I spent the morning yesterday with my mom, trying to get her a new phone. After trying a few stores and having no luck, we tried this lovely store. We were greeted by a gentleman by the name of Ever. I cannot begin to tell you how helpful and knowledgeable he was. He helped my mom with every question and need she had. He was extremely patient, this was huge to me. My mother can at times be overwhelming but he did great. Im extremely happy and appreciative for the above and beyond service he gave us yesterday. All the other places we tried earlier just brushed us off and made us feel as if we were a bother. Thank you so much Ever and I hope you know how amazing of a person you are.
