Nice store. They should train their loss prevention team better. I’m always in the store purchasing items for myself or my store and for some odd reason. The short stubby guy is always everywhere I am. Like listen little guy I’m a manager at a store 4 doors down from you. Make good money. Review your cameras and see all the items I purchase each week. Go profile someone else. If it keeps happening I will file a complaint with the corporate office. I’ll make sure I’m documenting and videoing him every time too. Your job isn’t to stalk and harass someone. But you have been noticed. I will address you and record the next time I come in and you feel the need to follow someone. It’s ridiculous.

Overall top tier customer service!! Love this location!!! The team is always so kind & prompt!! I’ve ordered drive-up several times & even done a couple of in store pick-ups. They pretty much have the items I want & my orders are always completed promptly!! From what I’ve seen in-store, they keep the shelves stocked & the store tidy. It’s close to home so I will definitely continue shopping at Old Hickory!!!

Quality products, short wait time in line, excellent customer service

Target always has clean stores and well-stocked shelves. I’m pretty juiced about my new kitchenette knife and wok that I picked up the other day 😁. I hear it’s a great place to work as well.

Target has variety and great store employees. Prices are not always as good as Walmart though but sometimes we do not have time to price shop. I also think 5% red card savings is old and need to update their incentives. I also have no idea what cartwheel or whatever its called is but would love to see incentives similar to Kohls program. I would shop more at Target if it was the case.Although overall employees are great, sometimes customer service can be more attentive to their customers waiting. Instead of saying Be right with you and continue sorting return items into carts...stop what youre doing and attend to customer. Customers should always be first priority, no one likes to wait...we get it, you have a job to do too...but were paying your salary.Overall, Target is my go to for school/work supplies, holiday shopping (love their separated section), kids gifts or party goods.First time I ordered online and picked up at the store (Brentwood TN location) and a great experience...so easy! Ive done pick-up services at other stores, but hadnt yet used Targets pickup service - by far the best out there in my experience. There was a friendly team member waiting outside who checked me in immediately, and even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. Fantastic experience as always!!

This store has been a HOT MESS lately. Tonight I made it as far as the bathroom and just turned around and left. They appear as if they haven’t been cleaned or replenished in a few days. Management needs to keep an eye on the facilities and not forget that the trash cans out front also belong to the store and should be picked up and cleaned as well.

An okay mall where you can get fair bit of all type of items from meds to clothes to FMCG to toys to general supplies. Prices are not too low. Walmart might have lower prices.The foods section is big and you get good bit of meats, fruits, snacks etc.The ladies section is big and stocked well id say. You can find ladies footwear as well. But could not find mens footwear.The toys section is also big and there are branded toys and merchandise available.Electronic section is not huge.Overall not a bad place.

This store looks small from the outside but is indeed a full size target. This location had a Starbucks and Pizza Hut inside. I was unable to purchase what I came for due to it being put of stock with no restock in the past few days. Target sells, clothes, housewares and grocery items. This store seems consistent with other Target locations in cleanliness and appearance. You can get in and out faster outside of peak times using self check out.

People were so helpful, fast, mask-on, and friendly.

Just left target in brentwood on old hickory. Im a liitle irrate. ordered online 2 shopping carts. Ut said it was 3 in stock i purchased two. and was told it would be ready in 2hrs. Got to the store it wasnt ready _1hr later) a little early but decided to walk around for a lil bit while i waited. Then in comes my email from target saying that the items arent even in stock. I also had checked with customer service and i felt they could have let me know they werent in stock.

Understaffed! Had to stand in line for 20 minutes to use self check out. No registers open with cashiers!

Stopped by this store to find a hard to find headphone adapter and they had exactly what I needed. Big thumbs up to Adam in electronics. He was doing a fantastic job of juggling several customers and took the time to educate me on my phone as well as my purchase. Extremely helpful.

I love going to target like most women do :) One of the managers there named Dustin was very helpful and I appreciate that extra care given! Was looking for something for my son’s birthday that people come in and take all of as soon as it comes in and he was able to help me with that. Thank you!

