You couldnt find a better guy than Noel to help you get into scuba diving. Its as simple as that.

A1 facility at Orbit Marine, always helpful, and knowledgeable of the latest scuba gear. Noel has valuable experience in most of the scuba gear he sells, and services.Another added bonus are the World class liviboard scuba diving that Noel provides for your convenience, and scuba level.

The go to place for anything scuba related in Fairfield county. From tank fills to gear to helpful advise, they do it all. Case in point, last year I brought my regulator to be serviced as it has been over two years since last service. Noel, the owner, cited the new recommendations on regulator servicing and advised me that I do not need to service mine just yet, given the sadly low number of dives it had since the last service. If you are looking for diving products and advice, this is probably a good place, but calling it a bait and tackle shop is pretty misleading. Poor selection of gear and bait and they certainly aren’t going to give you advice on how to get on some fish.

Worst place in the state! Better treatment and bait across the street at black rock bait and tackle!

Noel is very knowledgeable with diving, and has years of extensive dive experience. Orbit Marine has very good pricing in dive equipment.

Where do I start walked into orbit Staff is very rude their selection only includes a limited amount of fishing gear their bait is poorly select it very very rude stuff very overpriced

I wanted to tell you that Noel and his team are awesome. What a great time I had during the training. I just completed my open water dives and now certified. :) These guys explain everything in detail and show you over and over the ins and out of diving. What impressed me, is the knowledge these guys have. During my open water certification I had the opportunity to be with advance drivers. Noel reviews all the training on the boat before you go in the water so I was able to listen in and see what they were doing. I think this was great. A newbie learning even more. Based on what I seen I be doing advance training with Orbit also. So if you want to learn how to dive this is the place to go. Noels all about safety and the people. Bill

This dive shop helped me achieve a life long dream of becoming a scuba diver! There isnt enough room here to explain how much I love this place. Captain Noel and his instructors are excellent!! Their knowledge, experience, and patience is second to none. Their shop has everything a diver could ask for and at great prices! I have MS and wont let that stop me from living and enjoying what time I have left on Earth. My doctors encouraged me to follow my dreams of being a diverand now that I have my open water certification, I feel a whole new world is waiting out there for me!! You will receive excellent service from welcoming and encouraging staff. Owner is enthusiastic about fishing and diving, and produces a friends and family type atmosphere around the shop. He will get you the fairest prices around and help out if anything goes wrong with your set up. They stock every product you could want for a variety of marine sports and recreational activities. If you’re a beginner or an old pro they have the equipment and advice you need. Their diving classes are informative and enjoyable. Learning how to dive with Orbit Marine Sports was a wonderful experience for me.

Noel has been teaching scuba diving for over 40 years! He is very friendly and runs a great learn to dive operation. Your best learn to scuba dive option in Fairfield county.

We went to Orbit for the scuba classes for our 10 yr. old son. Everyone was very helpful and took care with him so that he was very comfortable in the class despite being the youngest one there. He passed all the training and he even retained it and we feel that he has a good foundation and will continue to dive his whole life. They even offered us advice and repair of old equipment that we had on hand. We will definitely go back.

Happiest moments of my life have been diving down in the Long Island Sound with Orbit Marines. The instructors are very nice and will teach you everything you want and need to know about scuba diving. For the whole summer I have been diving there and I am already about to get my advanced certification. Orbit Marines has turned scuba diving into a huge new passion for me. I cant tell you how much I love it.

I went to get fishing gear. Noel was very helpful and gave me a few instructions on casting. Even though I was a complete novice and didnt know how much gear I needed, Noel didnt try to oversell me on anything. He set me up with the basics to get me started in fishing. His associate was very helpful and told me about several fishing spots in the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs diving and fishing gear, and bait and tackle.

Bait was old and overpriced

Recently bought new dive computer which had problems after 50 dives. Noel was fantastic at getting the company to replace no questions asked.I have used Noel for years and I alway buy from him. He will match internet prices, he helps with setups such as dive computers, and if there is a problem, he goes to bat for you.

I have had the pleasure of traveling with Orbit Marine Sports on 3 great dive trips to Palau, Bonaire and Fiji. The owner Noel Voroba organizes top notch travel experiences to some of the worlds best dive locations. Ive also purchased dive gear from Orbit and their knowledge and many years of experience is unmatched . Highly recommend this business !

Great place knowledgeable friendly

Went here in preperation for a trip. Bought two kids masks, they werent cheap but they threw in a 10 percent discount and all tolled it wasnt too bad.The guy working was the son of the owner and was very helpful and dealt with everyone in the shop in a very efficient and helpful manner. Overall definately will return and would recomend it to others.
