really liking the vehicle but not the price. My wife literally said as we drove home in frustration: “I wish there was someone you could call and tell them what you want, and they’d find it for you and you could skip all of the games these people play!”That’s when I heard the ad and called Tom. Within a day, Tom found the exact same make and model, with an identical feature set (I compared the feature set by pulling VIN numbers and printing the options and features list), same color and with only 28k miles versus 25k... for 15k out the door. Literally the same in every respect to the one we were trying to buy the day before.We pulled the trigger on the deal, signed the deal, paid the man and walked out the door with the keys the next day. It was astonishing fast and easy. No attempts to sell you a bunch of add ons like extended warranties, service plans, etc. No multi page contracts and endless disclosure forms like the last car dealership we bought a car from. Show up, drop a check and sign the delivery title form and drive off. We love the Escape!The best part? The other dealership called later that week and wanted to return to the negotiating table. I told them an amazing thing happened! I found the exact SAME vehicle, with only 3000 more miles, for exactly what I said I would pay and didn’t have to wait the 45 minutes for negotiations like I did at their dealership, or play the stupid game of cat and mouse with the sales manager— for an identical car that they tried to sell me. It was brain dead simple and I got exactly what I wanted.Tom’s a great guy to work with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. Yes, it’s different than the traditional way to buy, so go test drive a car at some other dealership, find what you want, then call Tom and tell him what you want. Then wait and let him do the hard work. It is really that simple and we loved the process and the car!

Tom sold me a car that had so many things wrong with it, I had no choice but to get rid of it after 2 months of buying it. I lost thousands on a car that never should have been sold.