Good target. They sometimes don’t have as much as other target stores, due to the busy location. However, the employees seem to try and do their job well. I have noticed recently, the lack of some employees wanting to take the extra “Covid” precautions of cleaning the machines after each guest. I get it. It’s a lot!

It was simple. I ordered it and when I picked it up at the store, there was not fuss or time wasted waiting on them to find it. I was in and out in five mins.

Products and prices are fine as always, but the customer service at this location has really gone downhill. The cashiers and the customer service staff are usually unfriendly and short with customers. It’s rare now to have a positive encounter with a staff member. I understand that COVID has been a challenge for this industry and this company, but I also have been working with the public throughout this pandemic and I see no reason to be rude. You are getting paid to provide a positive shopping experience but you are totally failing at this. I’m disappointed because Target is one of my favorite places to shop, but it really hasn’t been pleasant lately.

My husband returned items to the store that I ordered online and had just received today. My red card was only refunded for 1 item and he was given a gift card for the other 2 items. Had to contact Target online once he got home and realized what they had done. Ive become more and more disappointed with Targets customer service here in the last few months.

Angie, the greater, was incredibly warm and polite. There was a disgruntled customer who was complaining about masks and she handled it in a professional manner. It is a tough time to have to stand at that station at the front door and police people but she is doing a very professional job!

Loved how quick and easy it was to pick my item up. Ordered late last night. Got it picked up today. The associate was fast and loved that pickup was right by the front door where you go in.

Mollie and Stephanie are the nicest most helpful workers there. They go out of their way to make your day and your shopping experience amazing!I’m happy to spend hundreds here every few days (formula, diapers, food, clothes, toys, pharmacy ) because this store is amazing

Yes Im a late night shopper. I love going to a store and being one of maybe 5 customers in the entire store. But with that usually comes being not so politely told to get lost way before the actual closing time. Well not at the Brentwood Target. I got to the store 20 minutes before closing and I was pleasantly surprised to actually be welcomed. The staff members were cheerful and the store manager, Molly, was awesome. Thanks Target!

Nanette helped me get my coupon money back when I found a 15% off school supplies coupon literally 20 min after we checked out with $300 worth of school supplies on tax free weekend. And she figured out a way to do it the easy way without me having to return everything and re-scan it all! Thank you so much Nanette!! That was going to eat me alive all day if I did not get that taken care of!

There isnt anything that really sets this Target apart from others; its very clean, seems to be well managed, and has a Starbucks! Customer services is always very accommodating whenever I need them and the rest of the team members are always helpful as well. The pharmacists here are also very friendly and helpful. Im happy to return here every week or so!

Everyone that I interacted with was helpful and nice. It seems that Target gives a little more consideration on the caliber of people they employ. It is very important to me that the employees at least pretend that they work in the building.

Have now purchased multiple items, only to take them home and find out someone stole most of the contents and resealed the package. They really need some better loss prevention.

I paid for items that were not given to me upon my departure from the store. When I got home and realized I had several items missing I proceeded to call the store for an hour and no one ever picked up the phone.

This target is alright. The shoe section is always a huge mess so I recommend you avoid it. Lanes are sometimes long and more cashiers need to be called for back up.

Convenient Brentwood location. The store is clean and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to navigate. Great selection of school supplies. Highly recommend!

If you need anything ask Rachel! She is awesome and so cheerful! I was quickly shown where things are and in an industry that needs to distinguish itself somehow from the marts; Having awesome service like Rachel really makes me want to visit again.

Target is supposed to be a nice place to shop but it feels like Walmart by the way the customer service reps treated me.

All around a great place

I was sincerely disappointed during my last trip. I had ordered a bookcase online for drive up pick up. The Target closest to me and the warehouse were out of stock of what I wanted. So I was extremely disappointed when I arrived home and was able to flip the large package over to see holes in the box and broken wood inside. I was so frustrated and had driven over 50 miles to get it. They were never like this. It was extremely disappointing.

