Hours say open but once I arrived there was no one there. It wasn’t open. There isn’t a phone number to call ahead either.

Well I got there today October 2 at 11:30am and sat in my car waiting until 12:30 and the store was closed the whole time I didnt see anyone there

This is the coolest little shop with a really great collection of one of a kind items that are both new and. Lightly used . They are very pickey with inventory so you can find cool things there .

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed by a popping center display shelf - highlighting Valentines Day. Nothing cheezy about this display. I was secondly welcomed by Jordan, owner and curator of all things NEW2YOU. He gave me a quick and super informative overview of the store highlighting both classic, vintage and LUX items. Super impressed. I walked out an hour later with a Vintage 90s Champion Bomber Jacket( my 24 year old daughter will love) a Classic Black Wool British inspired sleeved Cape with tail and wings, and a retro short sleeve meadow fern green wool sweater. FIVE STARS FOR JORDAN AND HIS AMAZING TEAM AND COLLECtiON.

Got a personal grail pair of fresh prince Jorden 5’s at a crazy deal coulda almost doubled my money if I wasn’t gonna wear them regularly .... highly recommended checking these guys out

Love shopping here. From the employees to the organization and presentation of the store and cleanliness of it, you can tell they value high quality service. They make it adamant to serve the needs of the customer. I’ve been able to have my family come in and sell things and now they’re regular customers as well. I’m always able to find things that fit perfectly to my body frame and it’s much appreciated as a lot of other stores won’t have both the quality and quantity of great high quality items. I highly suggest for people to come in and really check out this place. You can sell, and or shop here. And find some great items for great prices that you might not find anywhere else! Right away, after going in, I was extremely pleased with the unique variety of items the store offered and how the store contained a variety of items from high-end brands to good deals. I automatically started pulling Items down to try on. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.The overall experience was both pleasant and efficient. I found what I was looking for in 20 minutes and wore it to a performance that night. Everybody complemented the outfit. I’m looking forward to returning as a customer again soon.

So happy I came into the new New2You this place is perfect. It’s clean and well organized especially for a consignment boutique. I guess they opened three months ago with new owners. This place is so unique they have new clothes and used clothing! I got a new shirt and some great used jeans for a very affordable price. I will be back all the time.

I found New2You via google. I was googling a pair of Jordan 1s I always wanted and found their website. I also looked them up on Instagram and proceeded to message them. They sent pictures of the sneakers and I purchased through their website, 100% legit. The ease of communication and speed of response was what impressed me and I also got my sneakers super quick as well. I def recommend!

Im from out of town and love Consignment stores so i googled myself to this store. It is so nice and easy to shop. The clothes are not overly stuffed on the racks so you can easily see each item. They had a fabulous buy 1 get another at 1/2 off sale which, of course, made me happy! And the brands are very good, also the sweet sales clerk said they only accept clean, good smelling clothes, which we all can appreciate . Thank you so much New2You.. I felt uncomfortable in the store I dont know why maybe it was me.I also felt like I was being watched the whole time I was walking through the store which made me uncomfortable and made me not want to shop.

I would have given this place 5 starts except the other day I went to the store with my two daughters who wanted to sell some brand new 200 dollar shoes to New 2 You to see what they would offer them for the shoes. They only offered them 80 dollars which my daughter said was a rip off. And I told my daughter she didnt have to except the offer if she she didnt like it, but that it was their right to offer whatever they wanted to offer. But next the woman employee decides to go to far saying well now I take my offer back I dont want to offer you anything as if she trying to incite anger and an argument with my child, which was not only rude but externally unprofessional. I guess she was basically trying to show her power and authority on what she could do or didnt have to do. But shes talking to kids, so its obvious to me that what she does not have is good customer service skills. So I had to in my on way tell the woman good bye and to drop it. And to show you how the universe works My daughter walked right outside the door and sold the shoes anyway and got what she wanted. But just so you know, this store most of the time will not offer you what is reasonable or what you might consider fair for your clothing, and in some cases they may not offer you anything at all, But its a profit thing I get it. But on the flip side my family loves shopping at this store and most of the employees are very nice and helpful. The clothing there is nice and in good condition. Another very nice thing is that they carry plus sizes too. YAY!!!

The clothes is great and trendy. I have two main issues with this store and I’ve heard others talk about it too. The price is crazy especially for a “thrift” and brand store. For 20 dollars you can get a shirt with flower printing. No offense but I can go to Ross and get a similar shirt for 7 dollars. Either you mark down the prices or you’ll start losing buyers really quick.Second is I get followed around??? Yeah I went with my friends and family here before in many different visits. We kept being followed around and asked if were ok constantly. It’s rude and degrading. I’m not gonna steal. I have my own hard working open and things like this are very very bothersome.

I love that they are picky!Its easy to find nice, lightly used, reasonable clothing. If you want high end dollars for your stuff, I suggest you sell it yourself. This is a good and very fair business.I definitely recommend it to all of my friends.

