We came in close to closing time, but werent rushed. The sales associate, Gregory, was very knowledgeable and offered good insight. We tested many mattresses and ultimately did come to a decision we felt confident in. We had never purchased a new mattress before, and appreciated being walked through the process and learning about options we had been previously unaware of. If we still live in the same area when its time for a new mattress, we will be sure to come back here.

Harie Oliver did a wonderful job! He did not pressure me at all. He took me to the type of mattresses that matched the description that I had told him. I tried three mattresses and the last was the best. The sale was unexpected but I certainly was happy. I have been to several other mattress stores and did not care for the salespersons demeanor. We only went in to see if they could help us find an extension for a full size bed to a queen.Travis Parker, Area Sales Manager, helped us look up the piece we wanted and offered to order it for us. He then heard our need and took us around the store to sample some amazing beds. We will be back for a split California King very soon.In the meantime Travis sold us a bed and box spring that took care of what we were really looking for and we walked out very, very, happy customers.

We bought a mattress and was told it would arrive at the store in one week. This was perfect since we had to have it. Hi called and they said it had not arrived and was told it had not arrived and would be another week. This was not acceptable. We needed the mattress. They said they had a couple in the back that and we could come by and check them out. The only mattress that matched what we wanted was a floor model. During the time of COVID-19 it probably wasn’t a good idea, but we had to have the mattress. We took it in sprayed it with cleaners and disinfectants several times. We were told if we were not satisfied we could bring it back in 30 days.The business should keep its promises to customers who pay in full at the time of purchase.

The reason I gave it a 4 star rather than a 5 star is because the store didn’t have the adapt hybrid for me to compare with the regular Tempur pedic. Beware. The people are incredibly nice, but I bought an extra long twin to have extra room for a tall child (5 inches longer than a regular twin). The mattress they delivered was 2 inches shorter than it should have been. I was told all their extra long twins were this size and this was variance from the factory. (If all mattress are 2 inches too short that is not variance but false advertising.) I spent so much money for 3 inches of bed space. I would not trust anything this company has to offer.