They had everything I needed in stock and the service went well in the checkout line.

Fairly clean most days (been a few times when it was kinda a wreck). Lots of parking. Lines move pretty fast. Nice selection of clothing. I must go at the wrong times because there has been some sketchy people around the store.

The items here are similar to most Targets but this one is just a bit nicer. The bathrooms were very clean and the home goods were displayed in nice showroom settings. This was also the first Target that I saw with a self checkout. This was nice bonus.

I like Target - I like everything about Target. The Brentwood Target is very clean. The employees are very friendly and willing to help. Items priced really well. Great place to hang out.

Poor customer service. I was asked for a receipt to prove the price of a purchase after I had just returned it..... she had already seen it while doing the return and putting the money back on my card, just a minute before I repurchased it. The item stayed on the counter in between us the entire time. I don’t know why I had to be made to feel I was scamming target when I was just trying to undo the return.

I dont think they have someone that stocks groceries. It seems like they are always out of meat, eggs, milk, veggies and more. I have come here at different times on different days trying to get here when it is stocked but nope. They also have to organize their clearance section by the food. It seems to be treated as the shelf where they simply put anything they dont know where to place. Half the items there is difficult to know of they actually are on clearance.

My husband and I went to target to get some birthday presents for my son and we went browsing into the electronics section and a super helpful guy talked us through different phones and actually helped us get brand new phones, switched carriers and we saved about $70 a month on our phone bill. If you need some help saving money on your phone bill, go see Gage at target! Hes super knowledgable and honest. He made sure we got the phones we wanted, the amount of data we needed and still saved money! And we got a $200 target gift card to buy summer clothes!

I love this target. The cashiers are very good at their job. It always smells like popcorn when you walk in and I know the layout of the store very well.

This is one of the better Target stores Ive been to. They have a limited selection of fresh foods and a sizable offering of shelf stable groceries. It would be great if they did more sales.

Message from my daughter’s shopping experience today on February 22, 2019 8am-8:30am.“If I could give this store a 0 star rating I would. I have never been to a Target store that did not Price Match with their competitor!!I went to this Target on 780 Old Hickory BLVD store #1983 at 8am. I spoke with two store employees and one employee spoke with a manager. They would not price match an item for me they said it was a “glitch”They would not honor the sale that Walmart has on the Oil of Olay soaps! I showed them the app and they refused!!!One of the managers said “If you can add them to the cart you can get them.” Online it specifically says “in store purchase only” so how would I be able to add to cart?I also asked for their corporate number or HR number and they did not have them. So they said. Terrible experience ! Other Targets would honor the price match policy. “

I am a Target fan. This Target is clean and not cluttered. The workers are helpful and pleasant. Even the restrooms are clean. There is the occasional problem with the self check out scanner. Overall a great place to shop.

This Target is always clean, not too crowded, and has very friendly staff. Always available parking in the parking lot. Love it!

This is a great Target! The isles are clean and organized and the workers are helpful. The selection is about average, they dont have anything more than any other Target, but thats to be expected.

The lady didn’t know what she was doing, she said I couldn’t use the manufacturers coupon because I got a gift card for the diapers I purchased. I’ve been couponing with target for years I’m well aware of the policies, she needs to educate herself.

This is a large Target Supercenter. One of the better Targets in Nashville. Clean and well organized. Always busy. Good stuff. Cheap to moderate prices.

This is your average Target. I dont usually have to wait in line, and they have most things Im looking for in stock.Also has groceries, but I rarely would consider doing my grocery shopping here when there are so many other good choices in the area.

If you are planning on trying on clothes at this location be aware that they will put your cart and items back to “make space” while you’re in the dressing room. Also prices frequently mis-marked and seems to take them forever to restock items that sell out.

Ive stopped shopping at this store- they are consistently out of stock of items that show up as in stock online, the employees are friendly but there are so few on rotation that I cant find them, and, when I do find an employee they have not been trained properly and cannot tell me where items are located. All in all, this is an operations and education problem for this specific store. Drive to Nashville West for a better experience.

