I was in store for maybe 2 hours to make an even exchange.!!! The clerk had me waiting forever while he supposedly got the cabinet key. Went to see what was taking so long and he is ringing customers. Then starts helping others while I m standing there. I could go on for maybe 10 more unacceptable actions. The WORST.!!!
The pharmacy Manager Michael needs to be acknowledged with the highest regards. I am so impressed with the service he was providing to so many customers, all while understaffed on a Friday night. Absolutely amazing to see someone care about peoples well being so much. Please get him a raise, a promotion, more staff so he doesn’t have to literally be running around. Please send this to corporate or whoever it may concern.
When I first moved to Connecticut, I got all of my prescriptions on the same day and the lines was not that long. This year, it’s a different story because I’m not getting all of my prescriptions on the same day and the lines are a long wait. I was supposed to get five things but I received three and 2 of them are still missing to this day. I will be changing my pharmacy after I received two of my medications. This is not how u run a pharmacy and it’s is unacceptable. I will never return. Worst CVS out there!!!
Double and triple count your cash and change. Theyll steal from you and deny it. And act like they checked the camera and counted the drawer. This place is a joke 🤡I got my money back after basically being called a liar. Based off the cameras the manager was able to tell exactly how much money I handed his thief, I mean cashier. They must have super 4k cameras 😂. This place is a joke.
I am only giving an additional statement because of the latter team members help. I came to pick up a prescription that was placed more than 24 hrs in advance. The young boy told me it was a 30min wait. I asked why and his response was thats what it is right now. Then I told him this was placed well in advance. Without any acknowledgement of my plight (apology), he said we are backed up so thats the wait. I understand service industries are in a bind, but this isnt the first unpleasant experience. A lot of customer facing retraining needs to happen.
I came to take the covid vaccine which states on the website 24hrs. A lady working in the pharmacy said it was OK for me to come in at 10pm. The NIGHT SHIFT pharmacist refused to give any explanation and refused to give the vaccine. Making people waste their time driving at night.
Cant get a hold of anyone at the store... ever. Im currently writing this as I have been on hold for an hour and a half and still going. I understand things may get busy and holds happen, but I am unsure how I can be on hold for an hour and half (and climbing) without one person answering the phone. Like this is unprofessional, doesnt met any standards of any CVS Ive ever been to. I NEVER leave reviews, but I am so annoyed at the lack of any form of service that hear I am, and fun fact Im still waiting.... at this point Im doing an experiment to see how long, or if ever anyone answers my phone call.

Bad bad bad costumer service, they just don’t pick up the phones . Shouldn’t be on hold for over 45 minutes and still, nobody picks up the phone . Refill was sent to their location in error. They didn’t cancel my script as requested . Can’t refill my meds at another pharmacy until they do so . Nobody picks up the phone. It can be dangerous to play with people’s health like that .

The worst cvs i have ever been too. Anytime I go in to pick up prescriptions there is a line wrapped around the store (great social distancing ). I waited in line for 20 minutes to buy one thing because the customer in front of me had a million coupons! Why cant they leave the self check out open ? Then i went down to the pharmacy to purchase my single item, i go up to the register and the pharmacist just walks away to help someone else out. Lack of professionalism, safety, and overall good customer service. Everything is absolutely backwards here. Stop being cheap cvs & hire more people so your customers dont have to wait forever.
I was on the line waiting on the phone during the day for about an hour before I finally gave up and hung up. I think they just keep the phone off the hook all day or something. Also, when youre finally in the store waiting in line at the pharmacy, it also takes forever, it doesnt make any sense. Im not sure whats so hard about grabbing the someones medication, handing it to them, and ringing them out. Brutal.

As it’s open 24hours it’s an easy go for anyone but this CVS compared to others in Bridgeport is very compressed and small the layout of the store is weird and has less space. Customer service is the worst they really don’t care to make the customers wait and chit chat with colleagues in the background they are not attentive. They try make a huge scene if we order online and use coupons. They need a lot of changes to be made else the reviews are gonna be even worst.
I just called the CVS pharmacy axing about an item if they have it in stock I wanted to know if they could go check to see if they have it. They didn’t answer me and hung up the phone
The customer service at 3710 Main Street is beyond unprofessional. Most of the staff working there are not courteous, polite, respectful, or helpful. Today, a woman who was in line stepped out of line. She left her carriage in the line. When the cashier (a guy with black hair and glasses with a name tag that said operations manager) called next (several times), I waited approximately 2 minutes before stepping up to the register in case she came back. When I approached the register I began speaking with the cashier when the woman began yelling and screaming about how I stepped in front of her in line although she physically was NOT in the line. Instead of the manager continuing to help me, he began to help the other woman. When I asked him if he saw me waiting in the line for 2 minutes, he proceeded to say to me 2 minutes? It was not 2 minutes, and he refused to assist me. He literally started ringing the other woman up while I was standing there. The next cashier ended up ringing me up, but a short while later I returned the merchandise. Going forward, I will no longer be spending any of my money with CVS. After the experience I had today, I will be shopping elsewhere and also filling my prescriptions at another pharmacy. Its unfortunate that the staff at CVS is allowed to treat people the way I was treated today. I will discourage anyone I know (and those I dont) from shopping at CVS. The manager is supposed to represent the store...how he treated me today reflects poorly on him, the store, and the CVS brand.

