The freeze machine doesnt work, bin out for about 2 month, the first time that I ask about it the lady if I can call her lady came with attitude, I just asked what was going on with the machine? Look the respect you earn it, you dont request it, to get respect you have to show some respect, the service for the customer are not to great

IM 62 ON SEPTEMBER 12TH AND IVE LOVED CUMBERLAND FARMS ALL MY LIFE. THEY TAKE FOOD STAMPS ON COLD ITEMS. TRY THEIR BRANDS YOUD BE AMAZED AT HOW AWESOME THEY ARE.

This is the best Cumberland Farms Ive been TOO!! It is always clean & stocked with all the goodies! The staff & management are always sooo friendly & accommodating. Anything they can do to make you happy they do!! Ive been to many Cumberland Farms & this is by far the BEST!! I been to many that the staff are lazy & will say anything to get out of making food. Not THIS ONE anytime I ask they make it with a smile!! A special thanks to Kentece & Hector (manager) for being on top of everything & making my experience great!!

Today 6:50 a.m. Sunday morning, I just want to get my gas without attitude in the morning, some people are just bad morning people Sunday May 9th 6:50 a.m.

How dont you have change for a $100 i was buying $ 40 worth of gas now I have to drive somewhere else because they dont have $60 to give change back like a company that size dont have change glad to see they dont need money

It’s a really good place, and the food is good

Terrible customer service. It comes from the on site managers too. Associates were also making rude comments underneath their breath when I was buying something and made rude comments out loud when I was leaving the store.

Best place to pop by at 3am; Coffee is always fresh, its a chill vibe, and the employees are always hard at work. Other stores should learn from them, Keep up the great work.

Nice employees and wide verity of different products

Just left this place. I understand it’s night shift, but that’s no reason for the two employees to not acknowledge customers when they enter the store. Also no reason for Ashley to be on her phone having personal conversations while ringing customers up. Never again.

The staff are so great at this location, always friendly and always genuinely nice.

When not being able to make food from school I can easily buy food at Cumberland for a nice price. I especially go there for Nachos ( which are good), burritos, slushees during the summer and snacks for field trips.

I couldn’t believe the customer service. I stood in line and waited for my turn after two people who were ahead of me. When I asked Jeannette how to reload a netspend card, she was very impatient and she told me to go to the rack to get a card first and then she would scan it and add the money for me. I explained to her that I had never done that before that is why I need her to tell me how it’s done. I went to the rack and got a reloadable card. When I went back to the register, she said that was the wrong card. I told her I don’t know which card to get. She said that I needed to get at the back of the line which by that time had about six or seven people. I told that I was already in line and I don’t have time to waist. I was so angry by then. I called her a B—CH and left the store.

Its a good place, in my opinion.

Difficult to find off the highway. Made several wrong turns but prices are good and they sell edibles.

They don’t clean the restroom and the restroom smells really bad but good service, respectful workers, good price also the worker offered us to make the food that we want.

First off the employees are ghetto, loud and rude, rushing the costumers out the bathroom so they can clean it which this happened on Friday,March 22,2019, I suggest you do something about this immediately.