The produce department struggles so much it may be better to not have one. Also there never seems to be enough people to run registers at night. Lastly, you do not allow alcohol purchases through self checkout? Your competitors do, so that may be something you want to get together.Edit: 5/5/17 Downgraded to 1 star. My experience yesterday was the worst I have had in the 25 plus yrs I have been a Target customer. I have been loyal to Target all these years in the 4 states I have lived in. That ended yesterday. I will never shop at any Target again. This Brentwood store is beyond help. The appearance is deplorable, the staff untrained and unhelpful. Total chaos !!!

The wrong item was picked. They could’ve scanned the barcode in my order but they did not and grabbed a similar less expensive item instead. I still paid the higher amount. Didn’t find out till I returned the wrong item.

So shopping for a new tv, got it. Its was available at one store when I ordered it. Went to check on the status and that store sold out. Transfer to a different store. Called to verify the order and the status. Got verification on both. Tell me why it is taking almost a hour in store after a 30min drive to the store ? 🤨😡

Wasted an hour of my life trying to get them to order a burrito that was really good that they decided to stop carrying... frustrating part was I was given the runaround by the managers on who to talk to. Left them my name and number months ago and still have not got a call back. Guess Im going to Kroger... at least at Kroger their avocados ring up correctly. Its amazing how so many little annoyances due to poor management escalate to having to leave a review on social media.

Never enough registers open. The poor girl in my checkout line was trying to leave, she turned her light out after I put my stuff on the conveyer belt. More people kept getting in her line and she asked her supervisor (I assume) to leave, as she needed to clock out at 5:30. The supervisor said well your light is out you can tell people to go to another line as she stared at me (mind you she was already scanning my items). If I hadnt already spent an hour in the store, I would have walked out without my items. I cant believe how rude the supervisor was. The girl wasnt incredibly pleasant either, but I felt her pain. This will be the last time I come here. Its overly crowded and the customer service is non existent. Theres a very good reason online shopping is taking off.

Sometime within the last week or so I was exposed to an incident where a manager seeming person named Mollie was chastizing other employees in front of customers near the fitting room. I understand correcting employees but not with a tone like that and especially not in front of customers.Fix this.

If you don’t mind waiting in a consistently long check out line then you should go to this Target. Otherwise, I would find another Target. Customer service is definitely not their forte!

Im usually a fan of Target but they really dropped the ball today. I went to go pick up an order for my fiance. Apparently the online order was never processed or was acknowledged even though my fiance got two emails confirming that the order was processed and completed (ready for pick up). Thus, the worker there had to go and pick out the items in the store (she was nice), however she picked out the wrong bags in the order and I didnt realize it until I got home.

Wonderful experience just had a new cashier which is good considering we are going into the busy season.

I have had it with this Target. I have been trying for over a week now to get a container of the up & up formula that my son likes as it is not available to order online. Apparently they had a sale (good) which wiped out their stock and they never bothered to re-stock (bad). Tonight, still no luck, and there was a puddle of vomit on the floor by the maternity section that appeared to have *ahem* been there a while. Unfortunately this is not an isolated incident. Barren shelves, broken clearance items, and long checkout lines are the norm. Its a hot mess. Get it together, Target.

This Target is pretty cool.. you know, its a Target.. Easiest one to get to from downtown during the lunch hour.. right off the interstate

It was simple and efficient. I groaned when it suggested a Target store in the next county. I was tired, hungry and grumpy (hangry). But within 20 minutes, it was a done deal and well worth the effort.

Its a target. Not much to say. They have lots of stuff to buy. I will comment that trying to buy beer was a fiasco. The cashier couldnt figure out how to deal with my out of state license. Hence the two start reading.Decided to leave and buy it at the convenience store.

Its a nice store with a good selection and friendly staff. It gets a little crowded sometimes, but at least theres a Starbucks inside the store.
