My experience buying a timepiece with European Jewellers was fantastic. As someone who has purchased a lot of watches from many different dealers I can say, without hesitation, that their customer service is incredible. I purchased Speedmaster “Dark Side of the Moon Apollo 8” Aug 2020, Speedmaster Moonphase in December 2020 and Glashutte Original “PanoMaticLunar” July 2021 from Joanne. As someone who used to work at the same location years ago, I knew to prioritize my clients and make sure they leave happy and with purchase.However the service I received was disappointing, I got a feeling that I am wasting their time and should leave without agitating the sales professional any longer.So I ended up traveling to Moments at Vaughan Mills and purchasing the same watch as I saw at European. Only 250$ less.

I purchased a $300 Omega watch strap for my husband for our wedding anniversary. When I came to pick it up the staff member didnt even bother to put my purchase into a store bag or box it nicely. He just gave me the strap and receipt in hand. When I asked for a bag he said they only have large bags, however they sell small pieces of jewelry. He spoke to me as if my purchase wasnt big enough to be a properly treated customer.When I am making a larger purchase I definitely wont bring my business here. No matter how small a purchase is, every customer should be treated the same. Very disappointed.

Visited the European Boutique’s Yorkdale location to look at a few Omega timepieces (e.g., Speedmaster, Seamaster) but was quickly met with a sales associate who had little to no interest in assisting. Throughout my entire conversation with her it felt as if everything I said was an inconvenience and was quickly met with an abrupt conclusion.Although this initial experience was disappointing, I’m grateful to the staff at Raffi Jewellers’ Tudor Boutique. The sales associates were not only helpful but had shown a genuine interest in giving me their time of day and advice. In the end, I was more than happy to purchase a Tudor Black Bay 58.

Excellent service! Just over a month ago I called European Boutique and spoke to Joanne regarding having the band of a Movado watch repaired. Due to the lockdown, Yorkdale was not allowing for in-person shopping. Joanne made the entire process seamless! She gathered all of the information she needed in one call, set up a time for curbside pick up, did a consultation - while standing outside in the cold - and advised on the best way (i.e. most logical and economical) to approach the repair (the hands on the watch also werent functioning). She kept me updated on the progress of shipping in the replacement items and completed the repair in a speedy manner once everything was received. The watch looked brand new when I picked it up! I truly appreciate Joannes enthusiasm, humor, organization, honesty and flawless execution. Definitely see Joanne when you need any assistance at Yorkdales European Boutique!!

They are liars. They will let you know that item delivered but infact, they dont. They will not provide you any proof of delivery except excuses. We ordered a watch. They told me that its delivered. When I asked for proof of delivery, they send us our front door picture and said this picture shows that someone came to our door and Hence, their job done.Plz dont waste money by ordering from these ppl. They are scam.

I ordered a Longines watch as a surprise for my wifes special birthday in January and after a few days, she decided that she wanted a different style. Upon contacting Joanne at the Yorkdale store, she was exceptional to deal with. She ordered a new Longines watch which had to come from Switzerland. As per our conversation, she said it would take 3 to 4 weeks. Exchanged the watch at Yorkdale curbside yesterday. Everything was perfect and my wife loves her watch!

Great experience with Ryan, who took the time to help find the perfect watch. Ryan went out of his way to research several yet to be released models, and brought them into the store for viewing to make sure I was happy with no questions asked. I went to Yorkdale to purchase a tissot watch ! I came across this store while I was heading to a store that has it. The guy was sitting in store and I had to knock on the door for him to come and open the door( store was empty). He stood behind the door and I had to explain for him that I want to buy a watch he lets me in and he says are you here to see or buy in a cold way ! When he said that I just left the store and headed to Nordstrom and got a way better treatment and the watch. That definitely ruined my day and mood.

Had an amazing experience with Norman at the Yorkdale location. Id been seeking out a specific watch, and was dead set on picking it up, but he took the time and advised me to try on other similar models. Mostly less expensive than the model I was after. Definitely not a pushy sales environment. Norman took his time with me, explained the history of the brand I was interested in, and took care when helping me make my final decision. My wife and I stopped in to European Jewellers at the Yorkdale Shopping Center. Our interest was in a fine ladys watch for my wife. We were served by Norman who patiently and very professionally showed us a variety of quality, Swiss-made watches. Our selection was an Omega 27mm in gold and diamonds. We are extremely satisfied with European Jewellers products and service. Norman, Ryan and Marisa exemplified excellence for their product knowledge, positive attitudes, communications skills and no-pressure sales approach. We are now having my wifes wedding ring serviced there and expect future visits and purchases.