Cant say that this place is better now.... but not worse either... clothes are now new and very overpriced but they still have some good deals on used stuff just seems like the inventory is all over the place. Staff is wonderful and so sweet very attentive and wonderful at helping you pick something youll love. I just am not happier or madder about the place. Sadly seems like just a blah even though its nice inside... I was used to going there and finding something special that I didnt feel bad about spending money but now I feel like so many same pieces are there may as well hit a th max or target...

Today I came in to shop at the new New2You and this store is fresh, clean and well organized. They have new clothes and used stuff too. They put a purple heart sticker on the tag and call the used clothing ‘pre-loved’. I found a pair of Miss Me Jeans for less than 30$ !!! and a pair of pre-loved Jordan’s for 40$. I found out that they pay 25%-30% (which is a lot more than the last owners) so I am going to bring some of my name brand stuff to them soon. New 2 You is my fav now! Highly recommended!

This has been by far the worst online shopping experience that i have ever had i placed an order on a bracelet and received it after more than 2 months customer service stopped replying to my emails after the 1st month and by the time i received my bracelet it turned out to be the wrong size i placed an order on a size M and received a size L.

The customer service was horrible and bringing my merchandise there was definitely a waste of my time. What she accepted and wanted to offer me was a complete joke. If you have high end merchandise you are better off putting it on Let it go or Offer up. I will never walk back in that place again.. wow!!

I absolutely loved the old New To You label Exchange I absolutely hate the new one. Theres nothing in here thats like it used to be its all brand new clothing for the most part with outrageous prices. I am very disappointed as I drove all the way out here and excited because our store was back and Im just unhappy walked out of there with nothing and dont plan to come back! You might as well change your name cuz it no longer stands for what it used to!

I have been pleasantly surprised with the selection and prices here. Ive found great tops for work for under $8, and you can sign up to earn points. (Plus, I feel great about not contributing to the wastefulness of the clothing industry by not buying garbage clothes new from Walmart.) BUT, there is a but... The ONLY reason Im not giving this place a full 5-star review is because it STINKS of cigarettes covered up with perfume, like someone just came in from a smoke break. While the combination of cigarettes, perfume, and rifling through clothes that used to belong to someone else fondly brings me back to my days of stealing clothes from my older sisters closet, I literally had to leave before I was ready the other day because it was making me sick. I havent had any problem with the clothing smelling once I bring it home, and the staff is always very nice, but this is an atmosphere issue for me. Other than that, this will be my new go-to place for clothes.

Bought this CUTE blue (boxy) short sleeve top pre-loved, size medium today at New2You Label Xchange for ONLY $4.50 today!!! I LOVE it! What a steal! Pre-loved, by the way, means someone else pre-loved it, and it has a heart on the price tag! I also bought a comfy black tee for $6 and a cute red hi/low top (will be perfect for teaching wear!) for $9.99. LOVE this store! Loved the previous owners too! This clothing store has new AND pre-loved items, from shorts to dresses, men and women clothes and sizes up to 3X (at least thats what I saw)! Cute handbags and sexy heels too!

This place is awsome, and what males it awsome are the owners, a husband and wife duo who are really great people. Its always clean, prices are good, sales employees are all nice and not afraid to engage with customers which is awsome, i was HR, and supervisor to retail stores and 98% of employees are afraid to engage with customers and hide, or hide in their work to avoid, these girls are more friendly and helpful then a brand name retail store. Love going here to buy and consign.

Notice their clothing, jewelry, shoes & purses are not affordable no more! I see vanalizism has been hitting there quite a bit. To go sell items you have for them, well the majority they really dont give you the proper dollars that whatever youre selling that can be name brands what the store is looking for! A friend of mine had these name brand sneakers cost $150 a piece she had 6 prs & they wanted to give her $10 for 6 prs of $150 sneakers!!! Me? I had a Bob Mackie handbag that cost me $179 & still new in its plastic, I got $14 for that new purse & should at least gotten $50 for, which I know they sold it for $80!!!! I came there today with 3 brand new handbags, I hardly ever used, lovely stretch bracelets, earrings, & rings! I know I could of gotten $40-$45 for all I was to sell to them. The owners wife didnt even looked or take out what I had in the bag! When I got back from my hair dresser, the owners wife practically threw my tote bag with my stuff at me & rudely told me they werent interested on what I dropped off! So I went to the Brentwood St. Vincent Dr Pauls on Brentwood Blvd & my friend Linda works there & I donated my stuff to the store! The worker who took my time in the back told me in front of my friend Linda that my items I brought to them where new, lovely items & was surprised that New2You refused my stuff!!!

More stuff for ladies then for dudes, but what they do have is good clothes at reasonable prices.

Came in to sell twice, had long wait times just to reject my items. Waist of time. Both times people came in with items like hats in worse condition than mine and they were bought. Yet they rejected mine. I like the store... But it seems a bit too choosy when they have scarce selectionI would CHECK THE JORDANS BEFORE YOU BUYThere were some mock Jordans in the glassWouldnt mind going back and trying again however