My local CVS. Staff is always polite and welcoming. Its a busy store all the time. Always clean, usually stocked well. Pharmacist department is great.
Worst pharmacy ever. I waited 20 minutes to pick up meds and there was only one person in front of me. The tech and that customer were having a full blown conversation about something irrelevant, completely aggravating. This place is understaffed, poorly managed, and disappointing. I like CVS, just not this one.

I came here to pick up medicine for my wife and the staff was completely unprofessional and slow in customer service. And they need a lot of help in their pharmacy. I waited in line alone for almost 30 minutes before I even got to the clerks counter.
Waited for a manager to take a passport picture, she’s come out and says she’s going on brake ? It’s take 5min to take a picture and print it out, how does a manager do that? I’ve worked in retail and even on brake I would help other and as a manger just wow . One star for sure cause a manager is how the store is displayed .
I love this CVS and think the reviews are unfair!!!!Its conveniently located in Bridgeport and is a top CVS with a great selection of merchandise!!!! I shop there a lot when I have money for the things I need. You can earn cash buck rewards for purchases by signing up for a rewards card and always swiping at the register. You can also swipe for coupons if you have none and CVS is always sending me a 30 percent off coupon by mail. Its open 24 hrs which is great for shopping at nightime and if you are bored and want to get out of the house and are craving something like a snack. They have a refrigerated section of foods, grocery items, snacks, candy, holiday stuff, and gift items, almost anything that you would need like allergy or heartburn medicine or cough drops products or even an emergency phone charger. Highly recommended CVS!!!!!

Customer service is horrible, the cashiers talks on the phone while they help you, they chew gum, they talk to each other, one lady wears sun glasses and at the pharmacy they make you wait for an hour to get a refill or pick up something. Please corporate you need to look into this location and fix it CVS should not be represented like it is here in BPT I hate going there but I do because it is convenient but the cashiers are very unprofessional please hire someone with experience in this field.Thank you
Do not bother to call.Hung up on or disconnected after 5 min of music,then another 12 min of music,no one picks up.Untrained monkeys can pick up a phone quicker.15 min of music now,on phone while writing this.Unbelievable.My 90 year old mom ran out of her blood pressure pills last night and just informed me. I’ve been a customer for 25 years it was better the pharmacy staff always friendly but with the covid 19 you would think the staff would be more cautious one of the employees had mask on not covering the nose and no gloves on that’s good
If -1 was an option thatbwould have been the rating I would have given. Pharmacy is absolutley ridiculous. Multiple texts within the same day to let you know your scripts are ready, you show up and they tell you there arent any scripts for you. Once you show them the CVS text, all of a sudden scripts appear. Worst pharmacy ever. Switching immediately. Make sure to count your prescription, they often short change you - has happened on several occassions. Will not kiss going there.

Horrifically understaffed. I cant reach anyone on the phone, they never finish my medication when promised. No one calls if theres an insurance issue. One instance, I had the stomach flu and needed my medicine, I could barely stand up, the line was 7 people deep, one cashier, and of course I tried to call to see if they could get it ready by the time I came, no luck, so I had to wait even longer. Ever have the flu and be told to wait another 15 minutes after already waiting nearly 30 in line? I bet if this was Westport CVS management would actually care about the customers. Yay Bridgeport...
I have been using this cvs for years now as I am on a lot of anti rejection medication from a kidney transplant ! I’m not usually a person to complain and I am pretty patient however this Cvs needs new staff are completely unprofessional and unwilling to work, when my mom and I bring coupons. To save us money they roll their eyes and do an awful job at customer service, my sister who just had ad a baby had earful experience with them as well for her newborn’s medication first it wasnt ready then they say it was never sent when we have proof that it was then they said comeback next day it will be ready guess what? It wasn’t ready ! Very unprofessional, I have had to go with two days with out my life saving medication ... I have thought about changing pharmacy but can’t even imagine the hassle it would be to do so being in so many different medications!They are always under staffed and it’s always a mess, cashiers are not welcoming at all and rude and god forbid we pay with coupons !I get it it’s long hours working at a store, a little effort to help a customer never hurt anyoneWish I can give them 0 stars only good thing is they are close to home

Thew only reason they stay in business is because all the other Pharmacies in the area suck as bad as they do. They never listen to request it always takes 2 calls to the doctor and Pharmacy to get a request filled. But must say they are just as bad as the walgreens one should step up and be a leader. Managers or DM from each store shopuld be replaced.

Employees dont care about the customers. They are disrespectful and manage to make you wait 45 minutes to fill a prescription. Something is seriously wrong with the management here.
I go there at least 3 times a week and park in front in the handicap parking spot, I cant ever come out of the store with out people asking for money, I am 65 and have oxygen tank and feel very nervous seeing them and hearing them asking for money, it has to stop
