Store is packed with UT and Preds stuff, of which I am a fan of neither(Alabama fan here). Getting my vehicle worked on down the road and had some time to kill, so I stopped in to browse around, not knowing which teams the store was representing. The store manager, tall, black guy with glasses, was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, even after finding out I’m a Bama fan. We talked for a good 35 minutes about anything and everything, and just to thank him for his hospitality, I bought a guitar pick sticker for my vehicle. I have family that are UT fans, and I know where I’ll be going to get gifts for them when I need to. I wish more retail stores were as customer service driven as this dude was.

I normally love this store. Unfortunately t I went to purchase some items on 11/1 and bought them at full price at noon. I received an email at 6pm saying today only they were having a 20% off sale, which would have saved me $25. I had my husband return to the store the next day to see if they would honor the sale since I bought the items on the day of the sale and the man at the checkout counter never once mentioned they were having a sale that day and he didnt apply the discount when I paid. He denied this request as well. Its absurd that when a sale is going on, the sales clerk will not apply the sale rate unless you EXPLICITLY tell them to. Absolutely insane.Edit: I spoke with manager, Kayla, and she was able to help out. She was very friendly and professional.

Large selection of TN Vols and Nashville Predators clothes, etc. Friendly and helpful salespeople.

Great place to purchase team apparel for the Vols. Variety of items such as hats, jerseys, and sweatshirts. Its a bit pricey but still worth purchasing once in a while.

Good, but no Vanderbilt gear there.
