They do all my cars. Been going to them since day 1. No issues and if I have one they will work with me to fix it. The whole family is cool. I see a lot of people complaining on these reviews about the price well if you cant afford quality work then go somewhere else and thats facts. All my music systems and car alarms are A+ in my cars. Ive spent thousands of dollars there and all well worth it. From my Del Sol to my Suburban all A+. A lot of people want stuff for free now a days. Yesterdays price isnt todays price people. Quality over everything. 👌

Drpped off my car at 10:30am and picked it up at 11pm to do a full system The worst place you can go to for customer service! The lady infront knowns nothing so expect too wait a sec!Incomplete work at its best. My wire they hooked up in opposite speakers left is right right is left!!!! Back seat not completely together nor is my center console, and wire not wrapped and was it offered.... This place is not professional. Well, I give this place a zero on customer service. Went to ask a basic question and estimate and the two workers, the owner’s son and another man who may be the owner responded in a rude way. I ended up winning because I did not spend a cent there. Sorry for the people who spent money at that business.

If you value your money dont go there, everything is overpriced, staff is very rude and unprofessional worst customer service there is .

I would not purchase audio equipment and have it installed by this company at 40 North Avenue because I did and it was not installed properly, the service was extremely poor, and when I returned to the location to have my amplifier exchanged or refunded the company sales persons evaded me and lied to me about getting my amplifier serviced immediately. Now they are unwilling to provide detail information about their store management or company leadership. Do not deal with the store because if you do not receive standard customer service or quality product, you will not be able to contact anyone to resolve it other than rude sales staff and installation personnel.

Nice people very upfront. Came in got subwoofer and amps done on a very short time frame..will be returning for the next car.

Nice people, but I paid 4500 for good audio sistem, and I lost my money bc the sound is so bad and Im so tired to drive back everyday for the guarantee.No recomend this place, dont go there take this advice.

Everything is good until things go wrong. Spent over $1600 on a basic system and they promise you that if anything goes wrong with the equipment, they will rectify the problem. In reality they will deny any wrong doing and and look for more ways to get money out of you. Very unprofessional and I would definitely NOT recommend that you spend your money with CT Audio LLC. Already looking into obtaining legal counsel to at least get the money back for the one amplifier that failed and needed to be replaced.

I was told by other audio stores that my interior speakers couldnt be upgraded with high powered speakers because it was a old car with no room to work with unless I cut the interior up. Ct audio upgraded the interior speakers with high powered speakers and didnt touch my interior. My car sounds amazing and the work they do is amazing. The guys and the ladies at CT AUDIO are great and my business will be there as long as they are!! Best prices around for top shelf craftsmanship!!!

A very small space with a very large selection serious it feels like a mom-and-pop type establishment. Everybody in the place knows all about about your stereo system or whatever you need to be done Psalms it does not matter they know it all. I tried my lights at Justice and put in their LEDs and a few other things. I just bought a stereo there and it will be installed soon which is quite spectacular pricing and they do wonderful work clean and honest

They were very nice they introduced themselves Nate and Junior both work there they showed me alot of things we talked about projects being done I will definitely be returning there to get some work done cant wait to see the outcome

Dont ever come to this place, I Had a trunk latch issue, they checked it and told me i need new one they charged me $45, so when i came back with new one on saturday they said they dont have time so come back on monday, when went back on monday they made me wait for an hour and half and they were rude as hell.
