They deserve 0 stars.... I was waiting a long time just to get vaccinated!🤦‍♀️Really bad customer service.... The Pharmacist (with color contact lenses) was very rude and the person at the dropping area (which I dont know her position) kept ignoring me when I asked her questions!!At least the nurse was very nice!***UPDATE:I Emailed them with my complaint. Email didnt go through.🤦‍♀️

Calling from the Doctors office to get help with a patients prescription and Ive spent over 2 hours being transferred and never spoke to anyone. This is the absolute worse pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Most of my working day was spent on hold.

This place is so unorganized with the distribution of the COVID VACCINE. Not a very good experience for something so important. Long wait time when theres barely people here.

Friendly, helpful and VIGILANT employees.... Ive been in the store while staff has assisted several people and also seen the staff catch multiple people attempting to steal form.the store and all remaining calm

I go here all the time. The staff is always nice, especially in the pharmacy, and they’re quick checking you out.

Employees allow customers to walk around the store without a mask!!! Do NOT go here! They do not care about our safety.

They ara very very slow & they never pick up the phone but when you go in there theyre on the phone laughing. My doctor sent my medicine I was 2 hours away went there & they said its not ready, then they want to refill your medicine when they get ready. Dont waste your time go to a mom & pops pharmacy save yourself the headache

The lady that is the pharmacist manager needs to be fired for denying a lineman working for FEMA medication 1 day early because i am flying to go see my wife and precious babies tomorrow morning. She didn’t stop to think of why I might need my medication 1 I repeat 1 day early and filling it instead of turning me away like a homeless person when she knows I am gonna run out tomorrow night. 1 day early and because you didn’t I will now have to wait until Thursday hoping I don’t have a seizure instead of enjoying the time with my kids. When I asked her why I couldn’t pick it up a day early she merely replied “BECAUSE THAT IS THE RULES AND YOU CANT PICK UP YOUR NEW PRESCRIPTION UNTIL I SAY SO BECAUSE I AM THE PHARMACIST MANAGER”. I couldn’t believe a person who works in service to help people was talking to me a lineman WHOS up here replacing power poles from back when hurricane sandy ripped apart this state in 2012. Surely i shouldn’t have to explain to her that this is still a FEMA FUNDED JOB and with that we as workers are away from our families and have never been turned away for something this silly. 1 day !!!! Imagine if I told a customer they weren’t gonna get power until I damn well feel like it ?? I would literally fire myself for showing customers my “mad at the world” attitude. She needs to be fired or reprimanded because the Asian pharmacist is oh My lord 1000000 times better and smarter and she can relate to patients unlike this barbaric woman who’s mad at the world poking her chest out like. Rooster walking through rite aid. Come on !!! Your a pharmacist you do know your job is a dime a dozen right ? Don’t take it out on us 300k a year blue collar workers. you picked your career MAYBE YOU SHOULD QUIT IF YOU HATE COMING TO WORK THAT BAD BECAUSE THATS TWICE IVE SEEN YOU all worked up and the little Asian pharmacist was having to cool you down

They call you saying for medicine is ready and when you go is always a 15 yo 20 minutes wait. I could go to the doctor and pick up my medication next day and not even that works the are just bad on that

The line is ridiculous all the time. Theres only one lady checking people out their medicine and nobody helps her which causes lines in which the wait is over an hour. Its absolutely ridiculous. They also never answer the phone! I can call a million times and never do they respond. Last time I dropped of my medicine on a Friday and I went to pick it up on Saturday and it still wasnt ready. This pharmacy absolutely sucks. They need to hire much more staff in order to get this place running. Its the same thing I go everytime. The manager needs to stop being so cheap and hire a lot more people.

Horrible, long lines, they dont call if there is a problem with the medication, they will let it sit until your doctor, yourself or insurance company to call, If the doctor call in the medicine in the morning the will text in the evening or you will have to call yourself. Dont waste your time especially if you need your medicine.

They have the tendecy to talk about their clients, once they leave the store. Ive witness this often when doing some shoping. If they dont like you at the pharmacy, they go into your account and share your private infomation. They also pass private information from clients to other workers at the store who wasnt to be treated this way????

The prescriptions for both my husband and I were wrong many times. Sometimes if there were supposed to be 1 of 3 parts the pharmacist would only give me 1 in error.

They dont even deserve 1 star. Staff are so unprofessional, long lines and the medicines are never ever ready even if they call or text you that they are! Also they are over priced!. Ready to change Pharmacy!!

I give the pharmacy a 5 because any time, I go in there my wait time is less tban 10 minutes if even that.

For this last year he never has a prescription ready on time, previously there were more competent and efficient employees this pharmacy is no longer good for anything.
