Please DO NOT go to this place.They scammed me on a battery, Im a single mother who doesnt know NOTHING in car. So I trusted them to help me.I ended up paying over $2000, for a battery that had last 3days driving on less than 15minutes commute.Ps: when I contacted the guy to give me receipt from where he bought the battery and the old one, he claimed that he didnt keep them.Because he thought I wouldnt need them.It happened couple days before Christmas,I had to pay rent, go to work ECT....He literally charged me for details,spray,wipes ECT...It was just very unfair and unhonnest from them!I dont not wish them well at all!Do NOT go!!!

My daughter and I were travelling to Mass from VA. Our 2014 CRV was making strange noises. We stopped at a national brand auto shop (not Briarwood) and had the mechanic drive our SUV. HE felt vibration in the steering wheel and said either the bearing or the axle was going. He said we might make it back to Mass. We traveled another 1/2 hour and the noise and vibration were so bad we did not know if we could even make it to the nearest AAA recommended station. BRIARWOOD was near but closing in 5 minutes. We limped in right at 6pm and asked a mechanic under a lift for help. He called to his partner to come out and look at our CRV. Even though they were at closing he looked at it and BRILLIANTLY knew what was wrong. He jacked up the car and tightened the front wheel which was about to fall off and in 5 minutes had sent us on our way home, blessedly relieved. Im not sure if this was a human mechanic or an Angel in disguise. I wish there were more than 5 stars I could give to BRIARWOOD!

This is the first garage that I actually trust. They were always, quick, efficient, affordable and accommodating. My work van was towed there on Thursday and I havent been since they changed hands. Im sure its still the same great crew.

These guys saved my vacation! I limped in off CT-15 with a nasty noise in my Pilots rear end, 250 miles from home. They were very busy, but still had time to put my car on the lift, find the damaged brake disc guard rubbing the wheel, remove it, and get me on my way home in less than an hour. Briarwood did 110% right by me.

They fixed my alternator for me in 3-4 days. And car had been good since.

Nice customer service.Call backs on the update on your vehicle could definitely use some work though.

They didnt check anything. My engine light was on but the car kept draining the battery they said it was a faulty fuel pump when we just put a new one in. Ended up being the electrical throttle. They never checked it cause my battery was still dead when I got it back and they had it for a week on a half. I had to pay $125 for them doing nothing. Im pist

The staff seemed to enjoy talking down to their customers at least to me they did. Theyre supposed to be brake professionals yet I brought my car to them 4 times only to end up doing it myself cuz I spent an arm and a leg to be back at square one. Ill never spend a dime of my money with these people ever again

Very professional & sufficient staff. My car was dropped off in the morning and was ready for me when I got off work. They were also very considerate, my repair was minor so they waived the fee and didnt have to, I was shocked! Of course I tipped the very kind gentlemen. I will be using this shop from now on!

I have done business with Briarwood in the past and was extremely satisfied with the auto repairs that were done. This time I cannot say the same. I have never dealt with such lazy and unprofessional customer service reps ever until my second time coming back to this place. If it werent for my follow up calls to know the status of something I would never have gotten notified.This business should not make promises that they cannot keep. I have been told several times, We will call you back in 30 minutes. but never receive any calls, even after 2 business days after.I recommend speaking to the mechanic directly if possible. The customer service reps seem to forget about your business.

We have taken our SUV to Briarwood twice and both times have been impressed by the people and the work here. They all seem to be very honest here. We will continue to use them for any future repairs on our vehicle. The prices are fair, work is outstanding and customer service is great!

My mother and I were referred by a friend and have had nothing but the best of service. I am an ex-mechanic and can tell you that they are of the few shops around that actually know what theyre talking about, doing, and NEVER try to rip you off. I always leave with a smile.
