All packed up and just about ready to leave for Oregon last week…. Oh cra*p, I need to get an oil change and my regular shop closes in 30mins!! Googled oil change and Speedee comes up nearest me. So I Called them up And they said “yes come on in” so I did. :) Greeted right away, they took my truck and said it would be an hour, no problem. Well, 35mins later they had my truck done! Great management here and workers are fantastic. Thank you so much everyone.

Got a flat tire in the middle of the night around the corner. Left it in their lot and first thing the next morning they pulled the screw out, patched it and had me on my way.The manager has been there 10 years and it’s pretty clear he values relationships, kindness and their reputation over the dollars he could have charged me.I was in a tight spot and they easily could have sold me at least one new tire and labor. Instead they patched it for no charge and we made it to our trade show on time.If you’re looking for an honest quality shop that values their customers and the community, these are the guys.

SpeeDee has always been a fast way to get an oil change, but Ive had good results from some other services there as well (now with more options since the Midas merger). After COVID-19 hit, oil changes changed as well. I enjoyed 20 minutes of sitting in my vehicle while the team ran through changing the oil, then checking all fluids and tires. Great job at a great price (especially after the online coupon)!

Got my oil change done today by Denise. She was super kind and very quick in getting my oil change done. She made sure that everything was topped off and good to go. Out the door in less than 30 minutes!

$120 for oil change. Waited 1.5 hours for a call and the service was not complete when I arrived for pick up. Coolant was never topped off as stated probably never checked.

Went in for an oil change on my Dodge a couple weeks ago and the company’s manager was really unprofessional. Overheard him yelling, practically screaming at another employee of the company. You guys lost a customer. I was originally planning on returning for more services, but I decided against it. Even if the employee made a mistake, there is no reason to scream at him over something they can’t necessarily control. Especially in front of customers!! Extremely unprofessional manager. Owner needs to do something about this ASAP!Thanks! Arthur.

Took my car in today after the oil pressure light came on...oil had been over-filled. They immediately took a look at it...drained all the oils and replaced the filter...for free!!! They were concerned about the situation and wanted the car to be safe to operate. Jonathan the technician was amazing, and the manager Greg also came to look at the car. I was out the door in 15 minutes!!! Can’t say enough about the service...I’ve always had great service here but this was the icing on the cake!! Thank you so much Jonathan and Greg!!!!

My wife took the car in for an oil change and tire rotation . After the oil was changed they told her the car was finished. She asked about the tire rotation and Greg told her that they forgot about it and now there were multiple cars in front of her and she would have to wait for over an hour and a half for the tire rotation. Greg was very rude to her and said there was nothing he could do about it and walked away. Coming from the manager of the store when they made the mistake is unacceptable and definitely will not be going back. After reading multiple reviews I find a common link between bad reviews and Greg.

I find Greg to be unapologetically rude! I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day or what. However if you supposed to be the manager and effectively communicate then your going to keep failing at what you do! I will be taking to two vehicles elsewhere to get an oil change.

Front desk woman is extremely rude to me, when asking why I was there I went to giver the keys and ask for a standard oil change she said no I can’t they will help you outside I told her I was waiting for a couple minutes so I just came outside. She rolls her eyes and opens window to tell one of the workers “She said she has been waiting for 10min” made me walk back to my car to wait for one of the workers she needs better customer services.

Like any oil change service stop they make their real money on the extra things they find wrong with your car. They were, however, very low pressure about offering the additional services that really didnt need that day. Friendly customer service and a quick turnaround on my vehicle. Made an appointment to get recommended belt change and was told it would take 1-1.5 hours. After I arrived I waited an hour before noticing they hadnt started and asked how long...at least another 2.5 hrs...what!!! No concession what so ever offered. After years of oil changes I am out and done...Something similar happened with women waiting when I got there. Enough said.

I got my car here early in the morning, right when they open. I was still 3rd in line, but I was in and out within 40 minutes. Also they have new-ish movies playing, as well as some coffee and donuts while you wait. A nice clean shop and they seemed honest. Ill return for my oil changes!

