There are probably 5 girls that work there including the manager. All of the girls that work there are very kind and always help me find exactly what I need. Great customer service and cleanliness at this store!

The best professional beauty supplier in the whole area and state!!!!They have all the products you might need to supply your business or personal needs but you must have a state Cosmetology license to purchase. The public is not allowed in to purchase which protects us licensed professionals. Their products are for the trade only and its posted. They feature many items that are good sellers, and all high grade quality because its for the professional Cosmetology trade. Makeup, nailpolish, skincare, waxing, tools, supplies, haircolor, equipment just to name some. Show your license, sign up and get the Cosmo membership card so you can purchase everytime. Love this place!!!!!

Have to get products from back ...almost all the time.....prices have gone up big time!!! Elimating products that r good!..and salon brands!....i will still go ...cause we need stuff all the time (and they know it too!!!)....(.just keep shelves stocked!!!)....still cant lower those prices?.....just keep Jackin it up!!!....pretty soon it wont benefit hairdressers!!!..,economy is hard !!....(.work with us!)...& have yet to get a flyer!!!. .....or mailing...with a % off!!...I am a very agreeable person...but when i see RIP OFF......I SPEAK OUT!!!

I like that the store is located in my hometown but i think that this place is a little slow at certain things. Ive been trying to sign up for a card for the longest and they keep telling me that they have to wait for the stock to come in for me to do so. So I called today and they got a new shipment but told me that I have to call back later! I dont have time to sit around & wait for them so I will gladly go to another store now

The cosmo prof in Bridgeport has a horrible manager,she can never answer any questions. Never knows if she has what you are looking for in stock. She knows nothing about the industry and her answer to any question is...oh I dont know. She is also prejudice.