I bought a pair of nice 18K earrings at European Jewellery Store 2 days ago. Usually, serving customers for trying jewelery would be managed by sales person but I got exception that day as the saleslady that I know was off.Ryan, the Store Manager, was the one helping me, making me so pleased that I would definitely get back to him next time when I need to look for some good stuffs! Hes not only smart but sweet, attentive and efficient. Hes younger than what Ive expected but so keen to understand immediately what I wanted - Im a choosy guy! My fiancee and I were ring-shopping in the mall, and one of the stores we stopped by was European Jewellery. Christa, the store manager, greeted us and helped us pick out some rings that we liked. And when I say helped us, I mean she was very patient, informative and pleasant to speak to. One would think that this is to be expected from any store, but that was not the case with some of the other stores we went into. One of the reasons we ended up buying from European Jewellery was because of the exceptional customer service provided by Christa from start to finish. When I entered the store Mark was leaving as he was finished working for the day. He willingly agreed to stay to change my battery. I received absolutely phenomenal service from both Marisa and Norman. No pressure, extremely friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Also, Mark the technician was fantastic. He sized the bracelet for me and showed me just how easy the watch is to set and use. I highly recommend this wonderful store.UPDATE:After two days (February 26, 2017), I decided that I wanted to upgrade my watch. I contacted Marisa at the store and explained what I wanted to do. She was AMAZING! - she was incredibly accommodating and, again, did not put any pressure on me. I hadnt worn the watch yet, so she told me there would be no problem upgrading it (I expected pending an inspection by the technician of course, which was pleasantly carried out by Mark). She wanted to ensure that I was making the right decision, and told me that the bottom line is to make certain that I am happy with my purchase. So I ordered the new watch today, and can hardly wait for it to arrive at the store for me to pick up. Marisa genuinely cares about her customers and the purchases they make - an uncommon trait these days. When Im in the market for more jewellery, Marisa and European Jewellery will be tops on my list!

I wanted to provide a quick description about my experience at European Jewellery (Yorkdale location) in March 2017. At that time I had the pleasure of enjoying a long conversation with Norman (who I knew from previous visits to the store) and I cannot say enough good things about him and European Jewellery.Norman spent a long time with my friend and me talking about the store’s wide range of Omega watches. He let us try on several different timepieces even though there was no expectation of a sale that day. He took the time to ask us what pieces caught our eye and we had an enjoyable discussion about several different watches. When the information was requested, Norman went through the various payment and financing options which was useful.I have lived in Toronto for several years now and cannot remember the last time I had such high quality customer service. Although I did not leave with a new watch that day, I plan to get one in the near future. My boyfriend and I visited European Jewelry yesterday to see some Veragio rings. Amanda was very helpful and gave us honest opinion on the rings. She was very patient and made us feel comfortable. It was our first time looking for rings and so had no prior knowledge on the matter. She spent an hour with us patiently looking at rings, explaining the diamond grading chart and what we should look for to be within our budget and yet get the best ring we can afford.

Was planning on purchasing a watch of significant value from European Jewellery and asked the store rep how much discount could be offered in order to make a decision (which is absolutely normal/reasonable when purchasing a luxury timepiece). Was informed she couldnt tell me this as a call would have to be made to the supplier and this wouldnt be done unless I made a commitment to purchase. Why would a client commit to purchasing prior to knowing the final price? All of the other ADs Ive visited thus far have been more than willing to inform me of the discount theyre willing to offer. Rather than simply informing me of this and securing a potential sale and loyal client, seems European Jewellery rather turn away business, illogically. Poor business practice.