Hard to find a shop that you feel confident and comfortable knowing youre not being oversold or overcharged and that what youre being told is in fact correct information. While waiting to have a problem assessed (I knew pretty much what the problem was before I went in so I know I wasnt being snowed but needed it confirmed) I listened to how others were served. Gracious, courteous, professional and without pushing. Customers decided what they wanted done without pressure. My step daughter had just had a wheel bearing replaced. I was quite surprised how little it was. Although way out of my locale if I can get my vehicle there Ill definitely take it there.

Called them at 8 am and asked if I could drop my car for a major service and was told yes for a later pick up. I got to the office and just sent away cos they didnt have time for me. The nerve of these dogs cant even look me in the face. I wasted my time. Nice way to make business huh.

This location was decent when the old owner was hear... now that it has new ownership its a complete joke. the technicians had some nerve saying to us (as established customers going there for years bringing our vehicles) we complain because our car isnt vacuumed by them as they themselves tell us it is at checkout when were paying.also technicians specifically Anthony and Hector arguing back with customer. showing no respect or professionalism. I will never go back to that circus.

I want to take the time to thank the dedicated staff my car was in a bad way and they stay even til closing time to ensure it get fix and I didnt have to call in to work on Monday. I really appreciate their work and encourage all to give them a try

They lied about the price and gave an outrageous amount dont go here waist of time they dont do what is included in the service price and quite frankly it would be cheaper to go the dealer this place is horrible and a scam and they didnt reset the oil light either. They bait and switch here dont go here ever. And the owner claims that the consumer is unintelligent and its our fault for getting ripped off by them completely fraudulent behavior here I cant believe they stay in business the owner completely thinks its ok to pull this scam on people I just got disrespected by the owner. They put water instead of windshield wiper fluid. These people shouldnt even be in business.

It was very quick...Or Midas-ay, speedy.

They broke my pip pan on my BMW SUV and tryiled to say it was already broken. Everything was fine on my car. Then they wanted me to pay at a minimum $1500 to get it fixed after they messed up. I took it to bmw for $285 and was told by what they put on their that i definitely got screwed over. Not cool to go through all that and have my car leaking oil over an oil change, just own up to a mistake and all is well.

Good service and they were very honest! You can actually see them work on your car which is a good thing if you are the type of person that doesnt trust people.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for 20 years for oil changes. The are fast, friendly and professional. I wont go anywhere else.

This is my second visit to get change oil, i inform the oiler to check my tire because when i am driving slow i felt something on my tire like bumpy noise, he said ok i will check on it. Another oiler came to me and ask me the payment and i asked him if they check the bumpy on my tire, he said they are under staff and he told me if i can wait and then they will test drive the car, i said ok i can wait so after more than an hour, the first oiler told me theres nothing wrong with my car which is they never move my car . I told the cashier what the oiler told me and she said, oh Im sorry about that,i answered its ok because Im not coming back .these oilerdoes not deserve one star...

What a joke this place is. Brought my car in to get a oil change, and also replace my oil drain plug(which I brought) because mine was stripped. And they denied me service. He said they dont do installations, just oil, and filter. Absolutely will not come back here or suggest it to anyone else.

2nd time because Greg, store manager took care of my Lexus SUV first & now my Toyota SUV. Great friendly people to deal with!

Took my car to them on 98 2018 For all change and a tuneup now my car is shaking miss firing took it back to them and was told by the rude manager that the problems I was having have nothing to do with the tuneup that they performed on my car now I’m without a car until I can pay for a diagnostic to prove that the problems that I’m having is because they did not do the tuneup correctly I don’t even know if they changed all of my spark plugs I really feel like they took a Advantage of me because I’m a woman ask for the owner he was not available for me Ask the clerk if she had corporate number she did not have that information very unprofessional now I have to get a second opinion and maybe even take them to court I would never go there again

My husband had heard of midas speedee and wanted to give them a try for my maintenance,My husband was greeted by a very polite lady who informed us of our special oil requirements.We had seen it was a clear shop! Unfortunately they were about to be closing however they had assured that we would be taken care of! So AMAZING!The staff was very quick and friendly and even answered all questions we had! We will be returning for our service again. Kudos to the two young men and lady for the amazing service!
