Was skeptical about buying a used non-BMW car from a BMW dealer. Was pleasantly surprised in the competitiveness even with the online dealers. Staff was very professional and attentive. Price was on par with everyone else. Car was delivered in like new condition.
I have dealt with this service person before. I found him condescending and dismissive. I had requested in the past for another service person. Unfortunately, I got this person again. Nothing had changed. I believe he has trouble dealing with women. I watched as he treated another woman in the same way. It’s obvious it’s more important for him to be right.

I wanted to note the hands on & extraordinary service the Michael Janca (service manager) provided our family during a challenging time. He worked with us & provided excellent communication while resolving a pressing issue. In addition, Michael was compassionate in understanding our situation. In addition, Corporate BMW also showed above & beyond attention working with the dealer & should be commended. They have made firm our loyalty to the bmw brand.
