I had issues at other car audio places when I told them my make and model - several places just said I wouldn’t be able to update my radio without even taking a look at my vehicle SMH!After submitting an inquiry online about a new stereo in my Mercedes 1999 SL500, Jerry texted me information and my estimate. Rick Hunter, manager of Cool Springs Cartronics ushered my Suburban into the 21st century. When I came in, I had an idea of what I wanted. Rick turned my dreams into reality. Rick hooked me up. He retained my steering wheel controls, retained my rear entertainment system, upgraded my backup camera, my phone is fully integrated into my system, and he set me up with a 10.1 touch screen. I cannot be told a thing--my system is sweet!!!

After calling several places for quotes on window tint, these guys werent the cheapest - nor the most expensive - but they were by far the friendliest, fastest and most professional group of guys Ive done business with! The tint job was beautifully done and quickly. I would for sure use them again if needed and would definitely recommend!

Just left Cartronics in Cool Springs and wanted to brag on Rick H and the excellent customer service he gave me. I just needed a new Double DIN head unit for a car project I was trying to finish. Little did I know there is a shortage of radios available right now bc of the unavailability of parts. Rick walked me through all my options and fitted me to what I needed to purchase. He was patient with all my questions and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Rick seems like a guy who enjoys his job and taking care of the customers. Rick has great phone skills also.

Super friendly staff, was able to get me in for a tinting appointment same week when other companies are 6 weeks wait, and are very reasonably priced. Did a great job and the tint looks amazing (2021 Tesla Model Y)!

One of the best things about my experience was the staff was very helpful and friendly. They greeted me with a smile and told me there were waiting on me lol. Got a radio installed in my semi truck. They finished faster than I expected. The young lady at the front desk was nice enough to come out to my truck to walk me through and things and see if I liked the work. Great place with great people, Carolyn and Blake were very friendly and thoughtful. We called an asked Carolyn if we could get a automatic starter put in a 2018 Toyota Tundra, we didn’t have a appointment but she got us in. It took a few hours but it was well with the wait. The guy that did the work was also very nice and he explained it all to us. Very nice people and a really cool place. We thank all of you for helping us out and being so nice. We will definitely come back to visit.

Took amazing care of me when my radio went out! They helped troubleshoot several issues with me directly before connecting me with their technicians for a 30 minute diagnostic which solved my issue! Having dealt with the manager Rick several times, I was treated with disrespect, rudeness and overcharged. I assure you that I was completely kind and respectful on every occasion yet was treated with complete and utter discourtesy and inconsiderate. It takes some effort to be this rude towards customers in a town where locals are known for their hospitality. It has been a complete nightmare experience and I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

I was in need of a new radio installation to be professionally installed ahead of a long road trip with family. I made an appointment late last week and they took excellent care of me first thing Monday morning. I am a very happy camper! Great care.

Carolyn, is by far, the light of my project life. Cool springs location, she deserves donuts and Starbucks every morning for the rest of her career. Professional, to the point, didn’t jam products down my throat, told me the pros and cons from all my questions and even understood that Jeeps are Jeeps, meaning they don’t work but people still throw money at them. Someone please tell her she’s fantastic and if I call or my technician calls, we will be asking for her. And when we bring the product by, because I stopped shopping around because of her, I’ll make sure to let someone know that same day that she’s fantastic again. Thanks again girl, you are the goat.

They have gotten better. They struggle with turn over. There sales technicians are limited in imagination and product knowledge. They will match crutchfield and some brick and mortar shop. They dont have to be competitive so prices are pretty set.

We had spent money in Florida fixing up 2002 Yukon for my sons 16th. Got ripped off on so many levels. Rick came to the rescue. Best service, honesty, integrity. We will be back.

So i purchased the viper smartphone system that they didnt have in stock. Therefore not only did they install the drone smartphone system, but also give me a free fob with it for the inconvenience. But i had two small issues while i was there. 1. The waiting area. It could use a more comfortable seating for a install that is est. at 3-4 hours. 2. The 7 hours wait. It wasnt there fault. The system had a bad brain therefore they had to reflash the system.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Very willing to answer any questions I had. Also the install they did is fantastic.Had an issue with the way Subaru wired the speakers, brought it back in and they fixed it at no extra cost and explained to me what had happened.Definitely 5 stars! I’ll be going back for future audio stuff!