I want to give a big thanks to Norman for helping me select my Hamilton watch.Norman took the time to educate me on the watch and Its history. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mrs. Nanette when purchasing an Omega watch last October.Needless to say, European Jewellery service exceeds my expectation. Mrs. Nanette is very knowledgeable with a great emphasis in hospitality, and not to push for hard sale (which is extremely important to me). Mrs. Marisa was very caring for the client as well. Overall it feels like European Jewellery actually cares for their clients, whether the client buys or just browsing for watches. Based on my experience, plz avoid this store. They will change their attitudes after you pay.I bought a watch 1.5 year ago and gave that to my Mom as gift. The next day, my mother went back to China and just came to Canada recently. Since she started to use the watch, she told me it was never, never, never on time, even the first week. But she is in China and we can not exchange it. We have the warranty, but I prefer to go to the original purchase store to look for help. Then I drove 5 hours from Ottawa to Toronto, but the manager gave me a terrible service.At beginning, she said she would charge $40 service fee to send the watch for repair and $30 for delivery fee to Ottawa. Actually, it is unacceptable to me. Why I should pay for an original broken watch!!! She kept saying that was nothing related to her and I need to complaint to the watch company. Are you kidding? Could a supermarket sale food after expiration and refuse to take any responsibility??? Then she said “ i could waiver the $40 to make you happy”. It has nothing with my happy, it is your responsibility!!! At least, you need to make sure everything you sold is in good condition. When I decided to accept $30 delivery fee, she said $40 is just a slip of tongue!!!! Lie??? Joke??? Funny to play with the customers???? Moreover, during the talk, she kept persuading me to find a store in Ottawa to solve the problem. It seems she just cares about the sale part and forgets warranty part!

My highest of compliments to our sales professional, Marsha, for assisting us with selecting my wife’s wedding anniversary gift. We were having a ton of difficulties choosing a watch, but we managed to narrow it down to two choices. We asked Marsha for help and she informed us of the ins and outs of each watch and took the time to model both of them for us. I bought my Hamilton Jazz Master Maestro from European Jewellery in 2007. I absolutely love the watch and frequently get compliments on this timepiece. The only negative thing I have to say about the watch is that the strap which consists of a butterfly clasp has broken a total of 3 times. Although the strap looks great it is costly to replace on a consistent basis. It just recently broke once again and I was contemplating if I should replace the official strap or look at alternate options. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Mark at the European Jewellery at Yorkdale Mall. As luck would have it Mark had the same watch and not only was he super knowledgeable he was tremendously helpful. Mark provided a range of options for me and ultimately was able to satisfy my needs by finding an identical strap for a fraction of the cost, while simultaneously keeping the original butterfly clasp. I now have my Jazz Master back and it looks identical to the original thanks to Mark. Mark exceeded my expectations as a Customer and because of his efforts I will remain a loyal customer to European Jewelry for any future watch needs. Thanks again Mark!

Marsha from European Jewellery- Yorkdale Mall, helped me and my fiancé find the excellent engagement ring. She was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable about diamond rings and very approachable. This being our first experience purchasing diamond rings, Marsha was very patient with us and took the time to explain to us all aspects of a diamond, which made it so much easier for us to make a purchase decision. I bought a Hamilton watch from Norman. He is knowledgeable on all the watch makes in the store as well as knowledge of the manufacturers. He is friendly and professional. Even though I went into the store to see specific watches, once Norman knew the type of watch that I was looking for, he made other suggestions that I hadnt considered. Mark at European Jewellery is THE MAN. We went in one week before our wedding to have some antique family heirloom rings resized for the big day. Mark took fantastic care of us and made sure that we had the rings back in our hands with time to spare. Also, every time I loose a pin from the band of my watch or any watch service really, hes my go to guy. Not sure if the store itself is 5 star, but Marks service certainly is.

I visited European Jewellery Yorkdale for a watch adjustment yesterday. Ryan and Anna were very welcoming and attentive although it was clear I was just there for the repair. Ryan handled the repair and took the time to explain the steps involved. I will definitely shop there in the future.

I was at the Yorkdale location of European Jewellery on the weekend and was so impressed by the service I received that I had to write a review.I asked a lot of questions and I probably wasted a lot of time before making a decision, but one of the salespeople there took the time to help me through the process. I dont buy expensive things that often, and for a big purchase it is nice to know that I dont have to be pressured. Nanette was so helpful, I know Ill be making my future jewellery purchases from her.

Went in to get the battery replaced in my watch. Was expecting it to be sent off given the brand, but Mark was able to do it in-house and in less than 30 minutes. Was a nice relief to not have to make 2 trips. Super accommodating and extremely helpful.
