The showroom has a huge variety of different materials for viewing, whether you’re looking for granite, quartz, marble etc. We were assisted in our search by Crystal. Crystal was welcoming and did an excellent job explaining different materials and helped us to decide on the slabs that we liked best, as well as assist us with choosing tile and flooring. Beautiful showroom with the whole package for kitchen, bath, etc. renovations. We were looking for a particular quartz carried by MSI and they provided us with a good size sample to take home for free. They also have granite, flooring, backsplash materials and sinks on display. Weve been to other stone showrooms before and this was the best by far!

I recently visited the showroom to pick out my countertop; backsplash and had a wonderful experience. Crystal assisted me in finding what I was looking for. She was so knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction. She was patient; kind and we never felt rushed. Finally I narrowed it down and will be making my choice after I use the visualizing application. THANK YOU CRYSTAL!!!

From my initial phone call to my visit, the staff was thoroughly helpful! Showroom was large and easy to navigate and they allow you to take samples at no cost. Definitely recommend.

Quick pickup

Great experience when picking granite for our new kitchen counters. Devin and Warren went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. We visited the facility 3 times over several weeks while going through our search and they were patient and helpful. The showroom is great. It is large, and visitors get to see full slabs. Thanks to everyone at MSI. Highly recommended to all.

MSI was out counter top supplier from our fabricator. Installation was ok. Unfortunately when my wife picked out the slab she didnt see down low it was repaired by MSI. I tried to reach out to Mike from MSI through my fabricator with no luck. I guess they both are to busy and I have to live with it. Bad Customer service paid 4000 to have a repair counter top in my new kitchen. And they swear its a vain. Ive been in the constrution business for 15 years I know what a vain is. Buyer beware.

The staff (Sheree & Crystal) were beyond helpful & pleasant. Great selection as well. Highly recommend MSI.

Crystal was SUCH a pleasure to work with. She was professional from the time we entered the store until the time we left. She had a wide knowledge base on the products, and really went out of her way to show us around to look at product. Her recommendations were spot on, and we are so happy with the experience we got from her while shopping at MSI stone - thank you Crystal!

Nice variety of product/material and youll find whatever slab, kitchenware, or backsplash youre looking for. A month after my visit, I needed a specific backsplash that I had seen there and Nicelyne Cuello was very helpful in going out of her way to track it down through phonecall, pictures, and email. Now, my wifes vision of the kitchen will be complete. I appreciate your service, thank you very much.

Showroom is spectacular, so many options!!!!I would like to have prices listed, but other than that the place absolutely deserve 5 stars.

Recently visited the show room, it was very beautiful and has a great selection to choose from. Tuba was attentive, gave us suggestions, and showed us around. So many nice slabs, tiles and mosiacs

Beautiful showroom and very cool kids room to keep them occupied while walking the showroom. The kids room had cameras in it so you can watch them and be sure they are accounted for while you walk the aisles comfortably. Wasn’t happy that the prices were not listed so had to wait a day to hear back from the fabricators.

Went here after seeing the granite at Nash in Farmingdale. MSI has a nice selection but the help there was rude throughout our visit. These were upper teen/early twenties folks who appeared annoyed by questions or even our presence in the place. It was a really odd experience especially in light of the other reviews on Google. Maybe Mom and Dad took the day off and left the kids in charge for the day? Either way, I found a slab I really liked but likely won’t go back.

Recently visited the show room and this lovely young lady Tuba was very informative... she helped us pick out exactly what we need to renovate our showroom... we wouldDefiantly come back..

Worst place to deal with in quality stones never answer the phones and no show up delivery Broken Slabs and more save your self from trouble ...! Worst customer service don’t belive the reviews from the site yet full them buy them self a lot of fabricators don’t like their customer service

My mother came to view granite for her countertops and she couldnt be happier! The ladies were very attentive and helpful! They had great suggestions for what went best for the kitchen and even helped us pick a beautiful backsplash.

The showroom is huge and have a big selection of tile, mosaics and stone. This is great place to check granite, quartz and marble slabs.

All I can say about this place is W.O.W. The showroom alone is INCREDIBLE! It’s clean, organized, INDOORS, everything is labeled and so easy to view. The service I got was like no other, I was helped by Nicelyne and let me tell you she was GREAT! I was so overwhelmed since I couldn’t find anything I loved and she took the time to walk me through all my options (no other place did this) she was so helpful I even ended up picking out my floor tiles! Now that everything is installed I’m THRILLED! MSI was definitely my favorite stop throughout this journey! If your working on your house MSI is DEFINITELY the place to go.

I cannot say enought good things about MSI. We were on the hunt for a discontinued tile - if I didnt find it, I was going to have to replace my entire kitchen floor, which would have meant ripping out cabinets, countertops, everything. Emely and the entire staff at MSI went on the hunt, and found us the discontinued tile. THANK YOU MSI!! The showroom is absolutely beaituful and inspiring. Next time I have a tile project, Ill be going to MIS for inspiration.
