Amazing Staff! Honestly one of the most comforting stores Ive encountered. Every employee is well trained and are very knowledgeable. Theyve given me a few free goodies, and Ive only been a frequent buyer for about 2 months. Theyre very welcoming and they have a wide selection of products! I absolutely love this shop.

The guys that run this place are the nicest in the industry. Great products & never out of stock. Have other shops closer to me but I go to them just based off how friendly they are & the selection. Definitely recommend.

This store is one of the best stores in the area. A & Z are the greatest & the most nicest in the industry. They calmly explain everything & guide you in the direction of what is the best product for your interest not what will make them the most money. PuffCity in Bridgeport was pretty easy to find. Foot traffic wasnt too high and the place very clean.The gentleman behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the products they sell and very patient. The prices arent to high and have a wide range of items to your fancy.I like this spot and when Im in the area and need anything I truly recommend.

The only things that need improvement is a system that works to call and check if an item you need is in stock with a timely manner. 9/10 times they give you what you want and have an incredible selection, but once in a while there is a mistake.

This is a great smoke shop with really friendly service. They have a nice selection of vape gear, glass, and juices. The store is very clean and the staff is professional. It has become my go-to for my vape needs.

I needed a new vape and found this place close by on Google. Popped in today, a Sunday, and was helped by William. He was so polite and knowledgeable and set me up with a beautiful new Smok vape to my liking and helped me navigate finding juices at the levels I needed. Would highly recommend.

Let me just say, I love the staff. Mr. A, Will and Angel are freaking awesome. Very knowledgeable. There is always something to see with all of the displays. As a novice, in hookah, they have taught me so much about other options. It’s always fun. I have tried every single flavor when they come with Wills hell. He is always a gentleman. Mr. A, is always a cheerful and talkative person whom if If there is no candies for the hookah is nice enough to restock and let us know. Angel is knowledgeable as well and gives me other options about different types of hookah utensils like the mangeras, he explains throughly how they work and it has saved me a pretty penny. My younger sister goes with me and it’s always fun how they interact as well. This is the the only place I go to and will continue to go.
